【希望之声2019年11月20日】（本台记者岳文骁综合报导）最近香港局势再度恶化，港警疯狂抓捕市民、发射弹药镇压抗争者，并闯入多所大学校园抓人。有中共红三代透露，有中南海“老领导”告知，香港目前的动乱都是中共搞出来的，要让香港一天一天烂下去，将有反抗精神的香港市民全都消灭掉。最后变得跟大陆城市一样，完全屈服于共产党的统治。

在网络节目“路德访谈”中，该名匿名中共红三代表示，她日前与中南海的老领导们联系，并询问香港问题如何处置。对方告知，中共“要让香港一天天地乱下去，一天天地烂下去，然后变成一个普通的中国城市。”

该名红三代问过一名军中朋友。对方说，香港的事情会闹到年底。

她当时不理解对方为何知道会闹到年底；如今才知道，这是因为搞乱香港的不是香港市民，而是中共。哪怕香港市民通通不上街，中共也会派军人假扮成黑衣人继续作乱，不折腾到年底不会罢休。

该名红三代透露，中共在今年5月24日下令，大陆所有省分都要建“教陪中心”，就像新疆的“再教育营”（指“集中营”），可以容纳一百万人。因为每个省都有，所以全部可以关几千万人，即便香港抗争者有两三百万人，也足以容纳。

该名红三代解释说，中共采用的手法叫“钓鱼”。他们先以羞辱香港的方式把有反抗精神的香港市民骗出来，再抓去关在“集中营”，或加以轮奸，甚至使其“被自杀”，最终将有反抗精神的香港市民全都消灭掉。

她说，中共是想把香港变成一个人心冷漠、极度无情的普通大陆城市，就像先前广东省佛山市发生的小悦悦事件一样。该事件发生在2011年，当时有一名2岁女童被汽车撞倒，肇事车辆逃逸，而十几名路人未及时施救，导致该女童不幸离世。

她提到，中共想让香港成为一个人人自危、完全共产党化的城市，就是“党让干啥就干啥”。不管香港有多少具有反抗精神的人，通通要关到“集中营”。

该红二代还说，中共拟将港币消灭掉，将来要发展深圳币和“大湾区”，并将香港划入“大湾区”之中。

她认为美国副总统彭斯（Mike Pence）早前在演讲中说的一句话很贴切：“不是美国要和中国脱钩，而是中共要和全世界脱钩。”
