【看中国2020年5月28日讯】（看中國記者明思綜合報導）中國人大審議「港版國安法」再次點燃港人大規模抗爭之際，引發不小爭議的《國歌條例草案》5月27日在香港立法會恢復二讀。當天，大批港人無懼警方打壓，再次走上街頭抗議。有北京內部人士透露，中共國安、公安數千人已秘密入港增援，廣東省副省長、公安廳廳長也抵港指揮鎮壓港人。

港人抗議國歌法及港版國安法

中國人大會議上提出的「港版國安法」，引發香港新一輪的抗爭浪潮，大量港人上街抗議被暴力抓捕。僅24日就有至少180人遭到警方扣押。

5月25日晚，在中環國際金融中心（IFC），香港民眾再度發起反對《國安法》終極大集氣活動，為5月27日包圍政府總部的活動熱身，當晚，市民們首次發出呼籲，請求美軍登陸香港，保護香港人。

然而，「港版國安法」風波未停，香港立法會5月26日對「國歌條例草案」恢復二讀，計畫在香港強硬實施中共「國歌法」，北京當局與港府聯合操作的連環計，引發港人更大的怒火，發起一系列抗爭行動。

27日清晨，3000名防暴警在立法會一帶設立水馬、鐵網以及水炮車嚴陣以待，並有防暴警在水馬陣內站崗待命。截至下午5時30分，警方拘捕逾300人。

北京當局奪港目的

面對港警越來越大規模的抓捕行動，有中共內部人士27日向海外中文媒體透露，廣東省公安廳副廳長李春生25日已經到了香港，其親自坐鎮，作為前線總指揮。而且中共的國安、公安系統也早已經派出幾千人，偷偷潛入香港佈防。

一位熟悉北京高層內幕的前中共官員向外媒披露，北京就這一問題的準備已有半年多，最早的計畫是2月份開始進行，也就是1月份和美國簽署了第一階段貿易協議後，就著手進行，但卻被突如其來的武漢肺炎疫情打亂了節奏。

他透露，北京當局奪港的原因是，他們認為國際環境日趨惡化，尤其美中關係已不可能短期恢復，而與其它西方國家的關係，也只能盡量維持。香港則越來越可能成為西方介入中國事務的跳板，所以北京認為必須盡快推出「港版國安法」，否則後患無窮。

這位官員還透露，武警與各種後勤裝備，已經運至香港軍營。這項工作是由中央港澳工作領導小組直接協調，下面有港澳辦、統戰部、中宣部、公安部、國安部等配合的。而且北京已有多手準備，如有需要，可調集廣東武警部隊支援。

蔡英文籲北京懸崖勒馬

根據中共人大常委會副祕書長王晨上週五公布的草案內容，未來中共國安機構可直接進駐香港。這令外界擔心，中共可在香港直接執法，這也再次引發了各界對香港自由惡化的擔憂。

在臺灣，中華民國總統蔡英文27號呼籲中國政府懸崖勒馬，不要違反對香港人民50年不變、港人治港的承諾。

蔡英文表示，如果香港情勢惡化，香港的自治、人權、自由更進一步被壓縮，她要表達嚴正關心與聲明，「我們會持續支持香港人民爭取民主自由的決心，我們相信香港的民主自由，是這個區域和平穩定非常重要的事情」。

總統府發言人丁允恭表示，對於香港情勢，與對於周邊的相關影響，以及區域內的動態，政府各相關單位會密切掌握，也都會有妥適因應的作為。

行政院發言人丁怡銘也表示，香港局勢與香港人民的處境，政府十分關心，府院隨時掌握最新狀況。因應未來可能發展，政府決定負起更大的責任。
