人臉識別再升級

首先跟大家說聲抱歉，這兩天，因為我的喉嚨有點不舒服，所以聲音比較差一些，還請各位見諒。

今天我們要跟大家聊的話題，主要包括了三個重點：

‧重點一：武漢肺炎另類災區 YouTuber生存困難
‧重點二：活摘器官更多爆料 三名實例見證
‧重點三：疫情輕重各地不同 藏著神秘規律？

不過先帶您來看一個重要消息。

‧人臉辨識再升級 戴口罩也擋不住

大家知道，中共部署了大量的監視器（攝像頭）在監控全國人民百姓，加上人臉辨識系統，讓中共可以輕易地鎖定目標，追查逮捕。表面上，說是要降低犯罪率，但實際上是中共用來加強政權維穩、抓捕異議人士的主要迫害工具。

但最近因為肺炎疫情，人們出門都得戴上口罩，也降低了人臉辨識的成功率。沒想到，中共公安的主要合作廠商「漢王科技」，在疫情期間也沒閒著，居然推出一套「不受口罩影響的人臉辨識系統」。

漢王聲稱，他們在過去10年裡，已經累積了600萬個無口罩臉孔的數據庫，再搭配另一個規模較小、配戴口罩的人臉數據庫，聲稱可以在1秒內辨識超過30張人臉，還可以監測人體的體溫。

漢王科技副總裁 黃磊：「如果不戴口罩的情況下，識別率大概是在99.5%這個水平。在戴口罩的情況下，我們的識別率目前能達到95%左右。」

我們不是要幫他們做廣告宣傳，而是為中國民眾感到憂心。因為漢王科技說，他們最大客戶是中共公安部，也就是說，這是中共要用來擴大監控人民、打壓人權與異議人士的新手段。

中國的疫情還沒有結束，中共與相關企業卻用盡心思在研究如何加強監控人民、追蹤人民身上，而不是用在追蹤病毒、打擊疫情，這樣的政權實在是，怎麼說呢，形容詞就留給您填了唄。

接下來，我們要進入今天的重點話題。

‧重點一：武漢肺炎另類災區 YouTuber生存困難

已經有很多朋友發現了，最近看我們的節目都是一路順暢，一個廣告也沒有。

有嗅覺敏銳的朋友就留言給我們說，「這麼棒的節目，為何都沒有廣告？我願意為這個節目多看廣告呀！」

我想，可能很多人都知道為甚麼沒有廣告，因為我們頻道的節目題材，幾乎都跟武漢肺炎有關，所以遭到了YouTube的限制，我們過去一個多月做的節目，幾乎全部都清一色吃了「黃牌」（被黃標），也就是被YouTube限制了廣告功能，不能營利。我們有不少訂戶朋友也都是知名的YouTuber，都非常清楚這個問題。

YouTube的理由是，我們的視頻內容屬於「爭議性話題和敏感事件」，所以都被列為「­只能放送部分廣告或無法放送廣告」。那大家看我們的視頻都知道，一路通行無阻，就是無法放送廣告了。

其實，自從去年香港反送中運動開始，我們大部分跟反送中有關的視頻，幾乎都會吃黃牌，我們去年也跟大家提到過。但今年的武漢肺炎事件，情況就更離譜，是所有視頻都吃了黃牌，廣告幾乎沒有，也就沒有收入。

我們可以理解，YouTube做這一系列的決定，可能是擔心有人藉機傳播假新聞。但是，是不是假新聞，可以去觀察視頻內容、訂戶與觀看人數，以及觀眾的留言反饋來做綜合評估，而不是一味地針對關鍵詞進行「無差別封殺」，對不對？

我們比較擔心的是，這些決策背後，是不是受到中共的壓力，從而要以「爭議性話題和敏感事件」為理由，來對所有談論肺炎疫情的YouTuber抽廣告、限制言論呢？

而且，在中共刻意掩蓋疫情的情況下，許多中國民眾都紛紛翻牆出來，想要找更多真實的信息來幫助他們防範疫情，而那些敢說真話的YouTuber因為怕被抽廣告，不敢談論肺炎疫情、不敢提供更多真實資訊，那麼YouTube這樣的決策，是在幫助中國人民正確掌握疫情、對抗疫情嗎？還是可能會變成在幫助中共政府維穩呢？

YouTube亞太區高層上週在香港與一群網紅會面時，宣稱這是因為系統的人工智能（人工智慧）出錯，對廣東話的識別度不夠，導致對所有談論武漢肺炎疫情的視頻都進行「無差別黃標」。

不過，我們頻道講的是普通話呢，一樣被無差別黃標。

不但如此，最近有很多觀眾寫信或留言跟我們反映，他們雖然打開了小鈴鐺，但還是收不到新的影片通知。甚至還有觀眾留言說，他明明訂閱了頻道，但卻被自動退訂，然後再訂閱，再被自動退訂。

