【新唐人北京時間2019年12月11日訊】國際人權日凌晨，香港警方在旺角及大埔驅散集結的市民時，狂射胡椒球彈及胡椒噴霧，持續數小時，導致多人中彈不適，至少3人需要送醫院。更有警員在內街推進期間亂槍掃射，途經現場的市民爭相走避。

國際人權日前一天晚間，香港反送中抗爭者分別在旺角及大埔堵路抗議，要求政府回應民間訴求，至10日凌晨仍未散去。據《蘋果日報》報導，防暴警多次在山東街、西洋菜街及通菜街一帶狂射胡椒球彈及胡椒噴霧，持續數小時到場驅散，不少市民回家經旺角轉車遇上清場，被防暴警無辜推撞。

有防暴警在街頭舉藍旗告聚集的抗爭者時，一旁有小巴正在載客。抗爭者見有防暴警出現立即四散，當防暴警離去後抗爭者又再聚集，防暴警察隨後再乘警車回到現場，先後在旺角朗豪坊對開及彌敦道山東街施放胡椒球槍及胡椒噴劑，更有警員在內街推進期間亂槍掃射，途經現場的市民爭相走避。

混亂中，有市民因為與警員爭論幾句，遭到警察毆打並用布袋彈近距離射擊，擊中頭部，血流滿面，痛苦異常大喊「救命啊」、「救命啊」。現場義務急救員立刻對他進行急救。

還有記者中彈後極度不適，以致不斷咳嗽；一名男子後腦中彈，失去平衡跌倒地上，另一名男子被胡椒噴霧射中左眼感到不適，他一度以為自己被胡椒球射中，驚慌大叫；另一名男子吸入胡椒噴劑後不適，隨即面青翻白眼腳軟倒地，很久沒有動靜，現場義務急救員立刻替傷者清洗或做急救，部分人最後要送往醫院治理。

但警方的暴力清場並沒有嚇退抗爭者，至早上8點左右，抗爭者仍在旺角彌敦道近信和中心一帶行動。其間，一批防暴警員在彌敦道與窩打老道一帶戒備。

當天傍晚，有團體於金鐘連儂牆舉辦國際人權集會，悼念以往世界各地爭取人權的人，和聲援香港爭取人權自由的抗爭者，並回顧半年的反送中運動中，抗爭者為人權奮鬥的血淚史，並以此為港人打氣，繼續爭取五大訴求，約有500人參與。

集會大約晚上6時半開始，大會於開始前，為抗爭運動中死去的人默哀1分鐘，其後甘浩望神父帶領現場人士祈禱，他發言時，更唱出有關反送中運動的自創歌曲，鼓勵大家要繼續堅持下去。

集會還播出有關反送中運動紀錄片，回顧過去半年所發生每一個時刻。有人在天橋上展示「Free HK」的燈牌，也有人揮動「光復香港，時代革命」旗幟。

各界嘉賓也在集會上輪流發言，包括民主黨立法會議員許智峯、新民主同盟區議員譚凱邦、傳道人袁師母、社區組織「維修香港」的代表等等。不少人發言時都強調人權的重要性，批評在近月反修例運動中，政府及警方不斷打壓港人人權。

「國際人權日」由聯合國大會於1950年訂立，以紀念聯合國於1948年12月10日通過了《世界人權宣言》。今日亦是台灣美麗島事件四十周年的日子，大會在集會尾聲播放相關紀錄片。
