铜锣湾书店桂民海罪名曝光 外界惊呼：原来书中说是真的！

铜锣湾书店前店长林荣基2016年在中共中联办声援桂民海。

【2020年02月26日】（欧洲希望之声记者郑平报导）香港铜锣湾书店前股东桂民海（又名桂敏海）周一被中共宁波中级法院重判10年。包括罪名、国籍在内多个细节都有明显的构陷痕迹。桂民海是以“为境外提供国家机密”罪名，被判入狱10年的。

消息一公布，网友惊呼：“原来桂民海泄露的是国家机密，他在香港卖的书里都是我党和政府的真实情报？！这还了得！那岂不是所有买书的都知道了我党和政府尤其是习近平同志的秘密？居然发生了这么大的泄密事件！”香港铜锣湾书店共有5人在2015年10月至12月期间陆续失踪。除桂民海外，东主李波在香港失踪，其后却在大陆现身，还有3名员工先后在大陆被捕，包括去年移居台湾的前店长林荣基。

香港资深记者程翔曾提出，铜锣湾五人失踪是中国共产党意图清除香港“禁书”市场。而在与该书店有关的一众禁书中，由西诺撰写的《习近平与他的情人们》一书特别被认为可能与桂民海被抓有关。不过，这本书被认为内容以八卦为主，更有道听途说之嫌，所以流传不广。而禁书正因为涉及被禁的内容，也真假难辨。

结果，中共政法系这次给桂民海的罪名，倒像在广而告之：铜锣湾书店相关书籍中至少有部分内容是真实的，至于其中是否包括《习近平与他的情人们》，那就见仁见智。这被外界讥笑为愚蠢的操作。桂民海一案还有一处人为操作被指过于愚蠢。那就是修改他的国籍。

中共外交部发言人在桂民海被判10年后表示，桂1996年加入瑞典国籍，2018年“自愿主动申请恢复中国国籍”。然而2018年桂民海正在中共大牢中——他2015年10月在泰国失踪，再次公开露面已是次年1月，在中共喉舌央视上以接受采访的方式“认罪”。当时桂民海自称，因为在2003年醉酒驾驶撞死一名女大学生，而回中国大陆自首投案。桂民海因该案被判刑2年，2017年年底获释后，又因为涉嫌为境外提供国家机密被捕，上月被当局提起公诉。若说桂民海被绑架回中国大陆后，会主动放弃瑞典国籍，这种掩耳盗铃的谎言自然没有人信。

网友已经议论纷纷：“放弃瑞典籍，恢复中国籍，别无所求，只图十年蹲牢房。桂敏海，一举惊世。”“你可否听说过志愿放弃欧美国藉为了回国坐牢的？这样的事竟然被发生了，大家的智商打水漂了。”重点是，瑞典也不信。该国外交部周二召见了中共驻瑞典大使，要求中方释放桂民海，并声明，桂民海仍然拥有瑞典籍，并要求瑞典驻华外交官能够会见桂民海。

港媒新高地评论说：“中共重判桂敏海，让事件上升到一个历史事件。桂本来就是一个小人物，经中共这样一折腾，让桂成了一个可传千年的历史人物。你说谁愚蠢。”“说你有罪就有罪，没罪也有罪；说你没罪就没罪，有罪也没罪。这就是中国特色社会主义的优越制度。”
