一直以来，大陆当局对外公布的中共病毒(又称新冠状病毒，COVID-19)疫情数字都备受质疑。美国《外交政策（Foreign Policy）》近日获取一份由有中共军方背景的高校统计的疫情大数据，其中包含64万条病例更新数据，被指是目前外界能获取的涵盖内容最广的中国疫情数据库。

据《外交政策》5月13日报道，一位匿名知情人士日前向该杂志提供了中国人民解放军国防科技大学的一份数据库。该数据涵盖了230个城市从2月初到4月下旬的疫情信息，共有逾64万条信息更新记录。报道虽未明确说明64万条数据是否等于64万人染疫，但提到每一条记录都显示了某一地点的病例数的及时信息。数据包含该地点的经纬度信息以及该地的确诊病例数。

对于疫情爆发地湖北省武汉市及其附近地区，该数据库还包括死亡病例和所谓“治愈”的数据信息。不过，目前外界尚不清楚该数据库的作者如何定义“确诊”和“治愈”。报道指出，“中国曾在2月中旬改变计算方法，令某一天的确诊人数激增。……，共产党经常出于政治目的操纵数据。”报道并强调，“几乎可肯定的是，中国不会向美国官员、医生分享（该数据库）”。

据悉，这一数据库与该学校发布的一个中共病毒在线数据追踪器数据信息一致，不过，这个名为“战疫复工大数据”的在线版病例地图中，缺少很多细节。

目前，在线版本已无法打开。但台湾《上报》5月15日在检视在线版本的病例地图时发现，将数据地图放大后，可以显示每个小区的疫情数据，包括确诊人数、疑似人数、病亡人数、治愈人数及无症状感染人数等。不过，在检视数以百计的疫情标记时，均没有一个显示“病亡人数”。此外，有不少地点仅显示“曾有疫情”，但没有具体感染数字。

《外交政策》表示，基于安全原因，目前暂不公开这个数据库，但会探索如何将数据库化成可用的数据。

3月下旬，英国科学顾问们曾告知首相约翰逊，中国当局可能将其确诊的病例数瞒报了“15到40倍”。截止到目前，中国官方公布的确诊病例数只有82933例。

近日，中国多地疫情升温。吉林省爆发群聚感染并将疫情跨省传染至辽宁。目前吉林辽宁两省已有至少8千人被隔离。另一方面武汉也因一个小区出现6例确诊病例，而再次成为防控重点。当地政府决定用10天时间对全市约1100万市民开展核酸检测。但不少当地居民认为这一政策不合理，甚至脑残。网络流传的一段录音显示，武汉一位女士在排队等待检查三个小时后怒斥政府，要求一千多万人出来扎堆搞核酸检测，又没有合理的医疗防护，就是在进行交叉感染。
