導演李軍介紹，《活摘 十年調查》是一部反應活摘暴行的最新記錄片，可以讓人們清楚的看到，從1999年以後，在中國發生的活摘暴行，一個號稱為人民服務的政黨在活摘自己國民的器官，這是這個星球沒有過的罪惡。今天此罪惡還在延續，是應該讓全中國乃至全世界都知道真相的時候了。當年全世界通過納粹集中營 看清了納粹的本質，那麼，今天人類將通過活摘看清中共的本質。

李軍介紹，《活摘 十年調查》與以往的活摘的紀錄片不同的有三點。

第一：導演用中國人比較容易理解的思維方式和展示方法進行製作。考慮到華人普遍受中共的誤導較多，所以影片用漸進而又嚴密的邏輯，讓華人能夠清楚的看清在中國到底發生了什麼？

第二：本片的內容95%來自對中國大陸的調查，包括對中國醫生的調查、中共媒體的報導、中國醫院官網的報導；中共法院、政法委、610，以及中國原國防部長、5名政治局常委的採訪、調查。用來自中國的事實告訴人們在那裡發生了大規模的摘取法輪功學員器官的罪惡行經。

第三：本片呈現了大量確鑿的證據論證活摘法輪功學員器官不是民間行為，而是國家犯罪，是江澤民親自下令，政法委分管，軍隊、司法系統執行的國家行為，是這個星球上沒有過的罪惡。
