【新唐人北京時間2019年12月02日訊】中國坊間有「逢九必亂」之說，中共沒逃出這個「魔咒」，眼下中共正面臨前所未有的亂局，其風雨飄搖的專制政權處於崩潰的前夜。美中問題專家林蔚透露，中共很清楚它已死到臨頭。一個習近平的高層幕僚說，我們已走投無路，踏錯一步就可能粉身碎骨。

林蔚是美國賓夕法尼亞大學國際關係教授和中國問題專家。日前，他在接受大紀元「美國思想領袖頻道」採訪視頻中談到中國時局。他說，中國正在進入一個與當年蘇聯解體類似的時期。

林蔚強調，並不是說中共政權一旦垮台整個中國就崩潰了。中共垮台之時，國家還會在，房子還會在，只是政體發生了變化。

現在的中共政府因為對現實缺乏正確的認識，根本不知道民間實際情況，所以想到哪兒做到哪兒，功能極度失調，解決方案更無從談起。

林蔚表示，中共政府非常清楚它已死到臨頭。他舉例說，一個和習近平關係密切的中共高層幕僚曾坦率的對他說，「林蔚，我們已經走投無路了，每個人都清楚這個體制已經完了，我們進了死胡同。我們不知道下一步該怎麼走，因為這裡處處是雷，踏錯一步就可能會粉身碎骨。」

他認為，當下的中共高層真正燒腦的問題是如何走出共產主義這個怪圈。他建議美國國務卿蓬佩奧和他的團隊，應該考慮準備如何應對中共垮台、中共內部多方勢力的「投誠」和政治體制轉型的問題。

林蔚在採訪結束時表示，他以為上次中國之行是最後一次了，但現在根據局勢的變化，他已改變了想法。他期待完成手頭工作後，能夠和妻子再回中國，看到一個「新中國」。

紅二代驚呼骨灰難留

事實上，據海外媒體披露，早在幾年前，從中共高層到中共中央黨校，就在思考中共政權面臨終結的問題。有人揭露，中共權貴高層隱藏著一個「末日方舟」計劃，一旦中共政權崩潰，他們欲藉此計劃全身而退。

公開報導顯示，中共內部也多次發出「亡黨危機」的警告。中南海高層習近平、胡錦濤、劉源、劉亞洲等多次提到「亡黨危機」。

而中共紅二代羅援，早在2015年就曾罕見地預言中共亡黨之日，恐「共產黨人骨灰難留」。

據陸媒報導，中共少將羅援曾去羅馬尼亞，想去參觀一下羅馬尼亞原所謂「革命」領導人喬治烏．德治的紀念塔。結果被告知：「埋在這兒的都是羅馬尼亞政治局委員，但現在墓碑全都清空了，墓地被挖成了深坑。」

聯想到受萬民唾棄的中共，羅援驚呼，如果自由民主派得勢，最後共產黨人連骨灰盒都不能留下。

對於羅援的恐懼，當時就有人在微博發文質問：「您幹了什麼喪盡天良的事情，害怕死了骨灰都留不下？」

也有評論還指，蘇聯、台灣、東德、韓國都獲得了民主自由，是否血流成河，屍橫遍野？指羅援涉嫌散布謠言，製造恐怖氣氛。

《看中國》曾刊發署名清原的文章說，羅援少將的談話大體的意思是這樣：中共若是倒了，你國的「靖國神社」就得拆了，你黨的元老們沒人供奉了，受元老們蔭澤的子孫們就沒有現在的「特權」了。

文章質問，倒楣的怎麼能總是老百姓呢？！邏輯不通啊。想來想去，這個「老百姓」應該指的是「你國」的老百姓，而不是中國的老百姓。

就說說羅援少將「考察」的羅馬尼亞、東歐。如今在東歐國家掌權的都是他說的「自由民主派」，共產黨早已被民眾拋棄，老百姓更有人權了，更自由了，更富足了，哪裡倒楣了？

網友以朝鮮半島為例，同樣的民族，同樣的歷史，一個有共產黨，一個沒共產黨，一個國家百姓吃不上飯，一個國家百姓殷實、富庶，哪裡的老百姓倒楣呢？

微信圈也流傳著一篇文章，直指中共是動亂之源，是造成中國不穩定和動亂的源頭。

文章說，沒有了共產黨，中國就沒有了成千上萬的訪民和維權民眾，人們可以返回家園；沒有了共產黨，就沒有了毒奶粉、毒疫苗、毒食品對民眾的毒害。

沒有了共產黨，就沒有了對宗教信仰人士和法輪功的迫害、沒有中國民眾被失蹤被強摘器官；沒有了共產黨，就沒有了成千上萬的中國人成為難民流亡海外，一大批中華民族的精英將會回到祖國，為中華貢獻力量。
