[美麗NEWS]重大突破！歐盟立法 全球制裁侵犯人權者

12月9日國際人權日前，歐盟成員國外長齊聚布魯塞爾召開會議，會中一致通過啟動 歐盟版《馬格尼茨基法案》的立法，宣示著歐盟國也將加入全球制裁大軍，對侵犯人權者拒發簽證及凍結財產等。這對香港目前的民主抗爭運動來說是很大的助力。

荷蘭外交部長史戴夫‧布洛克（Stef Blok）在國際人權日前發推文說，「今天歐盟一致決定立法，建立全球範圍內的 歐盟人權制裁制度，這是一個非常強烈的訊號。」

荷蘭民主66黨的議員舍爾德‧舍爾德瑪（Sjoerd Sjoerdsma）在推特上說，「這是在全世界範圍內打擊『有罪不罰』的革命性一步。我們將痛擊侵犯人權者的要害——(打擊)他們的錢包，剝奪他們的奢靡生活；拒絕他們入境歐盟。」

荷蘭著名基金管理人、也是全球「馬格尼茨基司法運動」負責人比爾‧布勞德（Bill Browder）說，「如果侵犯人權者無法前往歐洲（他們也已經被美國和加拿大禁止入境），這對他們來說將是毀滅性的。」

歐洲議會議員、比利時前首相居伊·伏思達（Guy Verhofstadt）說，「這是歐洲議會和我長久以來推動的事。我們要實踐自己的價值觀。」

歐盟外長批准啟動《馬格尼茨基法案》，雖然立法程序需要花上一些時間，預計6個月後生效，但這項舉動已受到肯定。對此，香港眾志在官網上發文表示，希望這個法案日後可以幫助到香港。香港眾志也將會加緊對歐洲的遊說工作。
