【大紀元2020年03月27日訊】（大紀元記者肇宸法國報導）中共肺炎在全球的肆虐愈演愈烈，歐洲儼然已經成為全球矚目的重災區。法國政壇也頻傳確診案例：兩位內閣部長、一位國務祕書、19名國會議員、兩名市長，而這個名單正在持續加長。《大紀元特稿》明確指出，這場蔓延全球的病毒，正是衝著共產黨而來。那麼法國政要究竟與中共有哪些「親密關係」，從而引禍上身？

武漢被稱為「最具法國特色」的中國城市

法國與中共政權的聯繫交往複雜和繁多，經濟、科技、文化上全方位展開，而武漢更成為「中法合作」的典型範例。

法國與中共政權的建交始於1966年，直到1980年，中法合作僅存在於大學之間。武漢大學成為與法國聯繫最緊密、合作最廣泛的高校之一。武漢大學每年有約2,000名交換生來自法國精英大學校或公立大學。

武漢這個被稱為「最具法國特色」的中國城市，在疫情爆發之前，擁有法國對中國投資額的40%，而逾百所企業在武漢都有分公司或辦事處。這些企業包括：標緻-雪鐵龍集團（PSA）、雷諾（Renault）、阿爾斯通（Alstom）、阿海琺（Areva）、道達爾（Total），多家法國精英工程學校也在武漢設有分校。

法國依政府協議幫武漢建P4實驗室

武漢疫情爆發後，眾多輿論質疑病毒來自於武漢病毒研究所。該所是中國唯一一個擁有P4級別生物實驗室的機構。

P4是生物安全實驗室的最高防護級別，專用於研究高危險、至今無疫苗或治療方式的病原體。而多種新型冠狀病毒的研究正是武漢P4實驗室的主要方向之一。

根據法國政經雜誌《挑戰》（《Challenges》）今年1月23日的專題報導，武漢P4實驗室是在法國全力協助下建設完成。

該篇報導的專題記者安托萬·伊贊巴德（AntoineIzambard）曾經出書《法國-中國，危險關係》詳細披露武漢P4實驗室成立的原委。

在2003年薩斯（SARS）疫情時，中國科學院便向法國請求協助在武漢建立一所P4實驗室，而且以法國國家健康與醫學研究院下屬里昂P4實驗室為模型。里昂P4實驗室是歐洲最大的P4級別實驗室，法國在高危病毒研究領域處於全球領先地位。

法國情報部門曾警告當時的政府，中方欲成立P4實驗室的意圖不明，他們非常懷疑中共正在祕密進行「進攻性生物計劃」。

儘管諸多質疑與憂慮，2003年4月當時的法國總理讓-皮埃爾·拉法蘭（Jean-PierreRaffarin）仍赴華審查。之後不久，在中方保證不從事生物武器的前提下，法國決定協助中國建立P4實驗室。

2004年10月，時任法國總統的雅克·希拉克（JacquesChirac）訪華，將武漢P4實驗室的建設確定為中法政府間協議，並規定了一系列與之相關的科學合作計劃。總理拉法蘭稱此協議「是國家元首間的政治協議」。

事實上2004年，法國與中國開始建立全面戰略夥伴關係，這是西方發達國家首次與中共政府建立全面戰略夥伴關係。早年支持法國共產黨的希拉克是著名的親中共派，他曾支持歐盟解除對中共武器禁運，並反對中華民國針對中共威脅而進行的強化國防全國性投票。法國親中共的風氣正是始於希拉克。

中法醫療合作的代表醫院涉嫌參與活摘

從2000年起，中國「器官移植」數量激增，根據英國BBC的深度報導，2000年中國肝移植總數比1999年翻了10倍，2005年再翻三倍。短短6年間，中國肝移植年移植量增長了三十倍。對中共活摘法輪功學員器官的指控開始浮出水面。多年來一直追蹤中共活摘器官罪行的「追查國際組織」收集到大量相關證據與數據，牽涉眾多中國知名醫院。

從2000年開始，法中在醫療層面開始有頻繁的合作互動。目前至少17家法國頂級醫院與遍布中國的諸多大型醫院或大學醫學院進行醫療培訓協作項目。武漢中南醫院更是中法醫院合作的典型代表。

武漢中南醫院，又名武漢大學附屬第二醫院，是與法國醫學界長期合作交流最頻繁的中國醫院之一。根據維基百科介紹，在1980年代，該醫院就與法國同行開展多種合作。1998年法國駐武漢總領館成立後，中南醫院被法國駐華大使館與武漢總領館聯合確定為武漢地區唯一的法語醫院。

2000年8月，獲得里昂大學腫瘤學博士學位的周雲峰擔任中南醫院院長後，該院與法國醫學界的合作更突飛猛進。中南醫院的副院長之一是一位法國人。

2006年總統希拉克訪華期間，曾與數位內閣部長以及企業界和法方記者共200人參觀中南醫院，並為武漢大學中法肝膽疾病研究院奠基。

根據「追查國際組織」在其網站上公布的信息，武漢大學中南醫院正是參與涉嫌活摘器官的責任單位。而其中眾多涉嫌參與活摘器官的醫生絕大部分正來自肝膽疾病研究院。例如，肝膽疾病研究院主任醫師彭桂主，在2002年到2012年期間至少實施407例肝移植及腹部多器官切取；肝膽疾病研究院副主任醫師孫培龍，在2002年1月到2011年12月期間，參與實施144例肝移植。

然而二十年來，法國醫學界一直在為中國的醫生和醫療機構提供醫療培訓和技術上的支持。衛生部官網上一份關於2015年10月中法醫院論壇的文件稱，中法間的醫療合作被視作法國在衛生領域對外合作的最重要部分。值得特別指出，在中共肺炎爆發的初期，這份文件就被從官網上撤銷了。

中共醜惡的人權劣跡仍沒有擋住法國對華的大量經濟投資，法中基金會等一系列帶有中共背景的協會機構得到法國政界、商界乃至文化界的大力支持，中共獨有的黨文化特色正在一點點的在法國政商界和文化界滲透。#
