臉書中國員工比例高 引發中共滲透的憂慮

臉書（Facebook）創辦人扎克伯格（Zuckerberg）近日批評中共的網路言論審查制度，還表示放棄打入中國市場。但是臉書目前僱用許多中國員工，他們是臉書最大的群體，一些人還支持北京立場，引外界擔憂，這些人來美國卻被中共洗腦？疑替中共做事。

臉書公司中國大陸人暴增

據「CUP」日前報導，不久前臉書創辦人扎克伯格也批評了中國社交軟件抖音以及中共網絡言論審查，表示有意放棄打入中國市場。今年3月，他表示不會在有侵犯人權記錄的國家儲存數據；10月他又表示，和中共永遠也無法就臉書免於言論審查達成協議。

但是，臉書目前依然僱用許多中國員工，報導說，很多人還表示支持中共政府。

報導說，在臉書工作的中國員工人數近年來不斷增加，大部分任職軟件工程師以及數據研究員。由臉書為旗下中國員工特別開設的Chinese@FB群組來看，估計超過6,000人，是公司內部同類型最大的群體。

由於中國人眾多，他們上班很多時候根本不需要說英文，只說中文就可。

之所以首選到臉書工作，一些中國員工表示，是因為臉書著重回報（results-focused）。所謂的「回報」，便是能為其員工儘快提供美國的永久居留權。

過去十年，許多中國員工升職當上主管甚至副總裁，又導致他們更傾向於僱用中國員工。隨著中國員工人數增加，臉書僱用人才時更傾向於依賴中國大陸。

來美國仍被中共洗腦

不過，報導說，這些人初來乍到，依然看中共控制的洗腦新聞，使用中共控制的社交軟件，對互聯網的觀點和美國人迥異，也不認同言論自由和公開討論。

過去幾個月，由於香港事件及貿易戰，美國國內反對中共的聲音越來越多，一些中國員工的情緒愈趨低落，批評管理層不讓他們公開討論有關中國的問題，一度令關係緊張。

對此消息，有網民HK Locust跟帖，在臉書內負責審香港版內容的人竟是中國員工，所以，扎克伯格一定要將其開除，以維持臉書的生存空間！

還有網民廖安靜說，就算在美國受教育也一樣，我有碰到12歲來美的，在美讀初中高中大學，也是完全支持中共，根本不明白美國的價值觀，跟我說香港暴民鎮壓有理。這些人將來都會背叛美國的，只要看到說香港暴民的都是支持共產黨，直接fire掉就行。

醫師作家蔡依橙也在臉書轉貼相關報導內容，許多網民見狀驚呼，「難怪怎麼檢舉都是不成立」、「原來是這樣子啊，難怪檢舉老是無效」、「亞洲區的總機房也是設在中國啊～」、「難怪我每次檢舉一些奇怪的五毛小粉紅留言……幾乎都是無疾而終」、「超可悲」。

為了中國家人安全 美國華人被迫自我審查

實際上，很多中國人並非認同中共。目前，留美大陸人與國內親友聯絡大多使用中國社交網絡平台微信。因為中共封鎖了臉書和推特，微信已成為保持聯繫的重要媒介。

而十年前，臉書僱用的中國員工都是在美國大學畢業，有留學生活的經驗，接受美國的社交環境，對美國文化有所了解。

但是現在為了和家人安全通話，很多大陸出來的人也習慣了自我審查。科技新聞網站The Verge日前報導，香港泛民主派在區議會選舉取得壓倒性勝利後，許多華裔美國人無法在網路表達他們的認同，因為微信一直在審查政治訊息。

位於德州休斯敦的安德森癌症中心資訊安全分析師謝斌，在微信發文指香港親中派候選人全面潰敗後，他的帳號就被關閉了。謝斌表示只好避免在微信談論一些政治敏感話題，以確保在中國家人的安全。

他說：「我仍然必須回去探望我的家人，而且我看得到說出來的後果。」

中共製造恐怖 延伸海外

海外中國人的防備心有多重？移民加拿大16年的俞非告訴自由亞洲電台，有些中國朋友知道他愛寫些批評諷刺中共的文章，都還提醒他別害了別人，到頭來連朋友都做不成。他認識一些朋友十幾年了，但他們還是不想告訴我中文名字。

人權觀察組織中國研究員王亞秋日前撰文說，她採訪了數十名加拿大華人移民，都對於公開批評中共感到恐懼，因為太多案例發生，中共會騷擾批評者在中國的家人，一些與中國做生意的企業會因此被扼殺訂單生意。於是，在加拿大逐漸形成一種沉默螺旋效應，而這正是北京想要的結果。

美國明尼蘇達州的微信用戶說，來美國是為了自由和民主，「但是在過去的幾年中，我感到即使我是美國人，我也會受到（中共）監視。」

中共滲透 美國反制

去年6月，美國國會兩黨6位眾議員提出了一項新的法案，要求美國政府跨部門清查中共在美的政治活動。

這個《反制中國政府及共產黨的政治影響力行動法》草案指出，中共透過「組織協作、隱蔽方式，利用虛假信息，輿論操縱，經濟脅迫，有目標的投資，腐敗，或學術審查，來脅迫和腐化美國的機構或個人，使他們做出有利於中共的決定。」

資深中國問題專家橫河表示：「中共的統戰，是利用一切可以利用的力量，以各種偽裝出現。這個提案，就是要把以前那些掩蓋得很深的中共的代理人，把他們暴露出來。」

「把他們，和絕大多數不想為中共效勞，而個人覺得無能為力的華人和中國學生學者跟這些人（中共統戰體系）分開來。」他說。#
