資訊科技界立法會議員莫乃光昨日向保安局質詢，由今年6月至今有多少名港人因曾參與反修例運動，而在內地遭受刑事強制措施，包括拘傳、取保候審、監視居住、拘留及逮捕。保安局書面答覆指出，由今年1月至10月，內地通報單位共向特區政府通報799次有港人被採取強制措施，涉及611名香港居民，涉嫌吸毒、詐騙及走私等，但未有披露是否涉及示威的個案。

保安局答覆莫乃光的答覆提到，根據香港與內地相互通報機制，內地及香港特區會就雙方居民就以下兩類個案作出通報：被採取刑事強制措施或提出刑事檢控、以及非正常死亡個案。

今年1月至10月，內地通報單位作出了799次有關香港居民被採取強制措施通報，當中涉及611名香港居民，涉嫌罪行包括吸毒、詐騙及走私等。廣告

保安局指，在接獲內地通報後，特區政府會盡快通知相關家屬，讓家屬考慮及決定是否聘用當地律師或為有關港人提供其他協助，以保障該人在法律下應有的權利，並在有需要時向特區政府尋求協助。

英國駐港總領事館前職員鄭文傑，8月時在深圳被公安「行政拘留」15日，投訴遭嚴刑迫供。李家超回覆指出，內地當局已表示當事人因涉嫖娼，違反《治安管理處罰法》而被行政拘留15日，期間內地機關依法保障了當事人的各項合法權益，強調不認同莫乃光在問題中引述鄭投訴的不人道對待。
