【元旦遊行】銅鑼灣狂擴封鎖線阻記者拍攝 警大圍捕拘約400人

民陣元旦日舉辦大遊行，遊行剛開始數小時，警方傍晚則指有人破壞灣仔一間滙豐銀行，要求民陣宣佈立即解散遊行。民陣提早終止遊行後，大批市民仍無懼打壓繼續前行，警方在灣仔、銅鑼灣一帶驅散市民，並爆發衝突。銅鑼灣於晚上約8時發生大圍捕，逾百人包括義務急救員，突然被警方在軒尼詩道近崇光百貨外的行人路扣押。當時銅鑼灣有大量記者採訪，但警方到場後不斷使計迫走傳媒，先把記者趕出軒尼詩道，迫上對面街的行人路，再拉起封鎖線不准渝越，部份電子傳媒在附近天橋直播圍捕情況，不久又被另一批警員霸佔天橋驅趕。

警方之後不斷利用橙色封鎖膠帶，在多條街道瘋狂擴大封鎖範圍，儼如宵禁，令大量傳媒無法拍攝到被扣押人士的情況。至晚上10時半，銅鑼灣核心地帶包括軒尼詩道由波斯富街至崇光對出、波斯富街由銅鑼灣廣場二期十字路口至電車站、利園山道希慎廣場外一段約20米的範圍，都被警方無故封鎖。與此同時被圍捕市民在街頭扣查逾2小時仍未被帶上警車。

社媒報道，灣仔區議員兼米報記者梁柏堅（表弟）晚上10時在波斯富街，對傳媒聯絡表示他們的封鎖線離軒尼詩道太遠，「連希慎大廈都影唔到」，傳媒聯絡隊火爆回應：「呢個係你問題，自己搵位影啦！」

蘋果記者目測，至今晚10時半，銅鑼灣核心地帶包括軒尼詩道由波斯富街至崇光對出、波斯富街由銅鑼灣廣場二期十字路口至電車站、利園山道希慎廣場外一段約20米的範圍，都被警方無故封鎖。與此同時被圍捕市民在街頭扣查逾2小時仍未被帶上警車，部份人疑獲警方放行離開封鎖線。至凌晨時份，仍有市民陸續被帶走。

【00:28】銅鑼灣再有至少40名被捕人士被帶上旅遊巴。中銀外現只剩少量警員在地，多架警車及旅巴即將駛走。

【00:00】仍有近百名市民被扣押於銅鑼灣軒尼詩道行人路，當中有36人站起來、40人被帶走往花旗銀行方向，大部份人雙手綁上索帶。現場仍有約10名市民在原地席地而坐。

【23:59】金管局晚上11時59分發稿指，收到銀行匯報，表示因銀行設施受到破壞，部分分行及自動櫃員機暫時未能提供服務，有關銀行正評估服務受影響的範圍，並會適時公布最新情況。金管局譴責近來連串破壞香港銀行設施的暴力行為，並強調表達意見應以和平方式進行，不應影響市民正常使用銀行服務。

【23:40】部份被扣押人士正在警方安排下上旅遊巴。

【23:35】有兩名獲釋人士指，本來銅鑼灣無事發生，波斯富街及怡和街突有警從兩旁夾擊，拘押二三百人，最終只放了約60人，她指部份人可能真的只是帶了口罩就被扣押，期間警員態度「超級差」，侮辱扣押的市民，例如諷他們沒有帶腦袋出街，有女子疑哮喘病發但警沒有讓她服藥，之後已看不到女子情況。其後亦不知獲釋的理由。

獲釋的W同學指，他在SOGO外被扣查，見到有十多歲的青少年被搜出鎚仔，因無法解釋，警以惡劣的語氣質疑，而他自己被查身份證時則被警反問他「係咪死全家呀？」、「X樣」，也有50多歲的叔叔被截不久後獲釋。他批評警方濫捕，說話語氣如黑社會，毫不專業。

