研究：不斷變異的中共病毒或致人類研製的疫苗失效

英美科學家最新的研究發現，目前在歐洲和美洲流行的中共病毒（又稱薩斯2號病毒，武漢肺炎）是一種已經變種的病毒，雖然染上變種病毒的患者的症狀並不一定就更嚴重。同時這種變種病毒可能會躲過人類已經研製出來的疫苗，早前痊癒的中共病毒病患體內的抗體對這種變種病毒可能也沒有抵禦能力。

據每日郵報報導，英國謝菲爾德大學（University of Sheffield ）和美國洛斯阿拉莫斯國家實驗室（Los Alamos National Laboratory）於5月5日在網上公佈了他們的研究結果，他們對447位病患的樣品的檢測發現，一款名爲G614 的病毒目前在很多歐美很多國家流行。

科學家說，人們相信這種被稱爲G614的病毒起源於中國或歐洲，現在已成爲“許多國家的主要流行病形式”。他們說，這種病毒最早是在2月份在德國發現的，此後已成爲全世界患者最普遍的病毒形式，每當它們發生衝突時，它就會淘汰舊版本。 

他們介紹說，這款病毒變種前的D614 病株出現在武漢病患、中共大陸和亞洲的大部分中共病毒病患，以及歐美最初病患的樣品中，但是從2月份德國出現其變種G614病株之後，這種病株開始在美國和歐洲廣泛流行，並最後成爲全球最主要的病株。 

這些研究人員在研究報告中寫道：“在3月1日之前， 大多數國家和地區採集到的中共病毒病患排序中主要的是D614 病株；而一旦G614 進入人羣后，這種病毒就會迅速蔓延開，而且往往在幾周後G614 病株就稱爲當地的主要病毒。而4月初的樣品顯示， 在從3月到4月這段時間中G614 病患出現的頻率在以令人吃驚的速度增加， 而且這種病毒還顯然在更廣泛的地區散播開來。其中今年三月份，G614 在歐洲地區變得越來越普遍， 而4月份就稱爲了主要的病株；而在北美洲最初的病株是D614，但是3月初，美國和加拿大出現了G614 病株，而到3月底，這種病毒就成爲了這兩個國家的主要病株。 ”

這種G614 與D614 的區別在於其病毒蛋白突起的形狀發生了改變，然而由於這種蛋白突起是人類研製的疫苗和藥物主要攻擊的目標，因此顯然這種突起蛋白形狀的改變會引發研究人員的擔憂。 因爲如果科學家研發的一款疫苗是通過吸附在病毒的蛋白突起上起作用，那麼如果這個突起蛋白改變了形狀， 這款藥物就會由於無法吸附而失去效果；人體的免疫力也一樣，如果人體的抗體襲擊的是某一種形狀的中共病毒的蛋白突起，由於病毒的形狀的改變，那麼抗體將無法識別入侵的病毒，因此也無法對入侵的這種病毒做出應有的迴應。

專家表示，病毒通過變體而突破不同地區民衆體內的免疫系統攻入人體。然而東英吉利大學的教授亨特（Paul Hunter）說：“這種情況被稱爲脫逃突變體（escape mutants），因爲病毒的這種突變導致人體的免疫力對這種病毒不再有效。 ” 他舉例說，感冒病毒就有經常會發生這種突變，並導致人類研製出的疫苗對其失效。 

弗朗西斯• 克里克研究所（The Francis Crick Institute）的斯托耶（Jonathan Stoye）認爲，這個研究結果顯示，中共病毒在全球蔓延時能夠以多種不同的方式改變其基因結構，因此這個研究結果可能會對疫苗的開發有重要作用。

目前科學家仍然不清楚，中共病毒的痊癒病患是否能夠對此病毒產生長期的免疫力，但是英國首席科學家瓦倫斯爵士（Sir Patrick Vallance）5日已經表示，從中共病毒康復的病患不太可能擁有全部的免疫力。

科學家們還發現中共病毒的變體很多也很快。英國政府的緊急情況專家諮詢團隊（SAGE）5日公佈的另外一份報告顯示，從今年3月開始，英國至少有十多種中共病毒病株在流行。政府諮詢團隊的專家在論文中分析了來自於英國各地的260位染疫病患身上所攜帶病毒的基因組，並確認了其中12種不同的病株。他們的研究還發現，其中的一些變種增強了病毒侵入人體細胞的能力，另外一些新變種令病毒在病患體內更快繁殖。他們研究中發現，西班牙、意大利及紐約目前流行的病株與他們發現的最致命的變種的病株類似，而與美國華盛頓州流行的病株類似的變種的毒性較弱，因此華盛頓州地區的病患的病症較輕微。
