台灣鏡周刊29日獨家報道，調查發現，有關王立強涉滲透台灣政界及媒體等行為，除了他在接受澳洲媒體訪問時已有所提及，更親筆以中文寫下12頁的投誠報告，以及翻譯成17頁的英文版，台灣安全單位已透過國際情報交換系統取得17頁的英文版本。
知情人士透露，王立強的投誠報告分成中、英文兩個版本，我方透過美、英、澳、加、紐等西方國家組成的情報交換網「五眼聯盟」，已取得17頁的英文版報告，另有12頁的中文版則仍未取得，與我交換情報的盟邦希望藉由我方查證投誠報告內容，了解王立強所陳述自白的真實性。
讓辦案人員大為驚訝的是，該份報告所揭露的相關人士姓名，雖以英文拼音，但翻譯成中文卻都真有其人，包括很難在媒體上看到的業務接洽人士，都確有其人，而非虛構。
至於金援政治人物的對象，除了王立強在接受《看中國》、《大紀元》等媒體訪問時提到的韓國瑜，被點名的還有其他十人，都是仍在台灣政壇相當活躍的人士，其中不乏參與明年立委大選的政治人物，且都屬於同一陣營。
看過該份報告的人士表示，王立強以海陸空三軍形容自已參與台灣九合一大選的干預手法，除了透過買下、投資公司，以設立組織網軍的據點。
該人士還說，王立強在投誠報告中指，「我們組織二十多萬個網軍帳號，成立粉絲團攻擊民進黨，灌爆臉書、帶輿論風向，並改變IP位置躲避追蹤。」
向心案浪涌「中國創新」台籍高管閃辭
據台媒《上報》報導，中國創新董事會裡面的「台灣女婿」陳永光，以追求其他事業為由，於27日辭退創新獨立非執行董事獲准。陳永光是該公司獨立非執行董事，也是台籍前主播親共媒體中天衛視陳若華的丈夫。

報導說，陳永光為台灣政大新聞系系友，前後期同學中有許多現任媒體高層。因此，外界猜測他此次請辭或與向心布局台灣媒體的聯繫有關。
據相關資料，陳永光是政大畢業的僑生，自台灣電視台起步，先是高升任職CNN集團亞太區副總裁，後來更成為香港掛牌的跨國企業和記黃埔集團的企業戰略顧問。其妻陳若華小他一屆，曾任早期中天新聞頻道的知名主播及製作人。
根據《上報》掌握的資訊，共諜案爆出後，除2名非執董辭職外，創新公司董事會只剩下3人，包括在台灣被限制出境的主席向心，公司行政高層形同停止運作。
中共卸磨殺驢，向心成詐騙犯
中共警察繼宣布「王立強」是詐騙犯之後，中共喉舌人民日報的國際版「環球時報」近日也接著把向心夫婦一併打為涉及多起民事糾紛、集資詐騙的爭議人物。
王立強投誠後，向心悄悄關閉香港子公司
香港蘋果日報盤點關係網，發現「中國創新」2002年在香港上市後，公司掌舵人都有濃厚共黨軍方背景，中國科技教育基金會理事長向心2007年成為大股東，後面是新時代環球投資基金注資設置，向心大動作與中共軍方中央企業簽訂意向書、協議合作。
自由時報29日報導，澳洲調查記者克蘭指出，「中國創新投資有限公司」的其中一名執行董事陳昌義，同時也是「中國光大證券（香港）有限公司」授權代表，其母公司為中共國營企業「中國光大集團」。
在香港上市、登記於英屬開曼群島的「中國創新」，旗下共有五間子公司，分別為「太陽創建」、「唯美視界」、「藍色天使（香港）」、「廣遠星空」、「聯冠未來」；前四間公司登記於香港，「聯冠未來」則登記在英屬維京群島。
在王立強十月底向「澳洲安全情報組織」（ASIO）宣誓作證後不久，提交香港法人監督機構的文件顯示，「中國創新投資有限公司」登記於香港的四間子公司於11月8日遭「凍結」，「聯冠未來」由於登記於避稅天堂，公司登記狀態不會被公開揭露，無法得知是否也被凍結。
根據香港法律，基於持續披露責任，上市公司有任何業務與經營的重大變動，都必須告知證券交易所，但克蘭指出，「中國創新」似乎沒有盡到其揭露的義務。