【23:34】中銀外仍有約二三十名市民被人反鎖雙手在背坐在行人路上。

【23:23】警方安排被扣押人士上車，部份男子需要手搭前面男子膊頭；有女被捕者被警用膠索帶縛手在後背。銅鑼灣廣場有人不適需要義務急救員協助，現場消息指該名男子懷疑心臟不適。

【23:10】警方確認今日拘捕大約400人，單單在銅鑼灣已拘捕逾300人。

【22:15】多名警員坐在軒尼詩道中間石墩休息，有警員用iPhone電話拍攝在場工作的記者，目的不明。大坑道多名街坊不滿，向警員破口大罵，要求他們離開，又叫防暴「除gear」。

【22:09】銅鑼灣現場只餘下街坊及少量戴口罩人士，警方在利園山道再拉封鎖線至希慎廣場停車場出口位。現時完全沒有記者可以拍攝到剛才近百人被扣押的位置。有警員與市民互相指罵，又以言語挑釁市民，包括斥他們「做戲」、「收錢」等。

【21:49】防暴警在波斯富街銅鑼灣廣場一期外推記者群，卻一邊高叫「係咪記者嚟架！你唔好阻住人呀！」一名防暴想在美妝品牌「Innisfree」店舖牆身的草牆上尋找位置縛住封鎖線，發現沒有位置後，又強行欲於草牆中找支架縛帶仍不果，最終縛在一支鐵柱上。

【21:46】警方再次於銅鑼灣舉起藍旗，其間有警員不停以強光電筒照射市民，並推撞現場記者。

【21:43】警方突然在銅鑼灣軒尼詩道「發難」，先將一名在行人路身穿恤衫的男子捉入警方防線。而另一名在行人路上的黑衣男子就只講了一句：「香港唔係有言論自由嘅咩」，就被多名防暴警衝入人群中捉走。

【21:34】警方在銅鑼灣多次警告，指「警告記者上返行人路，否則用適當武力」，未幾警方再次在波斯富街、自己的防線內舉藍旗。

【21:32】銅鑼灣有市民舉「光復香港 時代革命」旗，旁人歡呼；另一邊有女士走上防線批評警方濫暴，遭警用電筒照射。

【21:27】利園山道對開的防暴再次主動挑釁圍觀市民，斥市民是「曱甴」、「垃圾」、「智商無下限」等。圍觀市民則反斥警察才是「曱甴」、「殺人犯」等，防暴警遂以強光電筒照射人群。銅鑼灣波斯富街舉藍旗，許智峯脫下眼罩，要求警方放下手上武器。防暴將防線向利園山道進一步擴大，並又侮辱市民是「曱甴」，有防暴不停大叫「曱甴死全家」，又有防暴稱：「你哋姦淫擄掠就嚟做齊」。另外在大坑亦有市民聚集。

【21:23】多輛警車由灣仔駛向銅鑼灣方向，疑似增援。警方又驅散銅鑼灣廣場天橋上的記者，擴大封鎖線。有銀髮族指責警方濫捕，斥他們是垃圾、人渣，更斥防暴警「瞓醒未」，有警員答咀：「我瞓醒啦」。

【21:20】大坑道有12名市民被截查，並遭帶到後巷趴牆進行搜身，有防暴、軍裝警員、與示威者裝束近似的蒙面便衣警參與截查行動，所有人最終被帶上警車拘捕。12名被捕人士被上警車後，突然再有3名全身黑衣的蒙面警員從後巷行出，將一箱疑似證物帶上警車，在場街坊大罵「便衣狗」，懷疑警方派臥底跟蹤市民。

防暴警在截查期間，甚至封鎖福德古廟，更向古廟管理員表示不能讓記者進入，記者曾繞路到廟後山坡位置嘗試從高處拍攝，惟隨即被防暴警發現，並被多支電筒照射；也有警員以「私隱」為由，喝令被捕者不准向其他人高呼自己姓名。防暴不斷要求市民及記者後退，有市民質疑自己住在這裡為何不能在此。區議員楊雪盈到場了解。

