要求中共下台 律师张展遭囚禁65天获释

中国持不同政见人士、遭当局注销执业资格的维权律师张展，近期因在上海南京东路游行示威，要求结束社会主义制度、共产党下台，被当局以涉嫌寻衅滋事罪逮捕。张展遭羁押65天后，检察院作出不追究刑事责任的决定。张展接受本台专访表示，羁押期间，她曾两次被强制进行“精神病鉴定”，并且绝食抗议。

雨伞早已成为香港民众争取民主诉求的重要标志。在上海，毕业于西南财经大学金融专业并取得硕士学位的张展，因今年九月在上海街头以相同方式举伞游行，被黄浦公安分局以涉嫌寻衅滋事罪刑事拘留、逮捕。

张展的被捕引发中国维权群体及国际媒体的关注。获释的张展本周二接受自由亚洲电台采访时说：“我是9月9日被抓的，10月13日出来的。出来之后，我看到你们的报道。我9月9日晚上被抓，他们抓我的理由是，我9月8日撑伞在南京东路游行，雨伞上写的是结束社会主义、共产党下台。在南京东路，是我一个人游行。”

上海市公安局黄埔分局发出的《行政处罚决定书》显示，2019年9月8日，张展在上海市黄浦区南京东路步行街犯有扰乱公共场所秩序的违法行为。现场图片显示，张展独自一人在步行街上手举蓝色雨伞，伞上写有“结束社会主义，共产党下台”的白色中文字。

张展被逼做精神病鉴定

曾经是一名维权律师的张展对本台说，她被羁押期间，公安提讯她三次，检察院提讯两次，要给她做“精神病鉴定”两次，但她绝食抗议：“9月9日，警察因为这件事批捕我。在看守所一共65天。在第三十天，检察院提出要给我做精神病鉴定，他们说可因此停止羁押计算期限 。因为要做精神病鉴定，我绝食两次。一次两天半，一次三天半。”

张展说，她没有精神病史，却被要求做相关鉴定。她批评检察院的行为涉嫌滥用警权：“因为我没有精神病史，没有服用过精神类药物，并且我四月在浦东看守所（羁押期间）已经做过一次精神病鉴定，是正常的。我认为，他们此举是对警权的滥用。后来因为我的绝食，他们口头上答应不做这个鉴定。实际上在我获释之后，他们给了我一个精神正常的记录。”

张展曾经是一位维权律师，两年前因参加维权活动并参与对修订律师管理办法的签名活动，被注销律师执业证。

在微信朋友圈，网民时常见到张展发表的图片和文字。上周四（21日），张展在微信朋友圈发文写道，“在这个公德从政府开始沦丧的社会，我对他们的‘温言相劝’充满了鄙夷，对他们的所有远远背离良心的工作都满心嘲讽，对他们身上沾染的权力的傲慢和流氓的习气感到厌恶。”

张展说，她在被羁押期间不断向警方喊话：“我也在看守所公开的喊话，质疑警权的滥用，质疑国内财政的挥霍，以及公民权利等。我的声音比较大，他们因此禁闭我七天。”

张展今年曾两次被以“寻衅滋事案”拘留，第一次是今年三月，第二次是今年九月。一位熟悉张展的网民说，在禁止公民游行集会的中国，张展执着地追求民主自由和公民权利，随时面临第三次被拘留的危险。
