今天，我與去年十月一日被實彈射傷的曾志健「健仔」吃飯，記得他在一年前遭黑警近距離向胸口開槍，可謂人神共憤，「十月一 槍殺人」的口號亦是由此而生。

事隔一年，即使身體漸漸康復，他作為十九歲的中六學生，本來應可專心應付公開試，卻仍受官司所困。這源於律政司不擇手段，在他中槍後仍堅持起訴他一項暴動罪及兩項襲警罪，就著案件申請法援時更被署方拒絕其申請，理由是「法援署認為警方所使用的武力合理」。

見面的時候，他跟我提到，自己三天後便要上庭，屆時有機會不獲保釋，需要即時還押，也問及不少服刑所須知道的狀況，而我最擔心的是，他作為不足二十一歲的被告，一旦還押的話，就要被還押至位於壁屋的青少年監獄。

不論環境、待遇還是規矩，跟年滿二十一歲或以上的成人監牢比起來，青少年所要面對的環境可說是辛苦百倍有多，根本不能相提並論；更曾有懲教人員在壁屋懲教所虐打手足，有關狀況也在幾個月前所舉辦的記者會所揭發。

就著健仔的案件，自問未能在司法程序幫到甚麼，但作為過來人，送上自己坐監期間撰寫的監獄日記，分別是以中文撰寫的《獄文字》，以及翻譯的英語的《Unfree Speech》，也許對他來說，也會有有多點參考。

我經歷過磨鞋、摺毽、步操等所謂的「紀律訓練」，也曾在監房裡聽著同齡囚友憶述自己被打的經歷，只盼將自己所經歷的分享，可讓後來面對判監刑期的手足義士，對於青少年監牢裡的「生存之道」，可有多一份心理準備和適應。

過去一年以來，國際傳媒經常問我：「自中學時期開始投入抗爭，覺唔覺得自己犧牲了很多？」每次被問到這個問題，我的答案也是非常簡單：「對比起在去年投入抗爭受槍傷的中學生，我所付出的，根本是微不足道。」

從反國教的中學生搞集會，到反送中的中學生受槍傷，七年前後中學生參與抗爭所要承擔的代價，根本已是差天共地，雖說未至於自慚不如，但總會隱隱若若的覺得，自己所有虧欠。

無論如何，「健仔」今週四便要上庭，屆時不排除即時還押，呼籲各位到法庭旁聽聲援：
