美禁中共党员及其家屬入境 美移民局接受有三退证書者入境

美移民局接受退党证书

在美中关系日益紧张之际，外媒报导，繼禁黨員入境後，美国政府考虑全面禁止中共党员及其家人前往美国，已经在美国的要驱逐出境。但中共党员退党后，凭三退证书仍可入境，获绿卡或入籍美国。

7月15日，《纽约时报》报导，美国政府正在考虑禁止所有的中共党员及其家属入境美国。甚至取消已在美国的中共党员签证并将其驱逐出境。这份行政令的拟议还包括：限制中共军人和国有企业高管赴美，他们当中许多人可能也是党员。

报导引述消息人士的话透露，白宫、国务院和国土安全部的官员已经参与了有关禁令的讨论。目前，这项总统行政令仍在起草阶段。

根据美国《移民与国籍法》的相关规定，恐怖组织成员和共产党员不得移民美国。近年来，美国政府对中共党员移民的审查更为严格，因中共党员身份而被拒的个案也时有所闻。

另据相关移民法律，如果申请入籍者隐瞒自己是共产党员，靠欺骗手法入境、入籍的话，一旦遭到举报，随时可能被吊销绿卡，并遭遣返。

事实上，美国正在逐步收紧跟中共相关的签证。

今年5月，美国决定取消与中共军方所属大学有直接关系的中国学生和研究人员的签证，并将这些人驱除出境，这将涉及数千中国公民。

7月14日川普（特朗普）签署《香港自治法》后，国务院也将打压香港人人權與自由的中港官员黨員的名单，对其进行签证和经济制裁；7月15日，国务卿蓬佩奥宣布禁止包括华为在内的中国科技公司部分员工的签证，因为他们“为全球侵犯人权的政权提供物质支持”。

近几个月来，美国高级官员在公开场合将“中共”和“中国人”区分开来，他们说中共在全球作恶，必遭惩罚，但是他们希望中国人有一个美好的未来。所以，这个严格的禁令也有例外，如申请人证明自己是非自愿（involuntary）入党，或者在提出（绿卡）申请的一定年限之前，能证明自己已经退党。也就是说，中共党员退党后仍可获签证，甚至绿卡或入籍美国。

為什麼共產黨被視為等同於恐怖組織？西方學者發現共產主義由光照幫 Illuminati(宣稱信奉撒旦的秘密組織）僱用馬克思做寫手，把其高度集權獨裁的一個世界政府計劃（NWO）偽裝而成。其實質是掛羊頭賣狗肉。當年其計畫被德國政府發現並打壓而轉入地下。光照幫早期的標徽有撒旦形象，後改為逼著羊皮的狼。致力於偽善和欺詐的藝術。而馬克思則是加入Johanna.Southcott另一個信奉撒旦的秘密組織。光照幫為了繼續實現它們的計畫，於是僱用馬克思用好聽的詞句偽裝出所謂共產主義，用以誘惑人的追隨。他們深知語言的力量。使其計畫得以改頭換面重新上市。最終實現由他們來掌管，坐在金錢和權力金字塔的頂端。

所謂共產主義忽略了人性的弱點，不工作的人也得到平均分配的資源，是不公平也不道德的。看不得別人好，非要把別人的勞動成果收為己有也是不道德的，這種行為充滿了妒忌和掠奪性。
該理念同時還忽略了再分配者，所有資源進行再分配必須有一個再分配者。當所有的土地財產以國有名義徵收後，由這片土地財富的再分配者——共產黨進行再分配者。這種最終完全取締個人擁有財富資產，所謂的再分配制度，恰恰讓人失去支配自身財富資產的自由和保障，等於失去一切，變相成為現代奴隸。同時，很容易被一個沒有道德的再分配者偷換概念，以國有的名義把一切財富資產收為己有，從而成為擁有一切的獨裁者。

這與早期基督徒構想的在允許保有自身財富自由的前提下的自願付出給予社會進行再分配的烏托邦其實是兩回事。

也就是說共產黨的黨魁就變相擁有了高於人民高於政府和一切機構組織的所有土地和財富。若是一位不道德之人擁有並控制一切，這恰恰是成就了一個超級集權的獨裁霸權體系。

其实，美国政府早些年就承认总部设在纽约的全球退党服务中心发行的退党证书具有法律效应，他们把退党证书作为大陆人移民、入籍等的调查资料。大陆民众可用自己的退党证书证明自己的立场。

退党服务中心是按美国法律注册登记的非营利机构，纯粹是服务性的，中心的工作人员都是义工。

因应三退（退出中共党团队）大潮，美国很多大城市成立了退党服务中心，为华人免费服务。退党服务中心其中一个服务项目，就是为声明三退的民众办理具有法律效应的《退党证书》。

对此，全球退党服务中心主席易蓉女士表示，“中共在国内民心尽失，国际上面临全球围剿，天灭中共是天意是民心所在，所有加入过中共党团员和少先队，宣誓为共产主义奋斗终身，把生命献给党的人士，需要尽快在退党网和大纪元退党网站上登记退出中共党团队。”

“全球退党服务中心还可以给在海外的华人提供中英文退党证书。退党证书终身有效。”易蓉说。

消息一出，退党立刻成热搜！😄党员入党大部分都只为利益，一旦损害弊大于利，立刻倒戈的大有人在。
不管之前图的是什么，从良知上来说，如果曾经加入过党、团、队，都建议声明退出，拒绝给它们做帮凶。中共党员9000万，真正作恶的人肯定没有那么多，但是如果没有那么多人加入、壮大这个组织，也这些人不可能这么肆无忌惮地作恶。

纽约的王女士为在美国申请难民的中国人做翻译工作。上个星期她带了几个中国人见移民局官员时惊奇地发现，移民官员在面试的时候居然以《九评共产党》为题，对难民申请人进行“考试”。“他问了《九评》有哪几评，还问了某些很具体的内容，都是《#九评》文章中关于共产党的阐述。”

一位不愿意透露姓名的纽约律师表示，他们帮助的难民申请人办理三退证书，都是以真名进行的。“起码纽约州的许多移民官都认可这份退党文件的法律效应，有些公司还要求申请人必须办理这个档，因此我们最近和退党服务中心有不少工作关系。”他表示，即使身为共产党员，也可以有相应的办法来处理。“最近我们帮助一些客人办理了退党，并取得了正式的退党文件。”该律师介绍说，这些退党文件完全可以帮助希望在美国留下来的中国人。

这位律师所说的退党文件，是由总部在美国纽约的“退党服务中心”提供的。这个退党服务中心成立于2005年，专门帮助希望退出中共的中国人办理三退手续。所谓三退，是指退出共产党、退出共产主义青年团、退出共产主义少年先锋队组织。从二零零五年初到现在为止，將近4億中国人登记 #三退。大部份三退的中国人使用了化名。“这主要是考虑安全问题”。
