中共放寬移植限制 專家：器官活摘產業規模或擴大

【美麗日報2020年08月30日訊】中共當局近日出台新規，放寬了醫院和醫師從事器官移植的門檻。專家擔心，中共活摘器官產業規模可能會擴大，新規將使更多無辜民衆成為活摘器官的受害者。

中共國家衛健委26日發布了2020年《人體器官移植技術臨床應用管理規範》，並廢止了2006年《肝臟、腎臟、心臟、肺臟移植技術管理規範》。與2006年版相比，2020年新規取消了器官移植醫院的等級限制及對醫師相關手術例數的要求。

「追查迫害法輪功國際組織」主席、前中共軍醫汪志遠表示，器官移植的技術標準降低了，技術等級也不再限制。比如原來要三甲醫院才可以開展，且三甲醫院相應的外科手術，一年至少要800例以上，腎移植要150例以上。他說，「這些現在都放寬了，都沒有了。」

此外，2020年新規還取消了相關專業診療規範中，對人體捐獻器官冷缺血保存時間的限制。

汪志遠表示，有關器官冷缺血保存時間的規定，是為了保證器官質量而製定的規則。比如，肝臟不能超過15個小時，一般是在12個小時以內，心臟不能超過6個小時。如果超過這個時間器官就不能用了。

「現在這個都放鬆了。」汪志遠表示，「技術標準限制減少，器官質量也不管不顧，意味著中共現在是大力推廣對器官的移植，而不是嚴格要求提高器官移植的質量 。」

時事評論員橫河評論說，一旦取消限制，中共的器官移植業會出現又一次大躍進，會有更多的良心犯和普通的無辜民眾成為受害者。

他認爲，中共的最新管理規範實際上是在變本加厲地回應國際社會。他說，「這種情況和中共整個內外政策所表現出來的瘋狂行為是一致的，也就是說他們是不計後果的在做了。」

十幾年來，「追查國際」一直在追蹤中共活摘器官行爲。根據該組織發佈的報告，自1999年中共迫害法輪功以來，中國器官移植數量爆炸性增長，僅十幾年間就發展成爲「世界第一」的規模。2020年上半年的調查顯示，大量供體來源不明的器官移植仍在進行。