而且大家也可以看到，我們頻道最近的點擊量、新增訂戶人數、留言數都明顯放緩、減少許多。我們不確定是不是有人對我們頻道做了更多的限制，但是我們在這裡想請大家幫個忙，如果您遇到這些怪異的情況，比方說訂閱頻道後被自動退訂、打開小鈴鐺卻收不到新片通知、收不到我們的社群訊息等等，煩請留言告訴我們，我們會統一彙整起來，向YouTube反映。

同時，我們也正在研究怎麼做下一步應對，萬一YouTube實在不能待，也希望能夠繼續把真實的信息帶給大家。

‧重點二：活摘器官更多爆料 三名實例見證

最近我們談到了關於中共活摘器官的事情，然後有更多的網友陸續提供我們新的爆料內容。

比方說，有一位中國網友告訴我們，「說件真事，我朋友爸爸得肺癌還是什麼癌忘記了，本來要從他親兄弟身上移植，他們不願意，後來在北京花60萬（人民幣）買了一個器官。當時沒多想，現在想想不寒而慄。」

一位台灣網友告訴我們說，「我在五年前在台灣的某個醫院登記換腎時，就有人告訴我，登記等待換腎，時間不一定，有時幾個月，有時就算等十幾年也不見得等得到，而最快的方式就是花錢到對岸中國去換，只要大約準備500萬台幣左右（約100萬人民幣），就能在短短的一至兩個星期內找到適合的腎臟做移植。」

她說，後來看到中共對法輪功學員的迫害與活摘器官的報導後，才明白為甚麼能在這麼短的時間內找到適合的器官來移植。

還有一位中國的朋友，寫信告訴我們他與家人的親身經歷。不過因為要保護當事人，所以我們不便公布原始信件。

這位觀眾說，他哥哥因為罹患腎炎造成腎衰竭，所以考慮做腎移植。去年先是去了廣州南方醫院，他說，「那邊的醫生一知道他的情況，都瘋狂地拉換腎業務，所有醫院的醫生和工作人員都像做生意一樣，用各種方法和我哥哥談換腎業務，基本得到同樣的回答：「只要你有錢（50萬左右），腎源不是問題，腎源你不用擔心，肯定有！」那些人身上看不到醫生的慈悲和專家嚴謹的影子，都是一副急著掙錢的態度。」

他哥哥對醫院這種「做生意」的態度感到有所顧慮，後來通過朋友介紹，去到武漢的協和醫院，再通過關係介紹到了廣州軍區武漢總醫院，找到院長。院長跟他哥哥說，「你錢準備好了嗎？你的血型腎源你不用擔心，一個月內可以給你找到，沒問題！」

這位觀眾說，「我哥哥離開了醫院後，真的沒有等到一個月，軍區醫院通知他去換腎，由於我哥哥（有）其它原因沒去換腎。之後，（醫院）又因為有腎源通知了我哥哥三四次。」

這是觀眾寫信給我們的經歷分享，雖然我們現在沒有辦法到中國去查證，但是巧合的是，信中提到的兩家醫院，廣州的南方醫院和廣州軍區武漢總醫院，都因為涉及對法輪功學員活摘器官，而被國際組織追查。

已故的舊金山中華總商會顧問白蘭，在2015年底就曾經前往南方醫院進行換腎手術，花了一百多萬人民幣，當時就曾經被質疑是否牽涉到活摘器官。但幾個月後，白蘭就病故了。

我們再次感謝各地網友提供這些重要的信息與爆料，這些資訊，可以幫助大家進一步了解中共對人民的殘酷迫害、了解中共的邪惡。我們也歡迎大家繼續提供更多信息與證據給我們。

‧重點三：疫情輕重各地不同 藏著神祕規律？

最後要跟大家聊一個挺有意思的東西。我們在上一集節目裡不是跟大家說過嘛，世界衛生組織（WHO）對中共百般袒護，不建議各國對中國實施旅行與貿易限制，造成了伊朗、日本、韓國、歐洲等地的疫情大爆發；相反，不聽世衛的話的地方，比方說俄羅斯、朝鮮、台灣等地，疫情規模就相對小很多。

不過，我們再仔細想一想，發現有一個很特殊的巧合或者現象，就是疫情嚴重的地區，似乎都是比較親近中共的國家；疫情較輕的地區，似乎也都比較反對中共。我們來看一下例子。

在這個世界疫情統計圖上，我們可以看到，中國以外的地區，疫情最嚴重的國家包括了意大利確診9100多例（至3月9日為止），韓國確診7,000多例，伊朗確診7,000多例，接下來就是法國和德國的確診1,000多例。

意大利，我們知道，在去年3月底跟中共簽訂「一帶一路」協議，成為全球七大工業國（G7）第一個加入「一貸一賂」的國家。

欸，那個字幕有錯，是「一帶一路」，不是貸款的「貸」和賄賂的「賂」。

意大利加入「一帶一路」，等於是加入了中共的「朋友圈」，讓中共可以通過經濟來交換在當地的影響力，也讓歐美圍堵中共的策略出現了漏洞，並且幫助中共向西歐擴張，找到了重要的立足之地。

