意大利歸國留學生確診 護照簽證及行李被銷毀

【新唐人北京時間2020年05月04日訊】一位從意大利回國的留學生被確診，隔離酒店擅自銷毀其所有行李的事件引發輿論關注。該留學生日前在微博上求助，他入院治療身體好轉後，卻被酒店告知他的護照簽證、研究生入學證件等重要物品已銷毀。他哭訴說，自己回不了意大利讀書了，而酒店方既沒有為此事道歉，也拒絕做出任何賠償。

從意大利回國的武漢留學生@蠶豆giulio4月30日在微博發文求助，他介紹說，自己3月17日抵達上海浦東機場，按照上海防疫政策，他拿著隨身行李來到上海科雅國家大酒店，開始為期14天的隔離生活。

但在隔離的第7天，3月23日早上，他出現了發燒症狀，去醫院篩查前工作人員說只要拿手機。24日確診後，他被告知要去上海定點醫院隔離治療，工作人員稱酒店會保管好他的行李。

然而，4月3日他身體好轉後，聯繫酒店取行李，對方卻對他個人物品的去向支支吾吾，過了很久才告知他的行李被銷毀了。

酒店方在沒有詢問該留學生的情況下，就把他的所有行李擅自銷毀了。

根據該留學生在微博公布的信息，他的行李中有：護照簽證、9月份研究生入學的證件、能夠換取意大利居住證的居留小條、存有140張還沒備份畫作的ipad、1500歐元現金，500人民幣現金等貴重物品。

事件發生後，該留學生報警，並多次和酒店方進行交涉。酒店方一開始聲稱會估價財產損失進行相應賠償，但對於丟失的那140份插畫創作，酒店方聲稱「藝術是無價的，不好估價」。

4月23日，酒店方直接告知該留學，不會對他做出任何賠償，之後多次拒絕接聽他的電話。

事情一經爆出，網友們紛紛表示氣憤：「這種強盜邏輯真是讓人目瞪口呆，難道在對方眼中，無價就等於沒有價格？」

「得是多麼惡毒的人，才能在毀掉別人未來之後，雲淡風輕地讓受害者退一步海闊天空。」

「得是多麼沒有底線的人，面對自己犯下的本可以避免的錯誤，沒有道歉還說：人在就是萬幸。」

「太荒唐了，消毒為什麼會變成銷毀？？？」

「人都沒死，銷毀個人物品這個很過分。」

「諷刺的是，同病房意大利人的東西居然有專人聯繫說會幫他妥善保管。」

「只有經歷過的人，才知道作品對於一個藝術生來說有多重要，居留條對於在意大利讀書的小夥伴來說有多難拿到。」

「隔離7天才發燒，弄不好是在酒店裡感染的。」

「自認倒霉吧！在中（共）國沒理由可說。打官司也沒用。這就是黨領導下的社會，視屁民為草芥。從上到下都是無所謂的對待一切。」

有熱心網民聯繫涉事酒店詢問為什麼要把別人的行李銷毀，得到的回覆居然是「得了新冠肺炎不銷毀行李，難道要寄到你家過年吃飯嗎？」

面對這樣完全沒有同理心和愧疚之心的酒店方，該留學生很是無奈，與酒店的拉鋸式談判也讓這個剛出院的男孩身心俱疲….

有網友表示，如果在接下來的一年，國際局勢急轉直下，西方社會拒絕接受來自中國的留學生，那麽這個人的留學夢就真的被毀了。

網絡自由觀察人士古河說：｢聽信了中共的大外宣的宣傳，認為祖國好，或者認為祖國的醫療技術要比國外高，於是跑回國。那麼感染上了中共病毒，這是咎由自取。他認不清形勢，看不清中共的本質，當然會對他的前途和人生造成重大的影響。｣

然而，令人感到觸目驚心的是，這位留學生的遭遇並非個例，自從疫情發生以來，無辜的留學生遭遇了最艱難的三個月，不公、荒唐的「對待」。網上傳出的視頻顯示，有回國留學生抱怨說：「我們這些負責任的人被關在這裡邊，冒著被傳染的風險。你說這麼多人，都是很危險的情況。還要關在裡面，兩天沒吃飯，覺也都沒有睡。」

起初，在武漢疫情爆發時，很多在海外的留學生都在積極募捐抗疫物資，馳援湖北。然而，國外疫情爆發，留學生又成了不少同胞們的「眼中釘，肉中刺」。在大陸網路上充斥著對歸國留學生的嘲諷謾罵：回國就是「千里投毒」，機票被取消就會被幸災樂禍「活該，誰讓你回來」，隔離酒店條件不好，也不能抱怨一句，否則就是「不懂事，趕緊滾回去」。
