【新唐人北京时间2019年05月15日讯】近日，滞留泰国的法轮功学员江宏斌坐满以逾期滞留和非法入境为由，判决的4个月40天的刑期，泰国移民警察将他关押在移民监狱，将面临着被遣返回中国，或被无期限关押进曼谷移民监狱的危险。
2018年6月9日，江宏斌在泰国曼谷的大皇宫景点，向中国游客讲解中共迫害法轮功的真相时，泰国旅游警察将他抓捕。当泰国本地人了解情况时，被告知是上级的命令，而上级的命令据信与中共驻泰大使馆有关。
1999年7月20日，中共党魁江泽民一意孤行，在全国范围内发动了对法轮功修炼者的残酷迫害，一时间，中华大地，血雨腥风，无数善良的家庭，被迫害得家破人亡，妻离子散。数以百万计法轮功修炼者被判刑、绑架，遭受种种酷刑折磨，被折磨致死、致残、至精神病。甚至在不打麻药的情况下，活摘法轮功修炼者的身体器官，以牟取暴利……这一切惨绝人寰的惨案都被中共封锁著，不让世人知道，而中共当权者仍然歌舞升平，对外宣传着一片盛世天朝。
而中共控制所有国家机器和宣传工具，对法轮功造谣诬陷，并将谎言传播到全世界。迫害的黑手如影随从，不例外，也来到了泰国。而法轮功学员江宏斌只是受迫害者的其中之一。
因为坚持信仰，江宏斌的父亲江锡清被中共活体摘除器官，这一事件已在国际上曝光，引起震动。母亲、姐姐、妹妹，以及他自己，都曾被中共多次抓捕、判刑，遭受过多种酷刑折磨。
2000年10月，江宏斌因为邮寄真相信，被当地警察抓捕，绑架到国保大队。他在趁单位让回去交待工作的机会，逃到贵州、上海等地，流离失所8个多月。
2001年7月，他在外地再次被警察抓捕，后被关押到江津区琅山看守所，并被判三年劳教。
2001年8月10日，江宏斌被送到重庆市西山坪劳教所服刑。警察安排10至12名犯人强制监视他，要求他写“保证书”，保证以后不修炼法轮功，放弃信仰。被江宏斌拒绝，中共警察就动用多种酷刑折磨他。
例如，逼他紧贴著墙壁站着，吸毒人员和犯人使劲殴打他的背心、胸膛、小腹等部位，还用脚踢他的下身，打到吐血。
平时给他吃很少的食物，强制饿他，但在每周三、周五这两天，却强迫他吃大量的饭与肥肉，使他拉肚子，但不给他手纸上厕所。他们还强迫他盯着装满粪便的粪桶罚站整整12小时。每到周六和周日这两天，24小时不让他睡觉，强迫他看污蔑法轮功的书籍和录像，使他身心遭受着严重的摧残，生不如死。
从劳教所刑满释放后，江宏斌回到工作单位（江津国税局），继续遭受着精神折磨。单位领导常找他谈话，强迫他按期写思想汇报，强迫他喝酒，想让他彻底放弃对法轮功的信仰。但他的内心深处一直坚持着对真善忍的信仰，工作尽职尽责而热情，让人看到法轮功修炼者的美好，并寻找各种机会向中国人讲真相。
2013年7月，他的姐姐和母亲在国际力量的帮助，历经艰辛偷渡到泰国申请联合国庇护。目前她们已被加拿大政府接收，居住在加拿大。
在江宏斌的姐姐和母亲抵达泰国后，便将他的父亲江锡清涉嫌遭活摘的事件在新唐人、大纪元等国际媒体曝光，引发中共近乎发狂的找人。
从那开始，他就被重庆德感街道办、重庆司法局、德感派出所、江津政法委以及江津区国税局等多个机构骚扰，追问他姐姐和母亲的去向。
2015年3月，他又被江津国保支队绑架过一次，想把他当人质，逼迫交出他的姐姐和母亲。在这种绝望的情况下，他迫不得已，便找个机会悄悄逃离了住所，并从云南出境来到泰国。
在他逃离后，他的妻子邹绪群又被中共多次骚扰和恐吓，不久江妻带着两个小孩，也到了泰国避难。现在全家4人在泰国都已经取了得联合国难民身份。
2019年1月15日，泰国曼谷地区法院以逾期滞留和非法入境为由，对他作出入狱4个月40天，罚款12000泰铢的判决。
江宏斌的母亲知道他在泰国的遭遇，非常担心，身体每况愈下，2019年1月送至医院ICU抢救， 3月11日离世。
2019年5月8日，江宏斌期满后，立即被泰国移民警察关押到曼谷移民监狱，现在面临着被遣返的危险。他也呼吁世界各国政府和组织，帮助他们一家人早日脱离困境。同时希望联合国难民署阻止遣返，并尽快把他们全家安置到第三国。
中共迫害如影随从，从国内到国外，无所不在，中共对江宏斌这样惨烈的迫害，只是冰山一角。