【21:14】希慎廣場旁天橋下有警員「出椒」，一名警員疑被胡椒噴劑噴中眼部，需要後退洗眼。據《立場新聞》記者表示，該胡椒噴劑是突然脫落，胡椒四濺，該防暴警中椒需洗眼。

【21:09】大坑銅鑼灣道一手工糖果店附近後巷有十多人被截查。香港中央圖館後面巴士站大批防暴落地。

【21:02】希慎廣場外有最少兩輛大型旅遊巴抵達，疑會將被截查人士拘捕及帶走。警察傳媒聯絡隊人員不停叫記者行上行人路，又稱「而家唔係答問題時間」。現場大批市民高叫「放人、放人、放人」、「警方濫捕、無法無天」。現時銅鑼灣東行線全部被警車、旅遊巴「佔領」。

【20:59】在灣仔遭「裝修」的一間燉湯店，有多名警員在店內向店員查問，並觀看店舖受損情況。

【20:54】有垃圾車駛入利園山道清垃圾，警員見狀表現高興，挑釁在場人士，高叫「上垃圾車呀!」現場市民也立即提醒在場警員「你架車到啦」、「阿Sir仲有位呀！」惟垃圾車清完垃圾後駛離。

【20:51】一名鄉音大嬸在利園山道疑自己踢到磚頭，指罵現場人士踩她。惟在場採訪記者正忙於拍攝對面馬路、被圍捕的約100名市民，在馬路上有防暴說，「黑記唔影你啊！」

【20:45】警方在東角道一帶，帶走兩名身穿黑衣市民。

【20:34】警方要求希慎廣場外的記者離開，更駕駛警車進入怡和街阻止記者拍攝。警方向現場記者稱封鎖線會在利園山道，又再要求記者向灣仔方向離開。被圍捕人士包括男女老幼，部份人非穿黑衣。一名外籍人士疑被警員胡椒噴霧噴中面部，在港鐵銅鑼灣站F岀口接受義務急救員治療。他已接受治療達5分鐘，其表情仍狀甚痛苦，皮膚仍然紅腫，未能睜開眼晴。另有中年男人同樣被胡椒噴霧噴中，全個面部、身上呈紅腫，狀甚痛苦。

【20:20】警方向記者方向舉藍旗，有記者在現場高呼「有人中椒、有人中椒。」港鐵銅鑼灣站E出口一名市民被數十名防暴制服在地上，其後被押上車，另一批警員把地上的背包拾起，並將一件物件放入背包。警員在怡和街雙行線設封鎖線，記者被趕到對面行人路拍攝。

【20:14】多名記者在銅鑼灣怡和街採訪遭警方截查，《蘋果》記者被迫退到SOGO近東角道一帶，無法接近圍捕現場。警方聲稱在場人士參與非法集結。而另一批防暴抵達天后持槍巡邏。

【20:10】銅鑼灣希慎廣場對出的花旗銀行外，近百人被防暴圍捕，近百人被要求背對大街拍牆企，他們被要求蹲在地上舉高雙手，部份人抱頭，有穿反光衣戴豬嘴人士亦在圍捕人群，相信是義務急救員。現場記者不斷被警驅趕。警員在銅鑼灣SOGO外舉藍旗，並向立法會議員許智峯噴胡椒。

【19:59】銅鑼灣SOGO外市民重新聚集，並高呼口號。有防暴警在頭盔貼上「警察」標籤，橫向可見「勁揪」字體，但「勁」字為簡體。

【19:52】銅鑼灣高士威道3名年輕人被警方制服，包括兩女一男，男子高舉雙手放在頭上。3人之後被帶上警車。其間警員不停驅趕在旁拍攝的記者。附近天后的一間星巴克被縱火，門外寫上「報仇！！」有線新聞記者在天橋直擊防暴截查市民的過程，不久即被另一批防暴上天橋佔領並驅趕採訪隊離開。

