中国异议作家杜导斌疫期发声遭软禁及死亡威胁

中国知名异议人士杜导斌在湖北应城家中遭地方当局派人软禁和死亡威胁，有网友对杜导斌的处境表达关切和声援。知情者在朋友圈中发消息称，杜导斌的遭遇与在疫情期间坚持发声有关，呼吁媒体和支持者紧急关注。消息称，杜导斌的目前处境是当局在严重疫情好转之后进行报复的一步。

5月9日，一位了解杜导斌当前处境的网友通过社交媒体披露，杜导斌已被湖北应城市当局非法软禁在家十天，维稳人员扬言要把他关到死，其家中阳台都装了铁丝网，无法与外界正常联系。

这名网友称，杜导斌上月还遭到当局唆使的社会人员当街殴打，至今没有说法。该网友指出，杜的遭遇与他在疫情期间坚持发声有关。

吁善待敢言学者 议当局处置疫情

2020年1月，武汉疫情爆发早期，杜导斌与众多中国敢言的知识分子一道，发文力挺清华大学法学教授许章润批评当权者的文章，称许章润教授“不惧淫威，疾言时弊，指明国是，方是真男儿。”他还指出，“二十五史上，从来都是以敢说真话实话者为忠，以曲意逢迎巧言令色者为奸……希望这个国家善待许章润。”

四月中旬，杜导斌发微信评论当局处理疫情的方式时呼吁主政者公开透明，接受批评意见。 杜导斌写道，“这么大的事，谁也不能担保什么都搞得完美，有缺点和出错都正常。”他接着指出，“让民众说话，把错误暴露出来，得以改正，不是就会少造成损失和伤害？” 北京官方对武汉疫情早期的处理方式在国际社会受到质疑和追责。
上述微信评论的下面是杜导斌发出的被人当街殴打的信息。有网友转发杜导斌的上述微信截图并留言说，打人者扬言，“让你到处写到处说。”该网友还表示，杜先生报警后，警方说“调不到监控，明天再说。”

当局被指非法拘禁异议人士恐吓家属

据另一位知情者披露的消息，4月28日杜导斌向其工作单位、隶属市文体局的应城市图书馆提出辞职，未获准并再次从京山家中被带到应城软禁。消息说，看守他的三个人住他家中，吃喝还要杜导斌负责，已经抢去杜先生5500元用于吃喝。应城市文体局长曾前往杜家劝其上班被拒。杜导斌被软禁后主要任务是写检讨。检讨须获文体局完全满意才会放人。
据悉，杜导斌此次被限制行动自由没有任何法律手续，也不是由执法机关和执法人员出面。之前，有消息说，杜导斌曾被当地国保人员带走调查，但调查证明他并无违法言行，因此重获自由得以回家。消息说，杜导斌这次不是第一次被非法拘禁。此前有过一次，长达两月。亦无任何法律手续，亦非执法机关和执法人员所为。

知情者表示，杜导斌的手机又被当局收走，当局人员还恐吓杜导斌妻子称，如果告诉外界这些情况，就将把杜导斌带到山里埋了。杜导斌妻子吓得不敢接受媒体采访。
美国之音周六致电应城市文体局李文耀副局长和市图书馆范志国馆长，希望通过他们核实有关情况，两人均未接听电话。

一些网友发微信对杜导斌再次被地方当局软禁表达关切，要求立即释放他。但是有人表示，带有杜导斌名字的信息发不出去，可能已遭屏蔽。有人评论说， “应城二次文革”来了。

体制内的“煽动颠覆”者

现年56岁的杜导斌是湖北地方政府工作人员，一度是单位培养提干人选，曾出任局办公室主任等职，立功受奖，六四事件后政治思想观点开始转变，于入党前撤回申请，2000年起在互联网上张贴多篇文章表达不同政见，加入独立中文笔会，抨击农民税赋过重，支持香港市民反抗23条立法，积极参加湖北民间维权活动，2004年被孝感市中级人民法院以煽动颠覆国家政权罪，处有期徒刑三年，缓刑四年，剥夺政治权利二年。杜导斌提出无罪上诉被驳回后，其缓刑被撤销，入监执行实刑。
