【新唐人北京时间2019年09月17日讯】近日，美国运输部长赵小兰被调查。赵小兰被指运用在川普（特朗普）政府内阁的位置令她家族的船务生意获益。赵小兰的父亲赵锡成与中共前党魁江泽民关系密切。

港媒东网9月16日报导，美国众议院监督和政府改革委员会周一（16日）宣布，运输部长赵小兰正接受调查。她被指运用在川普（特朗普）政府内阁的位置，令她家族的船务生意获益。由于她家族的船务公司和北京一向被指关系密切，加上参议院多数党领袖麦康奈尔是她的丈夫，这次调查可能牵连甚广。

委员会主席卡明斯已经去信赵小兰要求取得多份文件，并表示她涉嫌利用职权去达到个人利益的指控，引伸出不少“令人困扰的问题”。

委员会指出，过往多次有传媒报导在台北出生的赵小兰利用自己运输部长的位置，令她的父亲和姊妹拥有的船务公司获益，以及令该公司对中国政府的影响力和地位提升，有报导就曾指北京曾延长对该公司数以亿计的低息贷款，希望购买更多的外国注册船只。

委员会的信件更特别指出《纽约时报》6月的一篇报导，详细讲述赵小兰2017年原定首次以运输部长身份访问中国的行程最后被迫搁置，期间由于需要在行程中安插她的家属同行而出现角色冲突。

调查也会将焦点放在赵小兰加入政府后，未有立即出售之前担任董事的建筑公司股权。由于在赵小兰的提名确认过程中，赵小兰除了曾承诺会出售股权，也会避免涉及一些会直接影响该公司商业利益的事宜，因此委员会的信也提及赵小兰“没法遵守有关要求”。

《纽约时报》6月3日发表长文，披露交通部长赵小兰的家族产业和中方的生意往来，并指赵父与中共前党魁江泽民关系密切。

报导说，赵小兰的父亲赵锡成在中共掌权前逃离中国，在那之前曾在上海一所大学学习航海专业，期间一度和江泽民是同校同学。

报导还说，1984年，赵家曾入股一家中共国有海事电子设备制造商，该公司产品主要供应中共军方及其它政府部门，而且与当时江泽民任部长的电子工业部关系密切。

江泽民成为中共党魁后，赵锡成至少与他有过六次会面，其中包括1989年8月在中南海的一次会面。当时六四屠城刚过去两个月，中共面临国际社会经济制裁。

报导指，自1970年代末以来，赵小兰并没有在福茂担任正式职位，但她多次利用自己的关系和地位帮公司提升声誉和知名度。2017年，赵小兰访华前要求美国驻华大使馆安排其在福茂任职的家人同行，大使馆提出伦理方面的疑虑，这次访问随后被取消。

此外，在交通部长的任命听证会上，参议院要求提名者列出所有荣誉职位，但赵小兰没有提及她的家族与中方联系，也没有披露她在中国获得的荣誉，比如中共武汉市政府的国际顾问一职。
