（芋傳媒記者林雙牧報導）香港警方持續於針對香港理工大學外，發射催淚彈、水砲，深夜更透過臉書警告稱，別無選擇下將採取「實彈還擊」等最低武力，現場更被拍下香港警方將 EMT（Emergency Medical Technician）救護小組綁上束帶，禁止醫療救護。

根據蘋果日報報導，民間記者協會也對傳媒發出緊急呼籲，表示與警察公共關係科通電話，警方表示所有從理大離開的人士都會遭到拘捕，除非能夠出示有效的記者證明文件。

另外根據香港獨立媒體網報導，記者由警方指引處離開時，還被警員要求雙手舉高接受搜身，而前方亦見有急救員已被鎖上索帶拘捕。
