【元旦大圍捕】首批被捕者獲保釋：路經遭圍捕　被要求換灰衫褲　大部分人未見律師

1月1日元旦大遊行之後，警方在銅鑼灣大規模拘捕示威者和市民，大部分送往北角警署。被圍捕至今經過超過 24 小時之後，有兩名中年男士最先獲得保釋，晚上約10時30分離開北角警署。兩人接受《立場》記者訪問時指出，自己路經遭圍捕，被帶上警署後，警方要求換上灰衫褲，他們指大部分人未見律師。

兩人在晚上 10 時半步出警署，他們指曾考慮48小時踢保，但煙癮難擋，所以接受數百元保釋外出。兩人表示昨晚路經銅鑼灣準備離開時，被警察圍堵。他們指出，拘捕時警察指令大家「踎低」，等候警察反鎖雙手，不聽從者被警察帶前辱罵。

他們指出，在銅鑼灣等候上車前，被捕者可要求到由警察帶往銅鑼灣澳門逸園中心如廁，但由於被捕者眾多，警察人手有限，由兩位警員看守一位被捕者，等候需時，有長者因為尿急難忍，未有上樓如廁。

兩人之後與三十多人一同上旅遊巴到北角警署。兩人指出，被帶到北角警署之後，被捕者雙手解鎖，同車三十多人一起拘留於一間大房，隨身所有物品被放入証物袋，簡單搜身，換上警方提供的灰衫褲及拖鞋，被捕者可要求打電話，警員表示會逐一安排，但就兩人所見，大部份人未獲機會打電話，警員先為眾人打手指模、影相、落口供，未有機會見律師。

兩人所有隨身物品及手機被扣留作証物，離開警署時，獲發還銀包、鎖匙及背包內衣物。二月三日回北角警署報到時，兩人指下次報到時有意「踢保」。
