驚悚韓天大學？中共滲台高教　綠委陳亭妃披露：世新校長吳永乾任瀋陽市仲裁委員

陳亭妃強調，瀋陽市的仲裁基本上就是依照公務人員，「他這個單位是瀋陽市政府的直屬單位，媒體的手除了侵入到我們所有的媒體以外，學校也已經侵入。如果你（世新）董事會今天已經受聘為中國的仲裁委員，而且瀋陽市對於他（吳永乾）的仲裁會是相當於公務員的資格，這是何等嚴重…」

中國滲台媒體高層，高教也不放過？中國全國政協主席汪洋接見部分台灣媒體高層，「訓示」要努力宣傳「一國兩制」，世新大學校長吳永乾也在與會者中？綠委陳亭妃昨(13)日於政論節目「辣新聞152」揭露，早在去年吳就受聘為中國瀋陽市仲裁委員，該職依照公務人員是瀋陽市政府的直屬單位；另，世新網站也秀示「天下好文幫柯韓侯打贏選戰的小編，全出自於世新大學」，若加上韓國瑜近期赴世新大學演講，蛛絲馬跡拼湊起來關聯性似乎呼之欲出。對此諸般存疑，《放言》致電世新大學校長室，截至目前為止，未取得吳永乾回應。

小英回應出戲陳亭妃：幕僚難辭其咎

汪洋訓示媒體高層，還說現在要實現「和平統一」與「一國兩制」，仍要靠媒體界朋友共同努力。對此，小英總統表示，汪洋的談話證實台灣媒體受到中國施加的壓力，「這是對我們的民主、國內新聞自由，還有內政很大的干擾，對此我們要加以譴責。」

小英的回應，仔細看來卻有些「出戲」，不論從與會的照片、影片或列席媒體的狀態，著實難以感知小英所說的中國「施壓」，也有媒體形容與會者是乖乖聽訓話，是小英搞不清楚狀況，還是幕僚呈現傳達訊息有誤？

民進黨立委陳亭妃昨(13)日在政論節目「辣新聞152」中指出，「我們國安會還有相關單位，一定要開始有動作。如果今天總統府給蔡英文的講稿是這樣的方式，我相信其實總統府這些人要抓出來打屁股，而且表示你的態度和想法是有問題的，小英總統三年來為什麼變成這樣，總統府這些幕僚難辭其咎。」

陳亭妃接著表示，「如果今天這些朝貢的媒體、所有的重要幹部，都已經前往中國去聽汪洋這樣的大放厥詞，甚至要求要宣揚和平統一、一國兩制，已經講得這麼嚴重這麼強調，甚至這些媒體似乎都是他能一手掌握的，台灣強調的民主自由在這一局裡全部破功。如果這個破功回來還不處理，請問我們要講的媒體自由到底在哪裡？」

陳亭妃形容，「被訓示一國兩制、和平統一，在場居然沒有任何舉手反對說你說錯，反而汪洋還讚揚說這些媒體它們扮演很重要的角色，這些媒體的國在哪裡？在中國嗎？」

更令人訝異的是，除了媒體高層，現場還不乏教育者，陳亭妃指出，與會者包含世新大學的吳永乾校長，「我們還去調出資料，我也希望吳永乾校長你回來可以好好講一下，這個人剛好跟你長得很像，是不是就是你？」

陳亭妃接著拿出，中國遼寧省去年的報紙，「2018年5月21號，遼寧省瀋陽市日前舉行儀式聘任四名台灣籍人士為仲裁員，新聘任的台籍仲裁員吳永乾說　他將努力為台商在瀋陽健康發展促進瀋台交流合作，發揮積極的作用，這個是不是你世新的校長？」

韓天大學誕生關聯性呼之欲出

此外，陳亭妃還指出，「我們看世新大學在它自己的網站怎麼說，天下好文　　幫柯韓侯打贏選戰的小編，全出自於世新大學。所以，有韓天一號電視台、韓天二號電視台，韓天三號電視台都去了（「兩岸媒體人北京峰會」），還有韓天大學。」韓國瑜近期也赴世新大學演講，這些蛛絲馬跡拼湊起來，關聯性似乎呼之欲出。陳亭妃強調，「所以我們所看到的這些資料，不能等閒視之。」

對此，《放言》致電世新大學校長室釋疑，話務人員表達吳永乾已返台，截至目前為止，未取得吳永乾回應。
