Advertisement【2020年02月04日訊】武漢肺炎疫情持續，中國民眾紛紛戴上口罩防疫，需求驟升致口罩出現缺貨。雖然中國口罩產量約佔全球50%，但中國官方已坦承，其實目前真實產量每日僅800萬個，根本無法滿足龐大需求。然而，在此困難時期，中國政府還向東南亞友邦菲律賓捐贈20萬個口罩。

中國網友言痛批「自己本國都缺，還能拿出來捐給菲律賓？」菲律賓新聞社（PNA）3日報導出，總統府馬拉坎南宮於2日證實中方向菲律賓捐出20萬個醫用口罩。報導引述總統發言人彭尼路（Salvador Panelo）表示，中方同時與菲律賓分享了有關新型冠狀病毒的醫療及研究所得資訊，菲律賓政府就此表達謝意。

武漢肺炎疫情持續之際，菲律賓口罩供應也緊張，中國多次在口罩問題上向菲律賓伸出援手，中國駐菲大使黄溪連之前與當地中國商會人員會面後，商會當時隨即捐出60萬個口罩，助菲律賓解燃眉之急，這次則又傳出中方捐出20萬個口罩。

消息傳出後，中國網友們紛紛留言痛批「自己的屁股都擦不乾淨了，還他媽去舔別人」、「自己本國都缺，還能拿出來捐給菲律賓？」、「我等屁民的命算什麼，當然是大局重要。ctm（Ｘ他媽）」。

眼見民怨沸騰，中國駐菲律賓大使館3日趕緊發文澄清，強調該批口罩並非由中國政府、而是由菲律賓華僑華人社團及個人捐贈，以支持該國的防疫工作。（自由時報）
