【新唐人北京時間2019年10月06日訊】中共持續向香港增兵，港警武力鎮壓也日趨暴虐，外界懷疑警隊是否被中共軍警接管。日前有港警曝料，一到大規模示威活動，自己就被勒令交出肩章警號並放假，很多蒙面「同事」被發現互相之間用普通話交流。
10月4日，香港退休全國政協委員劉夢熊對《美國之音》披露，有香港現役警察在網上發貼說，不知什麼原因，上級要求他上交肩章、警號，給他放假。他的警署管轄地區發生抗議活動，上級都不讓他上班。
這名警察還說，他看到自己警區的警察蒙面執勤回來，就上去打招呼，對方卻不理睬他。還有同事聽到，這些人在衛生間講普通話。他周圍的警察懷疑，他的肩章和警號是不是被借給了混入香港警隊的中共軍警。

據信，劉夢熊所指是10月3日一名自稱香港新界北的警察在網上的爆料。這名警察說，他所知的一些同事的警察身份可能被高層拿去借去，他本人也是其中之一。
他還說，比如「9.28」、「十一」啊，這些進行示威活動的大日子，他自己與當地一些同事都會被放假，肩章和警號也要交出來。
另外他也透露，以往香港特別戰術小隊的成員，就是俗稱的「速龍小隊」，往往回營後就會摘去面罩，互相打招呼。但是他發現，最近有速龍小隊執行任務後回營，也不摘面罩，也不說話，水也不喝。他跟這些人喊加油，對方只是點頭。而且他有同事在洗手間聽到，有的速龍成員用普通話交流。
這名警察表示，自己本來不相信有中共軍隊混入香港警隊，但發生的這些事不得不讓他產生懷疑。
路透社近日引用多名外交界人士的估計指，自6月以來，中共駐港部隊的人數至少已經增加了一倍。9月底的所謂「換防」，其實就是變相增兵，其中很多武警也藉機進入香港。
另外，駐港部隊軍營內被拍到有軍人演習香港警察武力清場的行動：
4個月來，港警對示威者的暴力鎮壓，也越來越血腥殘酷，很多被指是中共軍警的一貫手法，其中包括8月31日的太子站慘案，以及之後密集發生的「被自殺」事件。
9月30日晚，警方連夜修改警察「指引」手冊，放寬使用「致命武力」的條件，並刪去「警員應為自己行為負責」的表述，加入警員「可依現場情況自行決定使用何種級別的武力鎮壓」。10月1日，警方出動創紀錄的警力，並發射約1400發催淚彈、900發橡膠彈和6發實彈，高於過去100多天的總和，一天內造成100多人受傷，包括一名中五學生被實彈擊傷左胸。
10月4日，港府又啟動《緊急法》，強推《禁蒙面法》。外界認為，所謂的「十一慶祝」剛過，中共就迫不及待地加重了鎮壓。
