武漢肺炎疫情失控，死亡人數爆炸性增長。雖然中共宣稱，新型冠狀病毒源自華南海鮮市場，然而，根據近日發表的多篇研究論文數據，多名學者提出質疑並指出其並非真正疫症源頭。在繼美國阿肯色州參議員湯姆·卡頓（Tom Cotton）提出對武漢P4（生物安全最高等級）實驗室質疑後，當年起草美國《生物武器反恐法》的專家弗朗西斯·博伊爾教授（Dr. Francis Boyle）及知名國際關係專家奈奎斯特（J.R. Nyquist）及也相繼發言，指出該病毒是中共研發的生物武器，且世界衛生組織（WHO）對此早已知情！

美參議員關注武漢P4實驗室

此前，美國阿肯色州參議員湯姆·卡頓引述了著名學術期刊《刺針》（The Lancet）的論文，揭發中共如何欲蓋彌彰。該論文清晰指出，包括首位確診病人在內，新型冠狀病毒的很多首發病例和武漢華南海鮮批發市場沒有任何關係。

湯姆·卡頓在他的推文中直言對武漢P4實驗室的關注。他指出：「武漢擁有中國唯一的生物安全四級超級實驗室，可以處理世界上最致命的病原體包括，是的，冠狀病毒。」

法學教授：病毒是洩露的生物武器 WHO早知情

弗朗西斯·博伊爾在哈佛大學獲得法學博士學位，目前是美國伊利諾伊大學（University of Illinois）法學院國際法教授，他因負責起草美國《1989年生物武器反恐法》並獲得參眾兩院一致通過而聞名。他最近接受《地緣政治及帝國》（Geopolitics and Empire）節目獨家訪問時坦言，2019新型冠狀病毒並非源於野味市場，而是自武漢國家生物安全（四級）實驗室洩漏出去的生物武器，而且WHO對此早已知情。

博伊爾教授指出，新型冠狀病毒其實是該實驗室正在研發的兩用生物武器，且經過基因改造，是非常致命的武器，因此中共官方才急於掩蓋事實，並且採取嚴厲措施來控制疫情。他披露，武漢BSL-4（P4）實驗室還是WHO專門指定的最高安全級別實驗室，博伊爾教授認為，該組織對疫情背後的真相全都清楚。

事實上，武漢肺炎疫情全球擴散，WHO一直拒絕將此次疫情定為國際公衛緊急事件，遲至1月30日才宣佈。對此，有加拿大網民發起聯署，要求WHO秘書長譚德塞（Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus）引咎辭職，短短3天已超過20萬人連署。

此外，博伊爾還談到了《Great Game India》上針對新型冠狀病毒的名為Coronavirus Bioweapon – How China Stole Coronavirus From Canada And Weaponized It.的獨家報道。該報道指出，中共特工專家長期潛伏在加拿大溫尼伯（Winnipeg）的國家P4實驗室，在中共當局授意下，參與將冠狀病毒走私至武漢實驗室的活動。據報道，去年有兩批致命病毒發送到中國時，被加國截獲。

專家披露：中共偷盜加國病毒為研生化武器

然而，對新冠狀病毒源頭提出質疑的，除了湯姆·卡頓和博伊爾以外，地緣政治和國際關係領域的知名專家奈奎斯特也在《Great Game India》上撰文，提出同樣質疑。他在文中引述中共前國防部長遲浩田對黨內高級幹部的秘密講話。遲提到國防部要確保中國復興的長期計畫，其催化劑就是將病毒研發成生化武器。

據媒體披露，遲浩田曾說過：「我們不至於愚蠢到想通過核武與美國同歸於盡。」「只有使用能殺死許多人的非破壞性武器，我們才能把美國留給自己。」答案就在生物武器中。他還說：「當然，我們並沒有一直閒著，在過去的這些年裡，我們抓住了掌握這類武器的機會。」

奈奎斯特也引述了《Great Game India》的報道。該報道指出，加拿大P4實驗室首席中國籍科學家邱香果曾不斷在武漢和溫尼伯之間往返，加拿大皇家騎警去年5月介入調查，7月底將邱香果夫婦及其中國學生趕出了實驗室。

加國P4實驗室在研究冠狀病毒方面有技術優勢，曾從荷蘭接收一種新型冠狀病毒進行研究，該病毒是2012年從沙特阿拉伯病患身上分離出的，加國懷疑該病毒亦在特工偷竊之列，且和中共生物武器計畫有關。@
