港人抗爭半年6千人被捕40%學生，警方發射各種彈藥3萬枚

自6月9日民陣舉行反修例大遊行有100萬人出席後至今已6個月，警方今日（9日）再公布最新被捕數字，指有超過6千人被捕，當中約1千人被檢控。

今早原本有網上號召再次發起「大三罷」（罷工、罷課、罷市），但響應人數不多，只有零星堵路，以及在屯門西鐵、粉嶺及沙田東鐵站有人向路軌投雜物，短暫阻塞鐵路運作。警方表示，今早在多區部署，並在上水天平邨拘捕12人，他們年齡介乎14至40歲，當中6人為學生，1人報稱教師，涉嫌管有鐵釘、電鑽、白電油及自製尖銳路障，懷疑是用作刺穿車胎。

警方公布，6個月示威以來，共有6,022人被捕，包括4,474男1,148女，年齡屆乎11至84歲，學生有2,393人佔當中4成，警方形容情況令人擔憂。警方又指自6月以來共有956人被檢控，包括767男189女，大部份案件仍然在調查中，其餘案件如有充足證據不排除會作出檢控；18歲以下被控人士則有946人被捕，沒有檢控數字。

被捕的大學生以理大佔最多，截至上周五有177人，港大、中大、城大亦有過百名學生被捕，其中中大被檢控的學生數目最多，有31人。浸大、公大、嶺大、科大及教大被捕的學生數目亦是雙位數。

而示威引發連月來多場激烈衝突，期間警方共使用了16,000枚催淚彈、10,000發橡膠子彈、2,000發布袋彈以及1,850發海綿彈。

港府及警方一直拒絕針對警暴成立獨立調查委員會，又指「現有機制」監警會是有效方法處理警暴問題，但監警會一直被批評調查權力不足，沒法對投訴警察課「自己人查自己人」作有效監察。警方表示，投訴警員方面，有大約1,300宗投訴，但未有透露有否警員因此被停職，只是說投訴警察課已經成立一隊特別調查隊跟進，會根據監警會條例要求處理。

民陣6月舉行的兩次「反送中」遊行，都分別有100萬人及200萬人出來遊行，而昨天12.8「國際人權日」遊行也有80萬人出席。民陣召集人岑子杰指，雖然6.9有100萬人遊行，及有逾160萬人在區議會選舉中投票予非建制派，令昨日的80萬人遊行與公眾期望可能會有落差，但人數仍是非常多。他又批評警方在遊行前製造恐懼，例如早上開記者會宣佈搜出槍械等，可能對遊行人數有影響。

對於港府在遊行後的回應中對「五大訴求」隻字不提，岑直言是「依然故我，保持漠視民意的態度」，令人感到非常可惜。他強調，如果林鄭再拒絕聆聽民意，只會令抗爭升溫。

而中共官媒《人民日報》則發表文章，指昨日12.8遊行「和平落幕」，是顯示了港人厭倦暴力，並指要將和平表達訴求的市民，和違法做亂的暴徒區分開。剛過去的周末，警方就示威活動拘捕了42人，並無使用任何彈藥。

人民日報今日（9日）發表評論表示，這場遊行大致和平有序，證明在局勢稍平息時，香港市民或正以自己的言行表達對暴力的厭倦。

評論指，當天再有「黑衣暴徒」騎劫和平理性表達訴求的市民，與警方對峙、破壞商舖，「更在香港終審法院、高等法院門前縱火，顯示了暴徒勢要『攬炒』的野心」。

評論也稱，「暴徒之所以凶戾，是因為他們認為市民易煽惑、好利用；暴力所以不止，是因為煽暴派、縱暴派不懈製造謊言、混淆視聽」。

評論還反問，騙市民上街又讓市民買單、讓青少年鋌而走險，而自己在背後收割政治籌碼的暴徒和「反中亂港」分子，能是市民的同路人嗎？

評論指，目前最必要且迫切的，是驅散謊言與暴力，讓香港充滿陽光、希望和正能量；並強調，要將和平理性表達訴求的市民，和違法作亂的暴徒區分開來，世人還能看到香港可貴的法治精神和自由傳統。
