【看中国2019年12月8日讯】参加中国“世界律师大会”的各国代表们，您们好：

我是至今被强制失踪第844天的中国人权律师高智晟的太太耿和。

当听到中国将在12月10号世界人权日举办世界律师大会的消息时，首先是感到很可笑：一个可以随意吊销律师执照，可以无端抓捕律师，可以在光天化日之下让律师失踪的国度，居然有脸面举办世界律师大会。如同在倾举国之力封锁互联网的中国举办世界互联网大会一样！这样的大会如果在北朝鲜举办也许更为合适！更为震惊、可笑的是：世界律师协会的主席等人，许多西方自由民主国家的律师代表，居然堂而皇之去中国参加这样的大会！

世界律师协会的宗旨是：强者面对公正、弱者得到保护、和平得以永续。那么请问与会的各国律师们，你们是以怎样的心态和目的去参加这个大会的？

如果你们是要借助这个舞台为你们的同行——在中国遭受迫害的律师们发声和呼吁，那么所有中国的律师和人民会感谢你们。因为在中国，律师连自己本身的基本人权、职业权利都无法保障，更别说为当事人辩护了。作为一位中国失踪的知名律师的太太，作为两个孩子的母亲，我要对前往中国参加世界律师大会的大牌律师、法官们呼吁：如果你们是要实现律师协会的宗旨——“强者面对公正、弱者得到保护”！就请你们借用这个平台为我的丈夫、你们的同行——人权律师高智晟发声吧。他因为替弱势群体辩护、为完成律师的责任而被中国政府抓捕，坐完三年监牢，缓刑5年，受尽酷刑折磨，九死一生，现在又被强制失踪至今844天不知生死！

2014年8月，高智晟出狱后，就一直被软禁在陕北偏远村庄的大哥家。他被迫害的只剩下寥寥无几的几颗牙齿的情况下，都不被允许去附近城市的医院治牙、看医生。在这种被限制自由的情况下，高智晟仍然为许多人权受迫害者撰写了大量的文章，并出版了两本专著。其中为709律师事件写过不低于8篇文章来伸张正义。如《王全璋律师可能的命运》、《写在709事件两周年之际》、《全人类正义力量合力促中国释放王全璋等709人权勇士》、《黎明前黑暗里的人权困境》、《郭飞雄愿望背后的地狱图景》、《2016年中国人权报告》等。两本专著是《2017年起来中国》和《中华联邦共和国宪法草案和制宪思想》。

2017年8月13日，我和孩子及家人与高智晟失去联系，所有家人、朋友都找不到他了。我过去的844天里，我们不断追问、寻找、查询，四处打听，中共当局至今没有给出任何解释和说明。

你们有责任和义务向邀请你们的中国政府质询：高智晟律师还活着吗？关押在哪里？你们理应本着“强者面对公正、弱者得到保护”的宗旨——强烈要求中共当局释放我的丈夫高智晟！

同时要求中共当局无罪释放江天勇，余文生，王全璋等及其他许多仍然被囚禁、被失踪、不允许亲人探视的中国律师们。

如果你们不做这些你们作为律师理应做的事情，那么你们去中国是为了什么呢？去为了享受中共独裁政府给你们提供的机票、酒店、奢华的旅游招待，去为中共虚假的律师制度、法律制度捧场，唱赞歌？还是让中共利用你们的招牌、地位和名望，再次在国内外宣扬中共统治的伟光正吗？

我的先生高智晟曾说过：在一个长期的非公正社会里，政权总是使用暴力手段压制追求公正的人民，这必然会引发愈演愈烈的反抗，这是中国每年发生数以万计的群体抗暴事件的原因，这也是这种极权制度的规律。每一个具体的抗暴纪录，无论其形式如何，都是人性本能追求人权自由的实证，都是本民族生命生长不息着的历史脉动。而国际正义力量的每个具体的关注和支持，都实实在在地给这个民族以看得见的希望和信心。

而如果你们去中国参加这个荒唐的“世界律师大会”，只是为这个残酷迫害自己人民的极权政府镀金，那就是在抹杀和抵销“国际正义力量的每个具体的关注和支持”，就是在毁灭“这个民族以看得见的希望和信心”！就是在助纣为虐！

争取人权自由乃人之本性，生生不息，代代不止。不自由，毋宁死！这便是高智晟们在恶劣环境里仍不屈不挠地坚持着的伟大价值所在，这也是国际正义力量坚定地支持中国人民争取自由民主的伟大价值所在！

你们作为世界级的律师组织，大牌律师、法官们，在强权政治和金钱收买面前，将作何抉择呢？是要在全球反对共产主义的历程中留下辉煌的一页，还是在世界人权纪录中留下最无耻的一页？

历史将留下你们今天的作为！
