為何確診者驗8次都是陰性，中國高機率假陰性爆光

【看中國2020年2月27日訊】（看中國記者盧乙欣綜合報導）中國武漢爆發的武漢肺炎（COVID-19，新型冠狀病毒）疫情持續延燒，中國四川省24日出現1名8次檢驗都呈現陰性，第9次才確診的患者，當局表示，採檢這麼多次是因為該名患者的肺部影像與症狀未曾減緩。至於中國出現「假陰性」的機率為什麼這麼高，有中國學者認為，是當局將採檢的樣本置於高溫下進行「去活化」處理所致。

根據《自由時報》與《蘋果日報》報導，四川省資陽市疾控中心24日通報，資陽市安岳縣出現了1名唐姓女性患者，該名個案在先後進行8次呼吸道採檢均呈陰性之後，直至2月24日進行第9次檢測後，才呈現陽性，並確診為武漢肺炎患者。由於不少案例在檢驗武漢肺炎時，出現「假陰性」的狀況，因此武漢肺炎被視為一種狡猾的病毒。

根據通報顯示，該名唐姓女病患是重慶市某飯店的洗碗工，她因為與飯店內確診的員工有過接觸，因此被相關單位進行隔離觀察。

根據資陽市疾控中心主任張大權表示，該名患者在2月7日至13日之間先後進行4次呼吸道樣本的病毒檢測後，全都呈現陰性。可是，當患者在進行電腦斷層掃描之後，結果卻顯示出肺部有片狀陰影，導致專家將她列入疑似病例中。此外，該名患者後來的影像與臨床症狀皆未見減緩，因此相關單位又持續為她進行5次病毒檢測，最終歷時23天，並於第9次檢測時驗出了陽性反應。目前該名患者待在資陽市第一人民醫院中，接受隔離治療。

不過，為什麼中國的「假陰性」案例頻傳？根據北京協和醫院、北京市衛健委與中華醫學會檢驗醫學分會等機構發布的教學影片與指南所示，核酸檢測之前，必須在56℃下將採集到的樣本進行「去活化」（inactivation）處理。報導也同時證實，絕大多數的檢驗醫師都按照規範，在56℃下進行著時間不等的病毒去活化程序。

對此，南京大學模式動物研究所教授趙慶順受訪時聲稱，去活化處理是出自於對生物安全的考量，藉此保護檢測人員不會遭受病毒的感染；但是，這個步驟極有可能導致病毒核酸被降解，讓病毒無法被正確檢驗出來，進而造成「假陰性」案例頻傳。

因此，趙慶順建議，應該將樣本放置於可以保護病毒免受高溫損壞的保存液裡，以確保病毒在檢測之前的品質。
