疑有被拘捕的「反送中」抗爭者被送入精神病院注射「懵仔針」，被弄死後秘密送走。

據指，上周同一周內至少見到兩次精神病院外警方戒嚴和封路，之後有大量警車押送犯人離開，以及押解犯人進入精神病院內。有被封閉得密不透風警車散發極為刺鼻、類似腐肉臭味……

昨日（12月16日），有消息人士向本報爆料，指「小欖精神病治療中心」正在擴建的同時，連日來至少見證兩次在附近大規模封路、戒嚴同時押送犯人，每次時間長達半個鐘頭，其中有被封閉得密不透風的警車散發出極為刺鼻、類似腐肉臭味，疑有被拘捕的「反送中」抗爭者被送入精神病院注射「懵仔針」，以及有「犯人」在精神病院被弄死後秘密送走。

把反抗市民直接送進精神病院，強逼注射逼吃藥正是中共慣用手段。

押犯人懲教署車頻繁出入

一位不願透露姓名的消息人士說，「小欖精神病治療中心」於2018年開始擴建，擴建項目叫做「綜合康復服務中心」，「近來無端地香港多了幾倍精神病人，近來發現一些不妥當地方。懲教署有車頻繁出入，開始不以為然，但後來發現車裏載著的是一些犯人，開始還不以為意。」

他還說，上周同一周內至少兩次見到精神病院外警方戒嚴和封路，之後有大量警車押送犯人離開，以及押解犯人進入精神病院內。

他說：「上周三開始封路，並說有重犯會被押進來（精神病院），因為那裏只有一條路，當天我見到有超過20部警方摩托車（電單車）駛入，很大陣仗，還有六部吉普車，我從未見過的吉普車；吉普車裏面坐著的防暴警員帶著防毒面具，並有四部衝鋒車（警車），中間夾著三架中巴，全部被鐵絲網和塑料膠帶封住了。當時警方驅趕所有現場人士，不過我剛剛停在紅綠燈旁邊，不能走動，所以看到全部（過程）。在那裏停留了大約半個小時，不知道有多少犯人（從精神病院）被押解出來，當時是下午大約4點鐘左右，聽封路人士說『有重犯』。「如此大批的重犯，香港哪兒來的這麼多重犯呢？」他說：「應該是將犯人從精神病院送走。」

這位消息人士懷疑，大量犯人被送進精神病院有可能是被注射「懵仔針」（ 學名：氟哌啶醇（Haloperidol），一種典型抗精神疾病藥物）。他說：「上周五那天又封路，當時是早上9點都不到就封路，我們回去就趕我們走，但是一直有聽到電話在響，封路都是在押解重犯的了。那幾天我很懷疑，那些人被送進精神病院多數都是要被注射懵仔針的，打懵仔針是肯定的了，但是不知道到底打的是甚麼類型的而已。因為我知道國內對法輪功學員的迫害也是用此同一種手法。」他說：「上周五應該是將犯人送進精神病院。」

密封車傳出類似腐肉臭味

這位消息人士非常懷疑有被捕的抗爭者在精神病院被迫害致死。他說：「對於那些被送進精神病院的人士是否是學生？我不希望我的感覺是對的，但是我發現有一部車的味道極其刺鼻，非常臭，那部車整個封死了，只露出一個個的非常小的黑色窗戶。我形容不了那種味道，但是聞上去很不舒服。」他確認類似腐肉臭味。

有懲教署保安人員向他透露，這兩單大規模押解犯人的事件以後陸續還會發生，他懷疑這些所謂犯人是那些參與過「反送中」的學生。

「這兩天沒有看到甚麼動靜，因此去問看更，看更說這兩天沒有看見甚麼動靜，但說隨時都會有的。相信近來最大量的犯人就是那些抗爭的學生了，那他們並不是些甚麼重犯，而是政治犯。」他說。

另一個疑點，這位消息人士指，精神病院附近有無處不在、密密麻麻的監控燈柱。「那些監控鏡頭從山腳上到山頂，那個精神病院就是押解監犯的，不是用來給普通人使用的。」

據悉，位於新界屯門的小欖精神病治療中心歸屬香港懲教署（Hong Kong Correctional Services Department），是一所高度設防院所。這位消息人士透露，新擴建的綜合康復服務中心最終用途會被作為監獄之用。

「精神病院旁邊的康復中心可能以後不會叫這個名字，因為裏面會有很多的專業人士，不會被叫做監獄，但其實估計會作為監獄之用。小欖精神病院其實是歸懲教署管的，如果你上Google不難發現，有些『送中』（被送往大陸）人士都曾經被送進這裏的精神病院，雨傘運動之後都有過，一直都有。」他說。

他提出質疑：「同時這麼大規模的犯人送進去（精神病院）後會否『送中』？另外一個就是很多在警署被強姦、輪姦後精神出現抑鬱（女抗爭者）會否被送進這裏？」

中共用精神病藥 轉化法輪功學員

香港藝術家黃國才在其臉書［政府侵吞人權犯法］系列中指出，把反對的民眾直接送進精神病院，強逼注射逼吃藥正是中共的惡魔手段，香港現在也出現了，分別是在鬼國每一個捉到上訪的「病人」，精神病院可以收20萬佣金，不知香港的精神病院有沒有回佣收呢？

據自由亞洲電台報道，中國民間機構發佈中國「被精神病」2014年度報告，其中提到正常的公民「被精神病」遭打壓已成為中共當局慣用的維穩手段。

1999年7月中共江澤民集團對法輪功學員發動毀滅性迫害後，早在迫害初期中共內部文件就稱，對法輪功學員「還必須採取藥物治療的方法」、「必要時可用藥物介入，採用醫藥方式和臨床實驗方針達到科學轉化之目的」。

早在2004年，「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」所做的調查顯示，從1999年中共鎮壓法輪功開始到2003年的5年間，就至少有1,000多名精神正常的法輪功學員被強迫關進精神病院。

為摧毀法輪功學員的意志，強迫其「轉化」（放棄修煉），中共關押迫害法輪功學員的場所不僅對他們大量使用藥物，而且還把不「轉化」的法輪功學員當成精神病人關進精神病院進行藥物「治療」，逼迫他們「轉化」，將他們迫害致殘、致瘋、致植物人乃至致死。◇
