中共白送恐怖份子軍火為搞亂世界秩序

多家外媒报道，国际上许多恐怖组织，包括IS都使用来自中共的武器。有中共军火出口公司前高层披露，中共在出口军火问题上毫无道义原则，多年来给中东、索马里等地恐怖组织低价供应甚至白送武器弹药，只要他们听从中共指示，搅乱自由世界秩序。

内部人士：中共白送恐怖组织军火，只为搞乱世界秩序

2014年，武器流向监督机构Conflict Armament Research根据战​​场遗留的子弹及武器残骸分析称，恐怖组织IS国使用的武器部分产自中国大陆。

除此之外，以色列媒体曾在2009年引述军方人士称，恐怖组织哈马斯向以色列南部城市贝尔谢巴发射的4枚火箭弹是中国（中共）制造的。西方媒体2014年拍到的照片显示，哈马斯武装在加沙城内参加阅兵式时展出了中国（中共）造107火箭炮。

2015年11月，一名大陆武器出口大型公司原总工程师向希望之声记者透露了更多中共军方多年来如何向中东、索马里等地区的恐怖分子出售武器交易的详细过程，并表示这些巨额交易款项基本都装進了这些将领的私人腰包。

这位知情人士说，中共能和这些组织达成交易，一来因为这些叛军和恐怖组织多数比较穷，愿意选择较便宜的中国产武器，“假如说，1000美金能买2把AK47，买法国的卡宾枪就要4000美金一把，那他当然要买便宜的。”

二来，中共没有什么原则，只要对方能听话就行：“美国、法国的枪虽然贵，这些组织来买，还贵贱不卖给你。但中共不是，你要是没钱，只要答应按中国共产党的指示去干一些坏事，还可以白送给你。世界哪个国家也不会自己辛辛苦苦做的武器，哪怕过时了，也不会白送啊，但中共做的出来。”

他本人就曾有这样的亲身经历：“他（买方）说：我们想要中国（中共军队）的武器，我们还没有钱。中方谈判人说，ok，我们可以白送给你，但是有两点：第一，武器给你了，你一定要反抗你当地的政府，你们作为游击队必须得接受我们的指导，攻击你们政府的国会、议会，或者总统府什么的；第二，其他西方国家驻在你们索马里的大使馆，你们要经常攻击它，让他们顾头不顾尾。”

“阿富汗、巴基斯坦、帕米尔那些蒙古游击队使用的枪都是中国的AK47，并且子弹无条件供应他们，要多少给多少！中国出口武器不计较钱多少，主要目的是输出所谓的’中共的革命思想”马列主义’，把自由世界秩序搞乱就行。”

据他介绍，中共大张旗鼓出口军火集中在1983至1989年间。国内的大型军火出口公司有约14家，这些公司是厅局级，老总都是少将军衔。此后，中共军方明面上禁止军队经商。但据他了解，军火买卖仍在進行。

外媒：大量美国军人死于“中国（中共）制造”武器

《远东经济评论》2008年7、8月号发表国际评估和战略中心(International Assessment and Strategy Center)资深研究员费雪(Richard D. Fisher)的评论文章〈中共军火伤及美国人性命〉(Chinese Arms Cost American Lives)，文中批露中共长久以来对中东激进份子输出武器，造成美军与盟军的损失，此一问题应妥善和立即解决。

文章指，一年多来，美国官员不断地向中共当局抱怨说，中共经由伊朗输出中国制造或协助制造的武器给阿富汗的塔利班(Taliban)组织，该组织使用这些武器杀害美军和盟军。中共对中断此一武器输出管道的要求置若罔闻。中共对这些激进份子提供武器与历史上的长期趋势相符，此一趋势可追溯至韩战和越战期间，当时中共利用邻国“代理战争”（proxy war）造成美国强权伤亡。

中共介入伊拉克和阿富汗政局可追溯至七十和八十年代。在阿富汗，中共经常提供武器给回教游击队。在伊拉克，中共于九十年代后期至大约二零零一年期间，与试图实施联合国“禁航区”制裁的美国空军，进行了一场激烈的代理战争。目前著名的电脑公司华为，曾经协助萨达姆整合防空机枪和导弹与现代光纤系统，使其对美国飞行员更具杀伤力。

在九一一事件之前，中共曾与巴基斯坦的强大情报系统合作，为塔利班进行训练。据法国媒体报导，中共定期购买塔利班收集的美国武器，包括刺针(Stinger)防空导弹，以及部分曾用以攻击塔利班基地的战斧(Tomahawk)巡弋导弹。

二零零七年六月，美国国防部指出，中共在某些案例中直接输出武器给塔利班，但大多数的武器是透过伊朗转给塔利班和伊拉克的激进份子。

正当伊朗提供中制军火给武装份子杀害美国人一事，于二零零七年初曝光时，美方尚未对其所见与因应措施取得共识。美国情报部门曾经发现，伊朗一直要求中共国营军火公司将武器上的序号移除，以隐藏该武器的出处。

二零零一年十二月十九日，一名阿富汗激进份子在看守藏在山洞里的上千重型武器时被捕获。这些武器标有中文标记。（法新社）

中共提供给伊拉克和塔利班激进份子的武器包括：枪支、反装甲弹、火箭筒、地雷、零点五口径“反物质”步枪(antimaterial rifles)，以及“红缨五号”(hn-5)肩射式防空导弹等。反装甲弹可以反制美军和盟军在单兵武装上的巨大投资，而零点五口径的步枪可用于长程狙击。这种“红缨五号”可能是第一代的导弹，但它曾经升级过，对于盟军直升机和日益增多的无人驾驶侦察机，构成真正的威胁。
