中国疾控中心最新重磅论文：1月11-20日感染者数量暴增

近日，中国国内的医学学术期刊《中华流行病学杂志》，预出版了一篇来自中国疾病预防控制中心“新型冠状病毒肺炎应急响应机制流行病学组”的论文。

这篇对于截至到2020年2月11日总共7万多名新型冠状病毒感染病例（含4.4万余个确诊病例，1.6万余个疑似病例，1万多临床诊断病例和889无症状感染者）的分析论文，不仅信息量巨大，还印证了很多我们《环球时报》前方记者所采访到的信息。

将疫情的爆发分为5个时段

这篇论文最大的一个亮点，是通过对72314名病例中的44672个确诊病例进行发病日期回溯性，将此次新型冠状病毒疫情的爆发，分为了5个不同的时段，分别为2019年12月31日之前、2020年1月1日至10日、1月11日至20日、1月21日至31日、以及2月1日至11日。

结果显示，在2019年12月31日之前，武汉和湖北就可能已经出现了104名新型冠状病毒的感染者，并在之后的10天里增加了653人（其中88.5%在湖北省内），然后再在2020年1月11日到20日之间又暴增5417（77.6%在湖北省内），并在1月的最后10天里彻底爆发，新出现了26468人发病（湖北占74.7%），但随着防控手段的升级，在2月的前11天里新增人数放缓到了12030人。

该论文给出的这组疫情在过去1个多月里爆发的时间周期，尤其是1月11日至20日这个时间段以及该时间段里新出现的5417名新感染者，也印证了我们《环球时报》的记者过去一段时间在武汉当地医院采访时所获悉的信息 ，即早在国家卫健委高级别专家组组长钟南山于2020年1月20日晚间宣布病毒可以人传人之前，武汉不少医院的临床医护人员就已经在接诊突然出现的大量不明原因的发热患者时，意识到了问题的严重性。

然而，这些临床层面的担忧，却未能及时转化为有效的防控措施。直到1月22日，湖北方面才启动了突发公共卫生事件Ⅱ级应急响应。

病毒通过医院传播感染了医护人员

这份论文另一个引人关注的内容，是首次分析了截至2月11日共1688例医护人员的确诊病例。

从论文给出的数据来看，医护人员的感染周期与整体上疫情爆发的周期非常吻合，即2020年1月的初期已经有医护人员感染的端倪，但情况当时并不严重，可从2020年1月中旬开始，感染者就出现暴增，并在1月的最后10天迎来大爆发。

不过，论文也指出这1688名确诊的医护人员病例中，85.4%的人都是轻症，病死率低于其他病例，原因可能是这些医护人员为在职人员，年龄普遍低于60岁。

另外，论文还表示尽管病毒确实通过医院传播感染了许多医护人员，但仍没有证据显示任何一家医院中出现了“超级传播者事件”。

病死率，湖北内是湖北外的7.3倍

这篇中国疾控中心的论文还探讨了新型冠状病毒的致死率和传染性。通过分析7万多名病例，论文得出的“粗病死率”为2.3%，其中湖北省内的“粗病死率”为2.9%，但湖北省外则为0.4%，前者为后者的7.3倍。

对于这种差距出现的原因，国家卫健委医政医管局副局长焦雅辉在昨天给出的说法有一定参考性。根据央视新闻的报道，她说武汉防控持续时间比较长，由于防控措施没有及时到位，很多社区病例没有得到及时救治，重症病例从发病到住院平均9.84天，而这近10天的等待错失了最佳时机。

疫情形式趋于下降，但要警惕复工反弹

最后，这篇中国疾控中心的论文写到：

“尽管截至2月11日显示的疫情形势趋于下降，但疫情尚未结束，尤其是复工后大量人员流动与接触，增加了新冠肺炎传播风险，必须继续落实好社区和劳动场所等为单位的首例病例的发现和处置，防治疫情反弹。”
