【新唐人北京時間2020年06月05日訊】31年前，當中共下令軍人全副武裝進入天安門廣場屠殺抗議的學生和北京市民時，擔任第38軍軍長的徐勤先將軍毅然拒絕執行命令，為此他遭中共軍事法庭判罪入獄5年。他出獄後仍長期被監視，曾言自己不後悔當年的選擇，只遺憾「沒能將經歷化文字留後人」。如今徐老病危住院仍然被軟禁，連家人探訪都要登記備案。

據香港蘋果新聞報導，現年85歲的徐勤先今年以來身體健康狀況迅速轉差，現在在河北石家莊軍方醫院白求恩國際和平醫院裏接受治療，外界無法與他取得聯絡，連他的家人到醫院去探訪他，都被要求登記備案。

有知情者透露，徐勤先早年間身體健康狀況一直都不錯，但2016年春節期間曾患上肺炎而被緊急送回石家莊搶救，之後便一直在白求恩國際和平醫院內卧病在床。他在3年前幾乎雙目失明，家人自費從北京請來一位眼科專家為其動手術後，一隻眼晴的視力恢復到0.2，僅能看大字，但無法寫字。如今處於奄奄一息狀態，家人已有心理準備。

報導稱，徐老曾對探訪者表示，自己不後悔「六四事件」發生時拒絕帶兵入京戒嚴。他表示，若歷史重演，他仍會作出同樣的選擇，而自己最大的遺憾是沒能將自己的經歷變成文字留給後人。

知情者還透露，徐勤先在1989年被逮捕判刑後，次年被送到位於北京市郊昌平區的秦城監獄，關押在203監區，囚號為9005。當年他在秦城監獄中服刑時，每天下午有自由活動時間，晚上可看電視，獄中有日立21吋電視機，徐勤先最愛看美國電視劇《大飯店》（Hotel）及《豪門恩怨》。

香港天地出版社出版的新華社資深記者楊繼繩作品《中國改革年代的政治鬥爭（修訂版）》中，曾披露了當年徐勤先拒絕率領38軍進北京參與戒嚴的過程。

據書中記載，1989年5月17日，中共北京軍區通知時任38軍軍長的徐勤先去開會。當時因患腎結石在北京軍區總醫院就醫的徐勤先去到開會地點後，北京軍區副司令員李來柱宣布了中共中央軍委的命令（要求軍隊進入北京城執行軍事戒嚴），並要求在場的軍長們當即表態。

徐勤先說：「口頭命令我無法執行，需要書面命令。」李來柱說：「今天沒有書面命令，以後再補。戰爭時期也是這樣做的。」徐勤先又說：「現在不是戰爭時期，口頭命令我不能執行！」

後來，徐與朋友談起這件事時說，當時他作好了可能被殺頭的準備。他說：「寧肯殺頭也不能做歷史的罪人！」

徐勤先回到醫院後很快就被軍方帶走關押起來，「六四事件」後被中共的軍事法庭判處5年徒刑，開除黨籍，在秦城監獄服刑。

據公開的資訊，1996年5月，徐勤先刑滿獲釋，此後仍長期生活在被監視與軟禁中，很長時間外界都得不到他的任何消息。

2011年「六四事件」22周年之際，香港蘋果日報的記者在與毛澤東前秘書、中共黨內開明人士李銳通電話時，偶然得知當時徐勤先正好也在李家，遂請求與徐老通電話。當時徐在電話中哈哈大笑，感謝外界對他的關心，他說：「我的身體還算可以，有點小毛病，但是問題不大！」

在被問到對22年前的「那件事」有何想法，是否後悔時，徐勤先語氣淡定地說：「已經過去的事，就無所謂後悔了。已經做了嘛！要不然就不要做，做了就沒甚麼後悔的。」

不料，獲釋後這唯一一次與境外媒體的通話，竟然導致徐勤先隨後就被軍方關了3個月，此後他的身體健康就每況愈下，患上了多種疾病。

流亡海外的學者吳仁華也是「六四事件」的倖存者，他撰寫的《六四事件中的戒嚴部隊》一書中也記錄了徐勤先當年抗命，不肯帶兵鎮壓北京的學生和市民的義舉。

「我們對不願執行鎮壓命令的軍人充滿尊敬。」吳仁華在2011年2月接受《德國之聲》採訪時這樣說。他表示，當年天安門民主運動及「六四事件」的親歷者，事後了解情況後都對徐勤先將軍充滿了尊敬。

吳仁華說：「當時鄧小平下達了鎮壓命令後，實際上很多軍人不願意執行鎮壓命令，最有名的除了徐勤先將軍，還有北京軍區第28軍的軍長何燕然將軍、28軍軍政委張明春將軍、以及39集團軍師長許峰大校，他們在當年都不願執行命令，他們最後都受到了處分。」