再來看韓國，韓國長期與中共關係良好，並且在經濟上與中國往來密切。不過當韓國疫情已經相當嚴重的時候，總統文在寅仍堅持不願全面禁止中國人民入境，說「不可能予以禁止入境，也沒有實際利益」。結果，造成上百萬韓國民眾連署彈劾文在寅，批評他像是「中國的總統」。

巧的是，日前在韓國才傳出了一篇熱門文章，內容是一位曾經為中共網軍工作過的朝鮮族人寫的，他披露中共曾經出動網軍幫助文在寅贏得總統大選。也因此，韓國近年來對中共相當友善甚至高度配合，許多重要建設都見得到中國企業的身影。

再看伊朗。伊朗自從1979年發生「伊斯蘭革命」之後，與西方國家關係惡化，轉而與中共關係密切，堪稱是中共在中東地區的「鐵桿兄弟」，也是中共「一帶一路」的重要夥伴。

中共不但從伊朗進口大量石油，還幫助伊朗發展基礎建設，甚至還讓華為不惜違反美國禁令的風險，悄悄對伊朗輸出電信設備，最後讓華為副董事長孟晚舟在加拿大被捕。

今年1月，美國出動無人機擊斃了伊朗高級指揮官，中共外交部長王毅還出頭幫伊朗說話，要美國不要「濫用武力」。

法國也是長年與中共關係友好，就連武漢病毒研究所的P4實驗室，也是法國幫助中共興建的。

法國媒體分析，法國政府精英都想跟中共做生意，不願意跟中共這個貿易夥伴鬧翻，因此許多政策上顯得保守，甚至是懦弱。因此，法國日前也宣布，不會在5G網絡上排除華為。

再看德國。德國政府在政治意識形態上並不算親共，但個別的政治人物與地方城市，卻是比較親近中共的。比方說，在華為問題上，去年底德國兩大政黨打算阻止華為，但今年初內政部長卻說，「沒有華為，5G網絡建不了。」

而且，中國已經連續四年成為德國最重要的貿易夥伴，去年中德兩國的貿易總額達到了2057億歐元。而且中國是全球最大的汽車市場，也是德國汽車業的主要依靠，因此德國默克爾政府近期來的許多政策，也選擇向中共傾斜。

好，看到這裡，是不是覺得很巧？這些疫情嚴重的國家，正好都是與中共關係密切的國家。我們再看看那些疫情比較輕的地區。

比方說俄羅斯跟朝鮮，雖然大家直覺上都會想到，俄羅斯以前是蘇聯，也是共產國家，所以中共、俄羅斯與朝鮮應該都是關係密切，抱在一團的。但其實恐怕不是這樣。

從中國一開始爆發疫情之後，是誰率先對中國關閉邊境？就是俄羅斯與朝鮮。為什麼？一方面是他們最了解中共，知道中共絕對會掩蓋疫情，所以急急忙忙地關閉邊境，甚至還傳出，只要有中國人民跨越邊境，朝鮮方面就會開槍擊斃，相當嚴厲。

另方面，俄羅斯普京政權與金正恩政權，可能也不喜歡中共。儘管他們與中共表面上維持頻繁互動，但似乎是「貌合神離」。

朝鮮金正恩政權，是江澤民派系扶植起來的，習近平上台後，一開始雙邊關係相當冷淡，互不信任，到後來因為受到美中貿易戰以及朝鮮可能被川普拿下等壓力，中朝關係才開始增加互動。

前蘇聯特務出身的普京，相當了解共產黨，他本人也採取強人獨裁的政治路線，不過他對中共也是缺乏信任，而中共也奈何不了普京。

澳洲媒體便曾分析，習近平與普京都想集中權力、重整國家，但彼此也都對彼此保持警惕、有所顧慮。

去年6月，習近平訪問俄羅斯爭取普京支持，想要「聯俄抗美」，對抗美國的貿易戰壓力，但普京卻很不給面子地說，俄羅斯要「坐觀虎鬥」。所以普京很可能跟中共是「貌合神離」，他雖然與中共簽訂30年的超大天然氣合同，但腦子裡盤算著什麼，可能只有他最清楚了。

最有趣的是，台灣跟香港。台灣跟香港雖然地理上距離中國最接近，但是疫情卻都相對受控、不嚴重。別忘了，今年初疫情爆發後不久，美國約翰霍普金斯大學（John Hopkins University）曾經預測，台灣疫情將是中國以外「第二慘」。不過，所幸並未如此。巧的是，台灣與香港的多數人民都是比較反對中共的。

香港因為去年的反送中運動，讓香港人看清中共的殘暴本質，對中共失去信任。台灣人長期受到中共的文攻武嚇與統戰，加上今年的台灣大選，讓多數台灣人堅決反共。根據去年底的民調顯示，台灣人民對中共反感的比率高達69.5%。

好，看到這裡，似乎真的可以看到一個現象：親近中共的地區，疫情比較嚴重；反對中共的地區，疫情就比較輕。這是巧合嗎？還是這場疫情就是針對中共而來的呢？

當然，我們這裡只是做一個比較簡單的現象歸納與討論，不是嚴謹的科學分析與研究，所以還無法給出確切的答案。只是，這個現象實在很有意思，提供大家參考，很值得我們深思。
