中国“一江三湖”水位全数超警戒 专家忧“复式洪峰”

截至14日晚，中国包括长江、洞庭湖、鄱阳湖、太湖在内的“一江三湖”，仍全数超越警戒水位，中共水利部表示，15日后可能会再有新一波洪水，导致太湖超过最高防洪水位。中共水利部长江水利委员会的专家也指出，新一波暴雨可能带来一波未平、一波又起的“复式洪峰”情况。

综合媒体报导，中国水利部指出，截至14日晚间6时，长江中下游、洞庭湖、鄱阳湖分别超越警戒水位0.12至2.76米，太湖平均水位4.44米，也超出警戒水位0.64米。根据水利部的降雨预测资料，太湖水位未来可能突破4.6米，也就是说有可能发生超过最高防洪水位的洪水。

中国水利部水文水资源监测预报中心副主任刘志雨表示，根据最新分析资料，长江上游、洞庭湖水系、汉江自15日开始将相继出现新一波洪水，导致长江中下游、洞庭湖、鄱阳湖将长时间维持较高水位，预计得等到7月底至8月中旬才会退至警戒水位以下。

中国水利部长江水利委员会的专家也表示，根据气象预报，长江上游与洞庭湖水系14日至16日将出现新一波暴雨，不排除会出现一波叠一波的“复式洪峰”，即前一波洪峰水位尚未明显下降，后一波洪峰又来到的情形。长江防汛形势依然十分严峻。

报导称，7月14日，大陆多省共52条河流持续超警戒水位。中共水利部消息，截至7月14日12时，云南、四川、湖北、江西、安徽、江苏、河南的52条河流仍超警戒水位；湖北富水、长湖，安徽水阳江等9条河流仍超保证水位，湖北长湖仍超历史最高水位。

7月14日下午3时，长江南京站水位达10.05米（警戒水位8.70米），超警戒1.35米；7月13日，该站出现今年以来最高潮位10.10米列历史第三，仅次于1954年10.22米、1998年10.14米；大通流量达到84,600立方米每秒，列历史第二，仅次于1954年92,600立方米每秒。南京市防汛形势十分严峻。

江西的汛情也告急，13日江西省水利厅网站消息显示，江西全省有5个水文站超警戒，全省10个水库超汛限。