【19:41】銅鑼灣SOGO外先後三度舉黑旗。警員指市民堵路及非法集結，隨後再發射催淚彈。有人開咪向警方表示，現場只有記者想採訪，請警方保持克制。但警方最終仍然射出催淚彈。另一邊有防暴警向立法會議員許智峯舉椒，他指現場只有記者為何要開槍，並要求不要再用電筒照，防暴只自顧自話要求記者群和許向後退，在過程中步步進逼，並一直用胡椒噴劑強迫他們退到巴士站。

【19:35】銅鑼灣大批市民再走出街頭高叫口號。而中環終審法院外有白衣年輕男子被警員反手綑綁，另有兩人其後被警員制服。有警員疑中胡椒噴霧不適，要同袍協助洗眼。

【19:26】銅鑼灣SOGO外再射水炮，水炮車其後逆線高速駛入渣甸街。而在中環天橋上，有市民疑不滿警員執法，遭地面防暴用強光電筒直射。

【19:20】律政司發聲明指對法官作出人身攻擊損害法院權威，打擊公眾對司法制度的信心，任何人若不服裁決，應透過現行機制上訴，絕不應詆毀或攻擊法官政治偏頗。法律界立法會代表、公民黨郭榮鏗回應指，對有人對法官作出人身攻擊感到遺憾，認為相關行為並不恰當，郭重申，守護法治最大責任在於政府，而市民過去半年看到政府濫權、警隊濫捕而未受檢控，才是破壞法治的最大元兇，並對警方今日不恰當解散和平遊行表示強烈不滿。

【19:16】港鐵中環站有出口落閘。蒙面警再次驅趕記者「上番行人路」，民陣副召集人陳皓桓仍在中環現場呼籲市民離開。有防暴警上天橋駐守。

【19:14】銅鑼灣時代廣場外有防暴警員挑釁市民，高呼：「過嚟呀！過嚟呀！」，並促在行人路拍攝的記者退後，不要阻礙其執行職務。警員其後舉藍旗。

【19:11】中環有示威者早前曾投擲燃燒彈，防暴警推進，並舉黑旗與橙旗，但當時防線只有記者不見示威者，水炮車到中環。而在灣仔消防局外，警舉藍旗並向禮頓道推進。警方在防線一邊舉黑旗一邊推進，水炮車不斷向路障射水，路障前餘下零星示威者逗留。銳武裝甲車亦到場。

【19:05】灣仔消防局外有落單警員在鵝頸橋被市民指罵，警員一度舉起胡椒槍對準市民，其後更擲出一枚催淚彈，並傳出多發槍聲。

【19:00】警方指下午約6時，有暴徒在高等法院外用噴漆塗污外牆，寫上侮辱法官字句。警方嚴厲譴責暴徒挑戰法治的違法行為。警方會嚴正執法，已將案件列作「刑事毀壞」，由中區警區刑事調查隊跟進調查。

【18:57】有示威者在鵝頸橋底的駱克道，用竹枝、保鮮紙設路障，水炮車沿軒尼詩道快速駛過灣仔消防局。

【18:53】水炮車在灣仔軒尼詩道近馬師道射水，《蘋果》記者直播中被水炮射中。相隔不足5分鐘，水炮車再突然向記者方向射水，大批記者退往路邊，《蘋果》記者及攝記第二度被水炮射中，攝記連帶攝影機一度被射跌倒地；另有一名女子被制服。

【18:51】警方在灣仔高舉藍旗，指現場人士正參與非法集結

【18:47】民陣召集人岑子杰在中環遊行終點稱，警方已要求民陣要執拾音響及遊行頭車要離開。

【18:45】灣仔有記者疑被警員踢中腳跟，欲停下拍攝傷勢，即被警方要求「向前行」和被警伸手推開。灣仔再次出現零星火種，較早前另一火種已被消防員救熄。而在中環，有示威者把雜物扔入港鐵站電梯，並把港鐵站拉起門鎖起，站內有警員持盾戒備。

