腾讯已经成为中共禁锢民众的电子镣铐，其所作所为已构成对人权的严重侵害，违法了中、美国内法和国际法；我们必须启动一场言论自由攻坚战，从微信开始开拓中国言论自由的空间。


微信是受中國政府控制對言論進行嚴厲監督的社交平台，最近出現的武漢醫生李文亮事件就是一個鮮明的例子。李文亮的去世激發了中國國內對言論自由的呼籲，網絡流傳了許多類似的公開信。

中國有十億多人使用微信，在海外也有一到兩億多人使用微信，所以，華人基本上都使用微信，中國人的言論自由其實就是微信的自由。所以，我們必須對微信充當政府輿論監控功能進行反制。所以我們就拿起法律的武器，美國有一條外國人侵權法，倘若外國的企業機構對美國人的自由構成威脅，美國可以提出控告。

微信的母公司是騰訊，在香港上市並在美國證券會註冊美國股市存（ADR），其股票(TCEHY) 在紐約股市交易，並受美國證券會監管。可以我們可以依靠法律提出起訴。另外，言論自由受到美國憲法保護。再次，微信關閉用戶的賬號造成一定的經濟損失，因為微信可以用來支付，許多人的賬號里存有資金。

最後，目前美國國會正在擬定法律，倘若外國公司在美國註冊時隱瞞了與其本國政府之間的關係應該受到什麼樣的懲罰，美國方面正在擬定的相關的法律。
