在疫情期間，中共繼續強推「合村併居」，村民拒絕後被騷擾，被強行帶走「約談」。該事件引發海內外民眾熱議，網友怒指中共行徑猶如強盜土匪，搜刮民財。

山東臨沂李家村的一位村民表示，他家的房子在6月13日中午被強拆，沒有任何通知。

此前，從疫情爆發後的3月末開始，他的父母在家裡每天經歷田地被挖、農作物被毀壞、斷路斷電、家門口被放鞭炮、房屋玻璃被砸碎等騷擾行徑，最終沒辦法只能在6月11日前往城鎮找他，兩天後房子被強拆。

他說，村裡從去年10月份開始大規模強拆，但他一直拒絕拆遷，因為安置房還沒有建好，補償費用非常低。他因此報警、寫上訪信、打市長熱線，都無濟於事。

山東濱州袁家村，今年4月中旬突然宣布該村被納入合村併居範圍。但是，農民房子被拆除的同時，卻得不到何時建好安置房的承諾。

一位村民表示，她因拒絕簽字被當地官員多次上門「勸說」，還曾被6個官員帶上一輛車，被帶到鄉政府的一個社區辦事處「約談」16個小時，期間她被軟硬兼施。

她被帶走的時候，家人打電話報警，但警察找到她被「約談」的地方，讓她在一份「這不是非法拘禁，而是做工作」的回執上簽字。該村民至今未同意拆遷。

中共的「合村併居」是讓農民離開傳統的農村，集中到中共政府安排的社區居住。大陸媒體6月22日報導，農民房子被拆之後，需要支付十萬元左右才能住進樓房。

中共山東省政府6月17日稱，「沒有下指標派任務，沒有大規模的大拆大建。拆不拆、搬不搬、建不建，由農民群眾說了算。」

大陸微博網友留言說，「都拆了又開始說農民自己選？」「拆不拆自己說了算，這能自己說了算嗎？？？強盜土匪。」
