「我是證據」德國富商從中共地獄中倖存（下）

2020年3月14日，羅貝爾特·羅特先生（Robert Rother，右）在德國波恩國際人權協會（IGFM）年會上發言並回答問題。（黃芩／大紀元）

【新唐人北京時間2020年04月01日訊】鏡頭裡的羅貝爾特·羅特先生（Robert Rother）顯得輕鬆平和，他在波恩召開的國際人權組織（IGFM）年會上發言與接受採訪過程中，談起在中共東莞監獄的遭遇，看上去也很平和。當筆者開始閱讀他的新書《龍年——七年零七個月，我是如何在中國監獄倖存的》時，才驚覺，要有怎樣的毅力和強大的內心信仰才能將此書完成。在他平和輕鬆的外表下，誰會輕易察覺那九死一生的經歷、支離破碎的心和無數嚥入肚中的憤怒與淚水。

3月14日，大紀元記者在德國波恩對羅特先生進行專訪，以下是根據採訪內容以及《龍年》一書部分內容整理成的。

下巴歪斜的死囚

「醫務室後邊的小屋令人不寒而慄，那些被判處死刑的人正在等待死亡。據我所知，他們一直被綁在床上，我猜他們都服用了鎮靜劑。我懷疑他們不知道哪天對他們執行死刑。」羅特在書中寫道。

「人們可在清晨透過塑料窗看到死囚穿過走廊（赴刑場），我注意到他們的下巴歪斜得不自然，我覺得是脫臼了。在監獄中，據說劊子手會這樣做，使死囚們不會發出尖叫。他們看起來像恐怖電影中的殭屍，令人毛骨悚然和心碎。」

「大約每週三回，令人毛骨悚然的隊伍就會從我眼前路過，有時三個人，有時只有一個人。每次下巴都傾斜，看上去都是中國人的樣子。這場景令我無法忘卻。」

「讓囚犯的下巴脫臼有意義嗎？」回到德國之後，羅特詢問了國際人權協會（IGFM），他們給了羅特很詳細的答覆。

雖然迄今為止國際人權協會尚未從中國（中共）官方消息得到任何執行死刑的藥物證據，但可以推測，囚犯在處決之前確實被封口了。顯然，使用的不像手術用的麻醉劑，而是鎮靜劑，花費明顯更少。簡單的注射就足以使人失去行動。與麻醉相反，人在鎮靜期間不需要人工呼吸器。用外行的話來說，病人並沒有像麻醉下那樣完全失去知覺，在這種狀態下可減少疼痛或難以感覺疼痛。

「致命的注射一針就足夠了，被處決者已作為器官捐獻者躺在解剖台上。多年來，國際人權協會一直譴責中國（中共）『有組織地盜取器官』，他們認為每年有幾千甚至幾萬個可疑案件。國際人權協會提到維吾爾族、藏族、基督教徒以及法輪功學員是主要的受害者。」羅特寫道。

2770天煉獄 終於獲得自由

在被關押了七年零七個月之後，羅特被提前五個月釋放了。一是因母親為他繳了巨額罰款，二是他在監獄工作中完成指標，每個月可以得到一個積分，這些積分可減免一些刑期。

羅特先生在書的第一章用了整章篇幅，詳細描述了獲釋那天的種種場景。2018年12月19日，在被關押了2770天之後，他終於能夠獲得自由了。

早上5:30分，如東莞監獄中的每一天那樣開始了，早餐過後，7:00大家列隊到工廠幹活，一刻鐘後，羅特到了幹活兒的地方，他必須將該死的電線繞成卷，那是為美國一家公司加工的變壓器。羅特全然不知自己幾點鐘能獲得釋放。大約不到9點鐘，看守來了，給羅特一些要填寫的表格，還給他護照，還有2000元人民幣。

這是羅特過去一年的工資加上家裡給的一點錢。在最後幾個月中，監獄裡發給他每個月400至700元人民幣，而不是通常的22元。羅特先生告訴記者：「他們知道我要被釋放了，所有的施壓已經沒意義了，他們想對犯人釋放些『善意』，以便犯人不會投訴他們。」

「自由會造成嘔吐感。我設想過各種感覺，從未想到過這種結果。」羅特在書中描述到。在等待辦理各種手續要離開東莞監獄時，他突然感到內臟翻騰難受，一直想嘔吐。

「走到工廠100米外的另一端，是我一生中最艱難的路程。」羅特寫道，「一分鐘內我從所有朋友的身邊路過。忍住不斷的嘔吐感，我將自己拖到出口處。看著朋友們的眼睛，我不敢停下來。那天頭一次我感到激動，好像朋友們在向我揮手或鼓掌、甚至起立歡呼的感覺，實際上在工作時間這些都是禁止的。我努力忍住眼淚。來自哥倫比亞、奈及利亞（尼日利亚）、貝南（貝寧）、巴勒斯坦、泰國、越南和加拿大的人用一種所有人都理解的通用語言（眼神）說再見！我不知所措。」

