【希望之声2020年6月12日】（本台记者杨正综合报导）近来海外推特平台上不断有网友表示，国内的家人被要求登记所有海外关系，引发种种揣测。

知名财经评论人士“财经冷眼” 6月10日发推文说，“刚才父亲告诉我基层组织领导找到他，说是因为疫情，要登记我在海外的电话，地址。我父亲说不知道，最终只给他们微信号！”

“财经冷眼”还说，“这是要为闭关后，文革批斗做准备？”“开了40年的大门要关了，有亲属在中国的要做好心理准备！”

另有不少推友纷纷表示：

“这登记早就在做。我有亲戚就问我要有关信息，像身份，工作单位，居住地等，被我一口回绝，切断联系”

“陕西，河南，山东，目前我知道的”

“社区问我妈要我的护照号和境外手机号，坐标浙江”

“浙江，上周我爸爸就被要求登记，我给了身份证和护照号”

“前几天就有派出所和小区物业上门登记了，坐标深圳。”

“上海也是”

“河北多个城市收到”

自由亚洲电台11日引述来自西藏的知情人士表示，以前在新疆和西藏，以及体制内部官员中实施的海外关系登记，目前已扩大到内地的普通人人群，近期有多位来自大陆的人士发现，他们因有亲友在海外而被当地警方约谈登记。

原籍在山东济南，目前在海外工作的杨女士对该电台说，2个月前她哥哥也专门问过她在海外干什么，但也没有详谈。她担心，这个调查是重演文革打压海外关系人群的前奏。

报道说，此次有多名曾在朋友圈表现出亲中（亲共）态度的人，其国内家人也被约谈登记。但他们都以不方便透露为由，拒绝接受记者采访。

国内登记海外关系一事引发网民种种揣测。网友们纷纷表示：

“真的是为了防疫还是准备以后划渣？”

“黑五类记得不”

“为以后“里通外国”罪名做准备。”

“借防疫之名先把大数据采集了”

“会不会是控制外汇？”

“为撤侨做准备吧”

“可能和最近走资派大规模携款潜逃转移资产有关系。”

自由亚洲的报道指出，中共近期扩大调查国民的海外关系，其中在美国的亲属关系是调查重点，有证据显示，此次调查可能是为中共的情报和统战部门提供资讯。

报道援引旅美的原中国艺术研究院学者，专栏作家吴祚来说：“它（中共）现在就是和美国和西方国家进入一种敌对状态嘛，它就要摸清一些家庭涉美，或者是涉西方，某种这些家庭，有些人进入美国政府部门，或者是在美国参军了，进入高校的，激烈反共的，默默无闻的，它先摸底，或者搞统战啦，搞有人忙，它肯定是有搞头的。”

来自国内的知情人罗先生称，大家担心重回文革时期的严控海外关系人群完全可以理解，因为此举和重建供销社的本质一样，都是文革病毒传染的具体表现。

罗先生说：“他不是还要成立供销社嘛，瞎折腾。文革余毒嘛。那个时候的知青阶层现在正在管理国家，你想一想吧，那一群人里面有几个清醒的？清醒的都给干掉了。”
