Y【大纪元2019年06月15日讯】5月份，至少有66名法轮功学员被冤判，69人被非法庭审。律师为法轮功学员做43场无罪辩护。中共法院对法轮功学员敲诈勒索287,000元。

中共十分惧怕5.13“世界法轮大法日”。据明慧网信息统计，在5月13日当日，中国大陆至少有49名法轮功学员被非法开庭、绑架、抄家、骚扰、监视。

遭冤判

5月份，中共法院非法判刑法轮功学员66名。刑期最高10年，年龄最长者71岁，勒索罚款最高3万元。非法判刑最严重的地区：山东省12人、黑龙江10人、山西省9人。

太原市迎泽区法院重判八名老年法轮功学员

山西省太原市八位老年法轮功学员被非法关押近一年后，近期得知，他们被迎泽区法院非法判刑、罚款，刑期从1年至10年不等，并均被劫入狱。

这八位法轮功学员遭冤判情形如下：

孙志芬（60岁），被非法判刑10年、罚金3万元；王素平（67岁），被非法判刑10年、罚金3万元；张清香（69岁），被非法判刑6年、罚金2万元；田玉琴（60岁），被非法判刑6年、罚金2万元；罗保军（62岁），被非法判刑5年、罚金2万元；张润英（71岁），被非法判刑2年、罚金1万元；郭润锋（68岁），被非法判刑1年、罚金6,000元；胡兰英（65岁），被非法判刑1年、罚金5,000元。

太原市公安局迎泽分局警察于2018年6月25日非法闯入民宅、抄家、绑架了八名法轮功学员王素平、罗保军、孙志芬、张清香、张润英、郭润鲜、田玉琴、胡兰英，其中多半是老太太。

当时有四位老太太在孙志芬家一起阅读法轮功书籍，被一起非法抓捕。

随后，10月18日，警察又入室绑架了72岁的法轮功学员王兰梅。

2019年4月2日上午11点，太原市迎泽区法院对以上九位法轮功学员非法庭审。他们出庭时全部被强制戴着手铐脚镣。

在庭审中，67岁的王素平自我辩护时说，法轮功开传使人心向善、道德回升、传统回归、福益社会，如今法轮功洪传世界一百多个国家和地区，普遍受到欢迎，唯独在中国却遭到打压。

黄石市大冶市柯昌炎被冤判4年劫持入狱

湖北省黄石市大冶市茗山乡法轮功学员柯昌炎，被非法关押、构陷1年多，日前得知被非法判刑4年，被迫害得只剩皮包骨，并于5月29日被劫持到湖北省沙洋监狱。

非法庭审

5月份，66名法轮功学院被非法庭审。非法庭审最严重地区是：黑龙江省19人，辽宁省9人，江西省8人；非法庭审最严重城市是：南昌市8人，哈尔滨7人，绥化市7人，武汉市6人、黑河市5人。

辽宁鞍山市优秀教师遭诬审 律师力辩无罪

2019年5月20日上午10点多，辽宁省鞍山市立山区法院对海城市南台高中优秀教师、法轮功学员王宏柱进行非法庭审。两位律师从法律的专业角度做了信仰合法的辩护。

在法庭上，王宏柱讲述了警察将他诱骗到学校绑架不是刑事案，而是政治案、是政治迫害。他所做的一切并没有破坏国家法律的实施。法轮大法是正法，真相终有大白于天下的一天。

王宏柱于2018年8月22日晚被绑架并关押在南台看守所至今。

王宏柱的辩护律师指出，中共《宪法》第36条规定：“公民有宗教信仰自由。任何国家机关、社会团体和个人不得强制公民信仰宗教或者不信仰宗教，不得歧视信仰宗教的公民和不信仰宗教的公民”。此条法律明确了公民有是否信仰宗教或者信仰什么宗教的权利，即公民有自主决定的权利，并受法律保护。公民不应因为对神佛的信仰而获罪。

《刑法》第251条也规定了惩治“非法剥夺公民宗教信仰自由罪”的规定。

律师并指出，根据“法无明文不为罪”的原则，澄清法轮功真相，拥有和传播法轮功真相资料，完全是合法的。公诉人把他的合法物品视为犯罪证据，这是诬告。

律师还指出，海城市公安局国保大队作为侦察机关，为自己据以立案的证据出具“认定意见”，这种自圆其说的荒谬做法不具有合法性；并且海城市公安局国保大队也不是鉴定机构，不具有鉴定资质，这样的证据必须作为无效证据而排除。

65岁以上老年法轮功学员遭冤判

5月份，中共法庭对10名65岁以上的法轮功学员非法庭审，其中，6人被非法判刑。

含冤离世

5月份，4名法轮功学员在历经了中共监狱、劳教所、看守所、洗脑班等非法关押、酷刑迫害及中共人员的长期骚扰、威胁、恐吓中含冤离世。至此，从1月份到5月份，有39名法轮功学员被迫害致死。

遭13年冤狱迫害命危、失明 张洪伟含冤离世

张洪伟，52岁，吉林省舒兰市人，原通化钢铁公司公安处经警大队经警，曾经在辽宁某部队当侦察兵5年，立三等功一次，曾获全团比武五项全能冠军，身体素质极好，两米多高的墙能轻松越过，几个人都无法近身。

张洪伟因坚持修炼法轮功、讲真相，被非法判刑13年，先后被非法关押在长春铁北监狱、吉林监狱，遭受抻床、手弹眼珠、弹鼻梁、捏睾丸、拳打脚踢等酷刑，出狱时四肢无力、走路迟缓、几近失明，于2019年5月3日含冤离世。

大连市女教师黄桂英遭迫害含冤离世

原大连市白云小学教师黄桂英坚持修炼法轮功、按“真、善、忍”做好人，遭中共迫害，被非法关押在劳教所和监狱里共计5年，在牢狱里遭受种种折磨，警察曾在她的饭里下药破坏其中枢神经。

2017年9月，她出狱后被非法开除公职，丈夫又下岗，生活无经济来源，多次向学校、教育局提出要求正常办理退休，无果，身心压力很大，于2019年5月5日不幸离世，终年57岁。

5月份，中共通过法庭非法判刑法轮功学员、勒索罚款287,000万元。山西省太原市67岁的法轮功学员王素平、孙志芬分别被冤刑10年、勒索罚款3万元。山西省太原市张清香被非法判刑6年、罚款20,000元。

结语

近期明慧网报导，目前，美国国务院将对人权迫害者进行严格审核签证并加以制裁。美国国务院官员并告知美国法轮功学员可以提交迫害者名单。

美国国务院的一位发言人在答复大纪元记者的邮件中写道：“美国力求确保，那些侵犯人权的个人无法将美国当作避风港。”

明慧网重要《通知》呼吁，海内外的所有法轮功学员，更加完整地搜集、整理迫害者的名单，提交给明慧网，然后呈交给美国国务院。搜集的信息包括迫害者本人及其亲属、子女、资产的信息，便于定位迫害者。

通告还呼吁海外的法轮功学员，搜集和提交中共在海外迫害者的个人及亲属信息，包括美国、台湾、香港、韩国、西班牙等各个国家和地区。

明慧评论：中共已穷途末路，面临着分崩离析，千疮百孔的大船正在下沉。脱离中共是得以保全的唯一出路。
