此”制生權戰爭”概念，來自中共國軍醫。從該書出版時間為2010年，足以推測，中共國在禽流感研究方面，已經採用動物與人際傳播途徑方向。維基百科列舉2013年在中共國就有首例禽流感感染人的案例。

中共國<超限戰>作者喬良，已經指出這”制生權戰爭”是超限戰的變化變種。如果只對對武漢實驗室的調查，那也是冰山一角而已。美國應該全面調查美中和其他國多邊的調查，而且不只是針對冠狀病毒一種，而是所有種類高危病毒研究與中共國的關係。
