习近平玩政治豪赌 惊爆彭丽媛和女儿“不满离去”

【希望之声2020年5月30日】（本台记者岳文骁综合报导）“港版国安法”5月28日于全国人大会议闭幕日表决通过，该项立法被指将结束香港一国两制，引起国际社会强烈谴责，这也被认为是习近平在玩政治豪赌。近日有中共体制内知情人爆料称，习近平妻子彭丽媛和女儿习明泽因不满习近平和中共断送香港自由,已离习而去。这名知情人还说，习近平的家都是这样，中共末日不远了。

连日来，就在香港局势越来越激化情况下，网络盛传习近平家庭关系因此事发生激变。据《看中国》5月29日独家采访称，中国问题专家、知名民运人士唐柏桥谈网传彭丽媛和习近平分居一事。

唐柏桥指称，他认为这件事情是真的，他认识的一名正部级高官的秘书写信告诉他，彭丽媛和女儿习明泽和习近平去年11月到12月间正式分居，并且拒绝在任何正式场合和习露面，习近平的母亲同情彭丽媛的做法，中共中办多次找彭丽媛做工作，但是都没有成功。

唐柏桥分析说，这或许和香港事情有关，去年中共对香港的镇压激怒了全世界。习近平女儿习明泽曾在哈佛大学上学，有很多香港同学和朋友，习明泽非常同情香港的事情。而彭丽媛和女儿一直很近，最后家庭内部协议决定，彭丽媛不再以习近平夫人身份出现在公共场合，以后的事和彭丽媛没关系了。

据一位熟悉北京高层内幕、居住在香港的前中共官员曾向海外媒体透露，“港版国安法”原计划2月份着手推行，也就是1月和美国签署第一阶段协议之后就开始进行，但却被突如其来的疫情打乱了节奏。彭丽媛和女儿或许在11、12月知晓中共要对香港强推“港版国安法”，使香港不再实行一国两制从而做出分居的决定。

前述那名爆料习近平家事的体制内人士最后表示，习近平的家都是这样了，中共末日不远了。

由于中共政情本就黑箱操作，高层家事更是秘密中的秘密，目前有关彭丽媛和女儿“离习而去”的消息还没有更多官方渠道印证。

而查询官方《人民网》有关彭丽媛活动报导，发现其活动报导在今年以来仅有1月8日至9日会见美国茱莉亚学院院长沃泽尔；3月3日和4日先后复信斯里兰卡德薇女子学校学生。

彭丽媛最近一次和习一起露面已是半年前，2019年12月18日至20日和习到澳门参加回归20周年活动。

如果有关习“家变”消息属实，这应该是彭丽媛最后一次和习共同出席官方活动的场合。

另据中共党媒报导，1月19日下午，习近平前往云南腾冲和顺古镇考察调研时，被游客问道：彭麻麻来了吗？习近平的回答说：“她没来，过年了都在家里忙着呢。”

而习的女儿习明泽则在成年后从未公开露面，外界从网络上只能找到小时候的真实照片。曾有消息说，2014年在哈佛大学心理学取得学士学位后，习明泽被父亲召回国，并作为特别幕僚辅佐父亲。

习近平当局借召开两会之机，于5月21日晚间的人大记者会宣布要审议“港版国安法”，引发轩然大波。随后，该法案的起草决定，由俗称“举手机器”的中共全国人大会议在5月28日闭幕日，以2878票赞成、1票反对、6人弃权，获得通过。

中共强推的港版国安法，引发香港社会震动和恐慌。这项法案使北京可以直接控制香港。该法草案内容包括所谓的“颠覆国家政权”、“分裂国家”、“恐怖活动”、以及“外部势力干预”等，法案通过后，将以《基本法》附件三的方式颁布，直接在香港实施，绕过立法会。法案还将允许中共国安机构未来可直接进驻香港。

浸会大学新闻系高级讲师吕秉权对《苹果日报》说，中共人大表决通过“港版国安法”后，香港的处境已变得十分恶劣，可谓在中共的党国体制下被按住打。

但这项法案已经引发国际社会强烈谴责和大动作回应。中共人大通过港版国安法提案的当天（28日），美国、加拿大、英国和澳大利亚发表联合声明指，中国（中共）对香港实施新的国家安全法的决定与具有法律约束力、在联合国登记注册的《中英联合声明》原则所规定的国际义务直接冲突。该国家安全法将破坏“一国两制”的框架，并破坏了保护香港人权利的现有承诺。

法新社5月28日晚间援引联合国多名外交事务人士消息指，美国和英国已提请联合国安理会召开有关港版国安法的会议。这场会议将是一场非正式的闭门会议，将在今日以线上视频会议形式举行，允许所有成员谈相关问题，而北京理论上将不能提出反对。

5月29日下午，美国总统川普在白宫表示，中共正在窒息香港的自由，北京当局从根本上剥夺了香港的自治权，因此美国将取消香港特殊的地位待遇。美国将撤销香港特殊待遇，制裁参与侵蚀香港自治的中国官员，还将修订国务院为香港提供的旅行指南，以应对日益增加的中共安全机构的监视危险和处罚。

美国《纽约时报》认为，强推“港版国安法”是习近平政权在危机四伏下，意图驯服香港的政治豪赌。

香港知名评论人士刘锐绍对《苹果日报》表示，中共坚持推动该法，反映其并未客观计算此次决定对中国或香港的伤害。相信中共硬推《港版国安法》，除了要打击香港的抗争势力，同时要打击内部斗争，以免香港的政治不稳定“出口转内销”，形容是一场“二十大中共斗争的卡位战”。
