13萬港人上街遊行 拒「逃犯條例」惡法

【新唐人2019年04月29日訊】好，港府藉著一起台灣殺人案，強推《逃犯條例》，逼出13萬港人，站上街頭，反對修訂惡法，而香港立法會即將在明天(30日)，舉行《逃犯條例》修訂法案委員會的第二次會議。到底《逃犯條例》是什麼？為什麼香港人這麼擔心法案通過？甚至有人認為，這比2003年幾十萬人上街，所擋下的23條所謂國安立法，更威脅人權法治，還可能影響到全世界的旅港遊客。

13萬香港公民聚集，把香港市中心的街道擠滿，他們手上拿著標語旗子，這一次，要反對港府修訂《逃犯條例》。

參與遊行香港民眾：「這一個條例一旦通過之後，不管你是普通人還是外國人，來到香港，都有機會被引渡大陸。」

《逃犯條例》又被稱為「送中」惡法，比當年引起巨大爭議的《基本法》23條，危害更大。只要被中共定罪，香港就得交人。影響不僅當地港人，包含經過香港的旅客，和居住香港的外國人，都受威脅。除了疑犯會被引渡到中國大陸受審，香港民眾還憂心，中共對言論自由及人權的迫害，以及司法不透明，對世界的威脅。

參與遊行香港民眾：「引渡疑犯回去的話，也是要死(沒希望)了。最恐怖的是，大陸可以行政拘留嘛，不需要任何罪名，也是可以直接拘留你。」

香港資深媒體人 吳志森：「香港是無罪推定的普通法的司法體系，你在大陸被審訊，就變成在一個黑箱裡面，會發生什麼事呢？可以完全不需要公佈，外面是可以完全不知道的，直到你被判刑了、坐監了。」

中共抓捕打壓律師、記者、人權人士、宗教人士、網友、訪民，從未間斷。這令香港民眾擔憂，「送中」惡法一通過，香港會失去最基本的人權保障。

加上這幾年，港府受到中共政府控制越來越嚴重，月初佔中九子全被判有罪，更讓香港一國兩制，迅速走向消亡。

這一次，大批港人走上街，這場繼2014年雨傘運動後，最大規模的抗議行動，正在向世界吶喊，香港民主未死。