「工廠的門在我身後關上，我再也見不到這些人了。」

警察帶羅特到廣州機場，他們到安檢時已經11:30分，飛機12點出發。經過一番周折，警察移交了他的所有判決文件的副本，海關和邊檢照無數照片後，終於把他放行了。飛機上升了，羅特望著下面的中國大地，在心裡說，再見，中國，再也不要見了！飛機在莫斯科降落，從那裡羅特轉機飛往漢堡，最終回到了德國。

中共為了能圓了它的謊 可以信口胡說

回到德國，他開始著手寫書，雖然回憶監獄地獄般的生活非常痛苦，但他還是完成了《龍年》的寫作，2020年3月6日，這本書終於問世。他在前言中寫道：「我的往事就是證據」，他希望人們能夠通過這部書，從中了解學到一些東西，哪怕只能改變一小點也好。

從中共的深圳第三拘留所和東莞監獄的地獄中倖存下來的羅特，對中共的本質了解得相當透徹，說到中共試圖將中共病毒（武漢肺炎）的起因轉嫁給其它國家，羅特先生對記者表示，「就我對中共的了解，只要能保住它的面子，它會編造任何故事，為了能圓它的謊言，可以信口胡說。」

羅特說，「在監獄裡，我們從不了解事情的真相和真實走向。我們僅僅知道他們對你撒了某些謊，讓事情能繼續運轉下去。人們可能不會相信，不知道他們是為了宣傳自己更高大的形象而進行捏造。」

有關中共病毒 我們無法相信中共的數字

2020年3月9日，羅特先生在接受德國西南廣播公司（SWR1）採訪時被問及關於新冠病毒（中共病毒）時表示，他跟中國的一些朋友還有往來，有的朋友目前還在監獄，太太們在外面，太太們通過電話得知，監獄的情況非常糟糕，有人也得了新冠病毒（中共肺炎），情況很危險。

當主持人問羅特，李文亮的死讓一些中國人發出了不同聲音，他是否認為這對中國人權和新聞自由來說是個機會。羅特表示，「您認為那裡的人會改變嗎？很難。中國政府（中共）可能會用血腥的手段來對付這些人（敢於發出不同聲音的人）。」

「我們看到武漢的事情是怎麼樣的，他們『控制』了病毒，也『控制』了那裡的人。誰不聽話，就把他除掉。」羅特表示，「人們所看到的可能只是冰山一角。人們很害怕，誰也不知道那裡發生了什麼事。我們無法相信中共的數字，我從未見過中共給出真正的數字，在監獄裡沒有，在經濟界也沒見到。」

一帶一路看上去誘人 但是怎樣的代價

當本報記者問羅特先生是否知道中共一帶一路項目時，他幾乎哭笑不得。因為在東莞監獄，他們每天都要坐在小板凳上兩個小時被洗腦，聽《新聞聯播》、警察的訓誡，灌輸共產主義，還有花很長時間講一帶一路之類的中共項目。

德國有很多政治家，包括總理默克爾在內都在為中共一帶一路唱讚歌，對此羅特的看法是，中共的確是希望通過這個項目來束縛很多國家，在貧窮的國家進行基礎設施項目，先不用付款，但要欠中共的債，當他們不能償還的時候，就只能歸屬於中共了。中共向他們承諾很多資金，「我們為您建設」，很明顯這對中共經濟有好處，因為這些項目必須由中國公司承擔。

羅特認為，中共挑選出一些國家，使他們陷入依賴中共的陷阱而無法脫離困境，人們低估了這一點。一帶一路看起來很誘人——我們會提供這個或那個給你，但你卻要付出怎樣的代價！「中國（中共）是不會提供免費午餐的。」

在接受德國西南廣播公司（SWR1）採訪的時候，提到德國政府對使用華為5G的態度時，羅特曾用「輕率」一詞來形容德國政府的決定，理由是什麼呢？

羅特表示，「華為說我們簽署合同，保證不進行間諜活動。從我自身遭遇來看，可以說在中國無論是印在紙上的還是簽了名的紙張，都沒有任何價值。合同在中國沒有口碑。如果合同具有合法性，我在中國就永遠不會被逮捕。」

