【抗暴之戰@大埔】18歲青年涉藏槍被捕 目擊者指便衣警疑抹指模「插贓嫁禍」

大埔發生開槍事件，數名便衣警拘捕一名18歲姓蘇青年，其間有人開了一槍，子彈並無擊中人。現場有不少街坊圍觀，大批防暴警事後到場，一度發射催淚彈驅散街坊。有目擊事發經過的市民指其中一名便衣警將一把手槍放落地，懷疑想插贓嫁禍。

目擊經過的餐廳職員向記者表示，事發時聽到「嘭」一聲巨響，他立即跑出店外，目睹兩名便衣警員將一名青年撳地制服，另一名穿短褲的便衣警則持槍。他見狀上前大喝：「做咩幾個差人開槍打細路？」他指持槍的便衣警「開始驚」，「佢想袋（支槍）落個袋度，又想抹指模」，他再走近指罵時，該名便衣警迅速將手槍放在地上，其後另一名便衣警更大聲否認是他們開槍。

目擊者又指，現場有一部閉路電視，應該會影到事發經過，但警員第一時間入店，相信已取走錄影。

警方表示，有組織罪案及三合會調查科人員根據線報及經深入調查後，昨晚9時半在大埔安慈路3號截查一名目標18歲姓蘇青年，其間青年以半自動手槍發射一發子彈。警員其後將他制服。警方在現場撿獲一支半自動手槍及一個空彈殼。

警員其後於上址一單位撿獲一支懷疑長距離步槍AR-15及共255發子彈。軍械鑑證課人員初步檢查後，相信槍械及子彈性能良好。

警方經初步調查，案件列無牌管有槍械，姓蘇青年涉案被捕。案件由有組織罪案及三合會調查科跟進。事件中無人受傷。根據香港法例第238章《火器及彈藥條例》第13及14條，任何人無牌管有槍械或彈藥，即屬犯罪，一經循公訴程序定罪，最高可處罰款$100,000及監禁14年。
