丈夫遭焚尸灭迹 法轮功学员杨雪在迫害中离世

辽宁省葫芦岛市法轮功学员杨雪被非法判刑4年监外执行，长期遭国保警察监控、骚扰，还经受了丈夫被酷刑折磨致死及父母相继离世的痛苦，于11月2日在迫害中离世，年仅41岁。

明慧网报导，杨雪于1979年出生，毕业于河北燕山大学美术系，毕业后在沈阳从事设计工作，之后回到身在绥中前所镇电厂的父母身边，并在那里开办面对学生的美术班。学生多的时候有五六十人，深得家长和学生的好评。

2008年2月25日，杨雪和丈夫范德震被绥中国保大队绑架，她的美术班被迫中止。那时，杨雪的儿子只有7个月大。

杨雪被绥中看守所非法关押一个多月后回到家。不到两个月，她丈夫被迫害致死，被强行解剖、焚尸灭迹。

之后，杨雪和家人到葫芦岛市几个部门上访。政府部门的人说，没人能管这事，也不敢管。绥中公安局害怕杨雪和家属往上告，就把杨雪非法判刑4年，因她孩子在哺乳期，被监外执行。

哺乳期之后，绥中国保大队欲将杨雪送入监狱，多次骚扰。杨雪不得不离家出走。因国保找不到杨雪，就把她的公公抓起来一段时间。她的母亲伊桂珍更遭到国保频繁的骚扰。

杨雪的儿子经常思念爸爸，他常常羡慕别人家的小孩有爸爸，自己为什么没有爸爸！看到哪个叔叔大爷对他好，就问人家：“我管你叫爸爸行吗？”说的人家都觉得心酸。别人一家团圆，而杨雪孤儿寡母的，没有经济来源。好端端的一个家，就这么被中共毁了。

丈夫被迫害致死后强行火化
2008年2月25日，杨雪和丈夫范德震被葫芦岛市公安局绥中县公安局国保大队和杨家边防哨所警察绑架。范德震被绥中国保非法关押在绥中看守所。期间，曾被国保大队李长华等人秘密劫持到绥中汇阳宾馆，酷刑折磨。

同年4月20日，即范德震被非法关押仅55天，葫芦岛毛祁屯派出所警察告诉范德震的父亲去看守所看儿子，随后他的父母、大哥、大嫂全家坐警车去绥中。

与此同时，杨雪和她母亲伊桂珍带着9个月大的儿子，也被绥中杨家边防哨所警察带到绥中看守所。于是，两家亲戚被带到同一个房间等候。

绥中看守所所长王学平说：“你们家属都到齐了，我宣布一件事情，范德震已在今天早晨7点没了。”家人听到后，悲痛欲绝，哭得死去活来。

杨雪的母亲伊桂珍清醒过来后，问王学平：“人是怎么死的？”王说：“来所之后，营养不良，有病猝死。”伊桂珍说：“我4月14日刚给送去200元钱，问你他的情况，你告诉我：‘他一天吃两碗饭，精神状况很好’，为什么好端端的就死了呢？”

王学平等人互相推责任，其中一人恶狠狠地说：“就是打死的，怎么的？！”

看守所逼迫亲属当晚去看遗体，说看完后必须签字。杨雪和伊桂珍不同意签字，要求第二天看。

范德震的母亲害怕第二天看到的就是骨灰盒，决定去看遗体。就这样，范德震的父母、大哥三人去看遗体。

在停尸的床前，范德震的亲人看到遗体一丝不挂。父亲的第一感觉：这哪像自己儿子？被抓前，他一百四十多斤，白白胖胖的，身体非常健壮；不到两个月，竟皮包骨头，只剩几十斤，而且面目扭曲、双眼圆睁，嘴张开、牙关紧咬、头歪著，呈现惊吓状；头发和胡子都很长，小腹处呈一片黑紫色，还有一寸长的口子，有血迹；四肢及背部都青紫。很显然，范德振是在被毒打折磨得剧痛中死去的。后来家人听内部人说，范德震曾经遭受攥睾丸的折磨。

4月21下午1点多，警察把所有的家属拉到火葬场。一下车，亲人们愣住了，满院子都是警车，上百号人把那里围得水泄不通；大部分便衣，每个人的神色都紧张异常，如临大敌！

家人被带到休息大厅，被紧紧包围在屋内。警察逼家属签字，家属说：“死得不明不白，我们干嘛要签？”并对王学平说，“人在你那没了，就是你的责任！”王学平吓得狠狠瞪着眼睛说：“空口无凭。”

在未经家属同意的情况下，下午2点10分左右，绥中公安局局长孟凡斌下令强行火化。火化时，称已戒严，不许家人离开休息厅，最后让家人去领骨灰盒。

范德震当时才33岁，结婚才一年多，儿子还在哺乳期……
