【新唐人北京時間2020年03月05日訊】有明確的「系統的和廣泛的」活摘器官的證據顯示，在數百個中國醫院裏，中共謀殺了成千上萬的公民，以獲取心、肺、腎甚至皮膚等器官牟利，或者移植到病人身上。

據英國老牌報刊《每日郵報》報導，一篇2月29日全文發佈的具有里程碑意義的國際調查報告，指控北京當局掩蓋其「反人類罪」——常規地活摘信仰群體器官。

調查報告說，有組織的屠殺活人販賣人體器官的罪惡，可與「20世紀最嚴重的暴行」相提並論，如：納粹把猶太人送進毒氣室屠殺和柬埔寨紅色高棉大屠殺。

傑弗里•尼斯（Geoffrey NiceQC），是一位著名的戰爭罪檢察官，他領導了本次調查。他3月1日對《每日郵報》（The Mail）說，有如此明確的「系統的和廣泛的」活體摘取器官的證據，國際機構應調查中共是否犯有群體滅絕罪。

「有一個系統的殺人程序。他們有願意參與的醫生，還有龐大的醫療設施。據說這是一個有暴利可圖的行當。」尼斯說。

「我們的政府應該接受活摘器官這種事情正在發生着的事實，並採取適當的行動。」 尼斯還說。

「如果你有明確的證據表明反人類罪正在離歐洲的家很近的地方發生着，那麼不僅政府會採取行動，民眾也會要求他們採取行動。」尼斯說。「這是在世界的另一邊——中國也沒關係，也一樣會要求政府採取行動。」

北京已經承認（開始否認）其器官移植是常規使用死囚犯器官捐贈，但強烈反對以法輪功學員作為器官供體庫的指控。

據《明慧網》報導，法輪功是佛家上乘修鍊大法，以宇宙最高特性「真善忍」為根本指導，按照宇宙的演化原理而修鍊。法輪功對提高人們的身體素質和道德水準作用顯著。

據《每日郵報》報導，中共政府堅持認為，自2015年以來，它已啟動了自願的器官捐贈制度。但是調查中搜集到的大量的堅實證據，以及醫學專家對「令人難以置信」的官方數據的分析，證實中共政府所說的是虛假的。

中國醫學雜誌上的一篇文章甚至討論了在心肺移植手術中麻醉供體的必要性。心肺移植手術是一種明顯會導致供體死亡的移植手術。

一位日本記者對器官「移植旅遊」進行的調查顯示，在2013年，腎臟的價格為20萬美元（156,000英鎊），肝臟為30萬美元（234,000英鎊）。

中國法庭（China Tribunal）設立的目的是將注意力集中在這個世界上人口最多的國家的醫院正在發生的恐怖事件上。它是由終止中國濫用器官移植國際聯盟（ETAC）設立的民間法庭，該聯盟由一群學者、醫生、倫理學家和律師組成，總部設於倫敦。包括大奧蒙德街醫院前醫學主任馬丁•埃利奧特教授和美國著名歷史學家和亞洲專家亞瑟•沃爾德隆教授。

中國法庭相信，中共每年進行了多達90,000例器官移植手術，遠遠超過任何其他國家。

與大多數其他西方國家和國際機構一樣，英國政府聲稱沒有足夠的證據支持有關係統的活體摘除器官。

去年，在一篇受人尊敬的醫學倫理雜誌上發表的一篇文章說，中共官員承認，在1977年至2009年之間的12萬例器官移植中，只有130個來自自願捐助者。

這篇長達556頁的報告中承認獲得證據很難，但仍然可以總結出，由於「非常多的人的死是難以形容的、駭人聽聞的」，是「極度的邪惡」、「超出合理的懷疑……構成反人類罪」。

目擊者談到活體摘取器官可以追溯到幾十年前。一位前醫學實習生告訴法庭，一名士兵被綁起來並被槍殺但沒有被殺死，目的是在他還活着的時候可以取出他的腎臟和眼球。

調查報告凸出了燒傷專家王苟奇（Wang Gouqi，音）的證據，他在2001年告訴美國國會，他從100名被處決的囚犯和一些「蓄意的、拙劣的處決手法案例(botched execution)的受害者」身上摘除皮膚和眼角膜。苟奇說，他在北京一家軍醫院學習了這些技能。