【18:39】有示威者在告士打道中環方向，近波斯富街位置設路障。有司機其後落車自行清理路障，部份一度受阻的行車線已恢復行車。

【18:37】中環有人投擲磚頭；灣仔有路障起火，防暴警已推進到修頓球場外；水炮車已抵柯布連道天橋一帶。

【18:32】警方在灣仔霸佔整條軒尼詩道，記者群一直在行人路採訪，但警不斷催促記者行快兩步，要記者離開警察防線。記者群被迫離開原有的行人路位置，部份記者在馬路上拍攝警方推進，但又被要求「記者上返行人路！」

【18:28】金鐘高等法院被噴上「犯法為彰化法制不公允」、「罪在我太過細個？」字句。而警總外出動水炮車，駛向灣仔銅鑼灣方向。

【18:26】康文署宣佈，由於附近出現特殊情況，已先後關閉香港公園、香港公園體育館、香港壁球中心、香港動植物公園及香港大會堂。灣仔電腦城亦已落閘。

【18:24】民陣元旦遊行被警方強行腰斬後，有示威者傍晚時份在在高等法院外牆塗鴉，噴上「法治已死」字句，又以黑色油漆噴上法官彭寶琴的名字及抗議字句。翻查資料可見，彭寶琴近期曾審理多宗與反修例相關的案件，被指多次拒絕被告保釋。

【18:18】灣仔集成中心有警民對峙，一度舉藍旗，有人曾一度擲汽油彈，現場氣氛緊張。警總有防暴警準備出動。大批市民由警總往修頓球場方向折返，不斷有人呼籲「和理非」撤離。而修頓球場外的物資站，有人稱「前面唔打」，呼籲每人帶走一把長傘。另有示威者開咪呼籲「冇裝嘅，我哋護住你走。」

【18:15】警方透過新聞處發稿指，有暴徒於中環德輔道中和畢打街附近破壞交通燈，及以雪糕筒等雜物築起路障，警告在場的示威者立即停止違法行為。

【18:08】中環有示威者用雜物在德輔道中堵路，破壞交通燈。而在灣仔，撐警藝員楊明的燉湯店同被打爆玻璃。

【18:01】遊行被腰斬，但遊行人士仍往中環方向前進，經過警總時均高叫「黑警死全家」，亦有遊行人士不滿警員在遊行其間放催淚彈，不斷指罵駐守警總的警員。警方則呼籲人群離開，現場鼓譟。

【17:55】中環畢打街，大批黑衣人再堵路。港鐵灣仔多名防暴警與市民口角，更有警員手持胡椒噴霧。警方要求民陣在晚上6時15分完全疏散人士。

【17:50】在銅鑼灣鵝頸橋附近，警方突驅散市民，並爆發衝突。有市民用雷射燈照灣仔天橋防暴警，警員一度在天橋上向橋下遊行市民舉槍，又用強光照射現場人士。防暴警又不斷警告現場記者不要向前。多名男女被警員搜身。灣仔區議員陳鈺琳一直與防暴理論及要求出示委任證，但不得要領。陳表示，防暴警早前在鵝頸橋底截停共三男兩女，其中兩名男子被搜出面罩和打火機，遭警員帶走。她曾嘗試向現場指揮官查詢兩人將送往哪個警署，但不獲回應。

【17:49】有示威者在港鐵灣仔站外軒尼詩道以傘陣方式移動；防暴警則在灣仔往會展的天橋上舉胡椒球槍，並瞄準人群。

【17:45】警方雖要求民陣宣佈解散遊行，仍有大批市民在銅鑼灣軒尼斯道繼續前行。大批警員則在港鐵灣仔站內築起防線戒備，又辱罵市民是「曱甴」。有市民無法到客務中心買票，而灣仔站入閘機停止運作。

【17:37】民陣副召集人陳皓桓也指，接獲警方通知，由於有人破壞滙豐分行，民陣迫於無奈要疏散由維園到中環的遊行人士，因為是警方要求他們解散，如不解散民陣需要負上刑責。他在灣仔站外向遊行市民呼籲，指警方要求民陣在30分鐘內解散所有市民，呼籲遊行市民循最近的交通方法離開。