「根據我自己的經驗，我知道這不是事實。無論華為保證什麼，都只是在作秀，為求得這份合同，他們什麼都可以說。」他這麼認為。

德國政治家太天真 要用華為5G不可思議

很多德國政治家在跟中共會談時，對中國的人權問題只在私下裡講，對此，羅特表示，「老實說，我看到這件事背後的天真。」

「作為政治家的目光去看中國，大多數人是為了經濟遊說，許多與中共有業務往來的公司自然希望維持良好關係，以便能繼續擴大業務和賺更多的錢。」現在中國人和中國人也是不同的。羅特說自己遇到過很多友好和優秀的中國人，他們做正當的生意、有很好的工廠和企業，可以與他們毫無問題地做生意。

「但是人們得了解，政府在背後有什麼政治目的，有些東西你將無法為之承擔責任。例如監獄中的強制勞工等事情。」羅特說。

從中共地獄中倖存回到德國的羅特，是否認為德國政治家對中國現實真正了解呢？

「他們完全不了解。他們不知道中國發生了什麼，他們有其它的擔憂，他們對中國的經濟、大公司如何在中國做生意更感興趣，因為那樣他們能從中得到更多的政治獻金和選舉經費。很顯然在德國，政治家在這方面做得太少。看待中共政策，他們簡單幼稚。」

「我不確定他們是否有意為之，但從現在的政治局勢來看，我無法認同，是有些不對勁兒了。」羅特表示。

對於默克爾政府堅持要使用華為5G，羅特表示，「簡直不可思議。我真的不知道該說些什麼了，默克爾女士對此太輕率了。默克爾女士應該明白這點，她在東德長大，她在哈佛演講中談到自由非常重要這一事實。」「好吧，她的演講很出色，但她真正實施的政治和這些完全不相符。她為什麼要說這些？不可思議。」

出賣價值觀和法律 無法長久

至於說，德國現在有很多人認為柏林牆已經倒塌30年了，共產主義對世界已構不成威脅，就這點而言，羅特認為，「人們要當心了。看看中國（中共）在非洲做了什麼，如何投資，『一帶一路』在非洲傳播有多廣，情況已經很嚴重了。」

「我並非指我們不應該跟中國做生意，不允許跟中國做生意，不是那樣的。人們當然可以跟中國做生意，我在中國遇到過很多好人，問題是要把中國人和政府（中共）區分開。」羅特說，「對德國也一樣，我們如何生產、如何生活，是有一定價值觀的，當我們跟中共做生意、進口產品時，必須在同等價值水平上和法律條件下進行。」

「我們不能在沒有尊嚴的條件下在中國生產產品，僅僅為了廉價產品，就逼迫人們從事這類生產，歐盟和整個西方世界都應該禁止這類事情。」羅特表示。

「我相信，只有在發生新的重大經濟危機的情況下，中國的情況才能真正改變。」羅特說，「比如目前的冠狀病毒（中共肺炎），許多工廠狀況變得非常嚴峻，當人們失業、工廠必須關閉時，很多事情我們都不了解，武漢發生了什麼？只能推測。我知道監獄裡一些情況。可那裡發生了什麼，從來沒有公開過。」

「作為德國企業家，我應該真心問自己一個問題，生產超級便宜的貨物有意義嗎？最終傷害的只會是作為企業家的自己。如果事後真相被揭穿，那我的名聲就毀了。作為企業家，我們必須有更明確的價值觀。」

「如果我們出賣自己，出賣自己的價值觀和法律，它是不能長久的。因為你出賣了自己的榮譽和尊嚴。如果失去了尊嚴，那你是誰？那真的就什麼也不是了。」

拋開恐懼 擺脫束縛

羅特先生在中國生活過15年，遇到過很多善良人，熱情好客。他希望有朝一日，「中國人可以擺脫束縛，真正實現自我。因為只有擺脫恐懼，生活才能真正發揮創造力，成為真正的自己。」

「中共僅僅是利用恐懼來控制人們。在監獄中我們曾經歷過，由於害怕遵守規定，但永遠無法以這種方式獲得自由。」羅特說，「要想讓生活充實，只有拋開恐懼。如果你可以生活無懼。因為當我知道我要說些什麼的時候，我的家人會受到威脅，或者我自己會受到威脅，那我永遠都不會獲得自由。」

羅特在書中寫道，他時常思念安吉麗娜，和她一起度過的那些隨心所欲的歲月。「我現在知道什麼是真正的財富。保證不是兩輛法拉利和豪華手錶。真正的財富在於仁愛以及為人處事無愧於心。」

「我的往事就是證據！」這也是羅特先生無論如何也要完成這本書的目的，推動他的是一種願望，讓人們從中能看清一些事實，學有所獲，哪怕能稍微改變一點都是好的。（完）
