【新唐人北京時間2019年10月25日訊】澳洲前情報官員尤倫被澳洲聯邦警察（AFP）指控違反保密法，已於10月23日在首都行政區地方法庭出庭。據報導，尤倫的華裔妻子嚴雪瑞曾因賄賂聯合國最高官員入獄，並被疑為是中共間諜。因此尤倫的住所遭到搜查，調查人員在其家中搜出高度機密文件。

綜合媒體報導，前澳洲外交官、高級情報官員尤倫（Roger Uren）於上週被捕。他被控29條違反「情報服務法」與一條違反「澳洲安全情報組織法」的罪名，每項罪名最高都能判處3年徒刑。

尤倫23日於澳洲首都裁判法院出庭，對於30條指控未認罪，法官裁定保釋，下次出庭時間為明年2月。據知情人士透露，對尤倫的指控是聯邦律政部長波特（Christian Porter）親自批准的。

根據聯邦警察的調查，尤倫涉嫌未經許可從其工作地點，拿走和私留機密情報資料。

尤倫2001年退休前，曾在澳洲情報機構「澳洲國家評估辦公室」（Office of National Assessments）擔任亞洲區助理主任。

2015年10月，澳洲安全情報局在尤倫及其華裔妻子嚴雪瑞位於堪培拉的住宅內，搜獲了一批機密文件，而這批文件為2002年前的政府高度機密文件，當中詳載了西方情報機構對中國情報機構的瞭解。當時安全情報局正在為嚴雪瑞可能是中共間諜尋找證據。

尤倫中裔美籍的妻子嚴雪瑞（Sheri Yan）2016年曾因賄賂聯合國前主席阿什（John Ashe），在美國紐約被判處20個月徒刑。

嚴雪瑞承認，其中的一項賄賂罪涉及一名澳洲華裔商人屬下公司匯出的20萬澳元，這筆錢確保了阿什在這位華商於中國主辦的國際會議上發表演講，此事由嚴雪瑞一手操辦。

阿什於2013年當選為聯大主席，任期一年。在此期間，嚴雪瑞被指控每月以全球可持續發展基金會的名義，為他提供2萬澳元資金。在等待審判期間，阿什死於一場舉重事故，不久後嚴雪瑞因賄賂罪被判監。

嚴雪瑞曾是全球可持續發展基金會（GSF）會長。她是澳中社交名媛，與澳洲政界、商界和外交界都有很深的聯繫，其中包括資深的前工黨和自由黨議員。

嚴雪瑞的父親是中國著名詩人、畫家嚴陣。嚴雪瑞與中共關係密切，外界懷疑嚴雪瑞可能是中共間諜，但嚴雪瑞本人否認。
