石正丽不是所長，是研究员，付所長，是主导这病毒研究的。这病毒研究起于2012年，以研究对抗萨斯之名和美国有关大学合作，并受美国资助。但是，石在研究中提出对病毒进行基因改造，美方当即提出警告，不能进行基因改造，因为会造成人类灾难。石坚持要作，美国于2014年退出该项目并停止资助。美国专家向美国政府报告，中国在研究生化武器。法国也向病毒研究所警告，不要再进行病毒基因改造。

石正丽是在领导指示和支持下継续这项工作。于2017年完成改造，对病毒改造五个版本，开始在老鼠和猪等动物试验，最后确定四个版本的病毒有效。所谓有效就是侵入机制和作用机制。按现在的说法就是：传染能力和侵害能力。

这四种病毒感染和传播能力各有不同，但差不多。侵害则不同，最厉害的是两种，一个是专对肺的，可使肺白化失去功能，人就窒息而死。一个是破坏人的免疫系统，引起＂因子风暴＂，让免疫系统攻击自身，就是免疫系统叛变。

石正丽为邀功请赏，長自己志气，显示和美国斗爭的能力，把这项本应绝对保密的成果在2018年央视播出，并半公开其论文，论文中写道基因改造序列等详细参数。这参数头头们当然看不懂，但是，外国的病毒专家们能看懂，当然也意识到中国成功制造了基因武器。所以，是石正丽制造了病毒，石正丽当然是罪魁祸首。

还记得疫情刚爆发时钟南山说的话吗？原话是：这是战争状态，是热核级的。钟南山不是随便说说，他是专家的专家，他一眼就看岀这是病毒泄漏，是一场不可收拾的灾难。因为关键在于无药可救。

石正丽的研究中，取得了大量経费，购买了大量作试验的动物，试验成功后，利欲熏心，把这些动物都卖向市场，获得了一千多万元，是不是这些动物带出病毒还是其他原因泄漏不清楚。

钟南山对疫情中，提取了一千九百多样本，并分送多国化验研究。四个国家的化验结果相同：病毒是人造病毒，和石正丽制造的病毒一样。 所以，现在包括美国国务卿在内的多国一致声明：中国要为这疫情负责。这个责任非同小可，就这一个责任就是中国的灾难。所以，世卫组织和美国医疗队被拒之门外，不敢让他们进中国调查。但是，调查只是搞清泄漏途経，石正丽们制造的病毒已是铁定，全世界也已共识。