當受害者的「屍體」被送到屍檢室時，醫生趕緊剝掉皮膚，因為皮膚「以平方厘米為單位計價，可以獲得大量收入。」

對調查組陳述事實的人中有一位前中國醫生恩弗•托赫蒂（Enver Tohti），他於1999年逃到倫敦後成為倫敦的優步司機。

他3月1日告訴《每日郵報》，他當時是鐵路工人醫院的一名腫瘤專家，他的主任外科醫生問他是否喜歡看「野性的東西」，命令他準備好外科團隊和儀器第二天做手術。

第二天早晨，他們驅車前往烏魯木齊邊緣的刑場，他的領導告訴他等候槍響。

聽到槍聲後，他們按照指示繞小山丘開車，在那裡他們看到地面上約有十名死囚。

「他們被頭部開槍，因此額頭被炸開。但是，一名三十多歲的人沒有被剃成光頭留有頭髮，被槍擊中了胸部。我被告知要摘除他的肝臟和兩個腎臟。」托赫蒂說。

「我認為他還活着，因為當我的刀切下去時，鮮血湧出，所以他的心臟一定在跳動，他的身體也有反應。」他說。

「我們已被告知，消滅國家敵人是我們的責任，因此，如果他被判死刑，他就是我們國家的敵人。但是現在我覺得我殺了人。那個人死於我摘除器官時的行為。」托赫蒂說。

托赫蒂還說，他檢查了之前失蹤的三個維吾爾少年，回來時有與切除腎臟一致的大U形手術疤痕。後經掃描，證實他們每人已經少了一個腎臟。

據《每日郵報》報導，大多數活摘暴行發生在法輪功學員身上。《明慧網》信息顯示，九九年七月二十日以來，中共在大陸發動了一場對法輪功和廣大的法輪功學員的全面迫害。一位監獄醫生告訴被關押在監獄中的法輪功學員：「他們經常鍛煉身體，所以身體非常好。」他補充說，有一天共產黨不高興會「取走你的心臟、肝臟、脾臟和肺臟。」

另一位為調查提供證據的是51歲的尹麗萍。她說，在2013年逃離中國之前，她曾三次被強行送到勞教所。

因為不放棄修鍊法輪功，她經常遭受酷刑、單獨監禁，也經常受到死亡威脅。《明慧網》信息顯示，法輪功目前在全球110多個國家有上億人修鍊。

當她被關押在遼寧省的一個勞教所時，她被帶到了一家醫院。在那裏，警衛將她按住抽取血液，然後把她硬拖去做超聲波和腦活動測試。

「我當時很害怕，」 尹麗萍說。

另一名證人是2016年時被在監獄關押的一名醫療工程師，他說，在監獄裏呆了幾個月後，他被警衛帶到了醫院。「我被迫把手臂從窗戶上的一個洞伸進去。然後護士用橡皮筋纏着我的胳膊，把針扎進我的靜脈，取了兩管子血。」

他說他所在的監獄只有法輪功學員做血液檢查。「我非常擔心自己會因為活摘器官被殺。我生活在恐懼中，擔心在獲釋前會被殺害。」

調查人員從維吾爾人那裏聽到了類似的故事。一名婦女說，她被蒙面、脫光衣服，被迫接受醫學檢查，然後被送往醫院檢查。她說，「許多婦女被從牢房裡帶走後就沒有回來。」2017年3月被捕的維吾爾人奧米爾•貝卡利（Omir Bekali）說，她被蒙面用手銬銬着，在驗血後進行器官掃描。

沙特阿拉伯的移植醫生承認一些患者在中國市場上購買人體器官。

調查報告附有調查人員與80家不同醫院談話的錄音副本。15家醫院說他們使用了法輪功學員器官，另外14家承認使用了活體器官。

據錄音記錄，牡丹江一家中共安全機構負責人朱家新（Zhu Jiaxin，音）2016年6月吹噓自己在活體摘取器官方面的行為：「在屠宰和剖腹之後，你只需把器官切割出來出售。」

他吹噓自己的綽號是「屠夫」，他說：「這沒什麼，就像宰豬一樣。」中國法庭詳細闡述了各種各樣的酷刑，包括強姦和性虐待。幾位證人提到了「老虎凳」，在把頭盔扣在犯人的頭上用強大的電擊之前，先把犯人的胳膊和腿鎖住。

中共的勞教所和監獄警察為逼迫法輪功學員「轉化」放棄信仰，採用了名目繁多的殘酷手段。據《明慧網》報導，這些殘酷手段包括：死人床；摧殘性灌食（用非醫用塑料粗管灌濃鹽水、辣椒面、大糞等）；形形色色的手銬、腳鐐、吊刑等，甚至活摘器官。

調查報告中，中國法庭「肯定」地得出結論，基督徒和西藏佛教徒也曾受到過類似方式的被監禁和折磨，但「沒有足夠的證據」證明他們被活體摘取器官而被殺害。

調查中發現了一件可惡的事情，器官移植可以按需提供，這與西方國家形成了鮮明對比，如在英國，獲得一個合適的器官，病人甚至要等幾年。

以色列頂級心臟移植外科醫生雅各布•拉維告訴《每日郵報》，2005年，他得知一名患者前往中國尋找新心臟，這是他遇到的第一個這樣的病例。

手術提前了兩周，但要想成功移植，必須在捐贈者死亡後4小時內移植器官。他說，唯一可能發生這種情況是有人被處決。

在看到更多的病人接受這樣的器官移植手術之後，他和其他醫生說服以色列議會禁止購買、資助和出售器官。在英國，40多名議員支持一項類似措施的動議。

去年，拉維教授和兩位同行專家在一份醫學雜誌上發表了一篇論文，結論是中共在官方數據上進行了「系統的偽造」，論文顯示中國器官移植病例在過去五年中翻了一番多。

他們發現「自相矛盾」和「難以置信」的數字，包括「錯誤地將非自願捐贈者歸類為自願捐贈者」，以及「受大額現金支付激勵的自願捐贈」。

拉維教授說，毫無疑問，在中國712家移植醫院中，大多數都使用了不道德獲取的器官，比如來自由宗教信仰被迫害關押的人。

他說：「中國醫生不僅參與了大規模謀殺，犯下了反人類罪，而且國際社會和世界衛生組織出於某種原因對這些罪行視而不見。」

英國政府內保守黨人權委員會主席菲奧娜•布魯斯議員（Fiona Bruce MP）說，她將在中國法庭的判決後與外交大臣多米尼克•拉布會面。

布魯斯說，「這是一個非常令人擔憂的問題，需要我國政府和國際社會更加嚴肅地審查。」
